Prologue-August 3, 1979
The eight year old girl, Maddie Lowe, jumped in the wet water.
'Itsy bitsy spider climbed up the water spout; down came the rain and washed poor itsy out...'.
'Maddie! Dinner is ready!'.
'Okay, Mom!'.
Maddie took off her shoes, and opened the front door.
She placed them on the grey colored carpet.
Then she locked the door.

Jason Voorhees watched the other house.
It was owned by Alice Hardy.
He opened the door, and went inside.

Alice Hardy awoke from a deep slumber.
Memories of the past Friday the 13th at Camp Crystal Lake caused her to shiver; the memories of her friends were a horrible thing to see. Jack, Marcie, Ned, Bill, Brenda, Annie, and Steve Christy, were all dead; all victims of Crazy Ralph's death curse; all were there to do a job at the camp.
And now she was alive.

The killer, Pamela Sue Voorhees, was a madwoman. She said that her son, Jason Voorhees, drowned in the middle of the cold lake in 1957; she had murdered Barry and Claudette in the barn in 1958, a year later; she had sabotaged the camp, and poisoned the water.

Alice heard the telephone ring.
'Mom. I just have to get on with my life. It's been several months now, and it's August. No, I am not going back to California; I have to know what really happened at Crystal Lake. I love you'.

Suddenly she heard a sound.
She screamed as a cat jumped out of the open window.
'Simon. You must be hungry'.
She fed the cat in the kitchen.

Seconds later, she ate her dinner.
Then she had a shower.
Afterwards, she was dressed in a pink nightgown.
And slippers on her small feet.

In a matter of seconds, she made some coffee.
Before she could do anything, Jason Voorhees forced an ice pick in her forehead. The body of Alice Hardy slumped next to his feet. And the death curse of Camp Blood had claimed another victim.
