As I sat there in the warm water, I look at Ramon with a feeling of appreciation. Mike would've never gone out of his way to do such a thing. He always avoided this kinda thing. But Ramon, powerful but gentle Ramon, is taking care of me. I feel like he's slowly peeling away his defensive layers and showing me his true self. Before he leaves, he kisses me on the forehead and splashes a few droplets of water onto my face. I grin and splash him back playfully, grateful for the distraction. I watch him leave and I put myself deeper into the water. After a few relaxing minutes, I clean myself off and step out, wrapping a towel around myself. I take my phone and text, Ramon, what I need then sat on the toilet, afraid of getting my blood on anything else.
