This is the last part of My Testimony!
After high school (basically after graduating), I moved all the way across the world with my family. We moved to my parents' home country. This country is so very different from the U.S.A. Compared to the U.S.A., the country I moved to is (not in an offensive way though) less advanced. There are a lot of things to be thankful for in the country I am living in. There are a lot of homeless people here, the streets aren't made that strongly, farmers put their rice on the ground so they can soak up the sun, ants can get in food and drinks easily, it is very hot, and the items are not as high quality as in the United States of America.
One thing that I love about this country however is that it really worships God. The vehicles there have signs about God, when we travel, there are signs about God, there are a lot of churches around, and in the mall, there is a prayer time (through an intercom). I absolutely love it.283Please respect copyright.PENANAUfIeTQ73kE
Even though I went back to the country I lived in for 2 years, I still felt isolated. I soon began to enjoy and be comfortable with it, however.
The thing is, we shouldn't change who we truly are to fit into society. We are great the way we are and being born the way we are is great enough. Do what makes you, YOU, and keep on striving and thriving in life. :)
I also realized that some people need to keep being single in order to be mature enough for a relationship, and if a person really likes you, and you show the said person you like them, then they will accept you. I also learned that it's great to be single. Finally, don't ever settle less for what you think you deserve in a relationship (doesn't have to be romantic, of course).
After getting away from the U.S.A., I felt calmer since I was away from the guy I liked, and I thought that my feelings would go away for sure. I spent time with family, I stayed at home most of the time (because of COVID-19), and I really began to be alone with my thoughts and be thankful for God and the life that He gave me.
That made me want to cultivate and have a closer relationship with God.
I am praying every day, I read the Bible and taken notes, I have written in prayer boxes, I am more humble, and I truly appreciate life and everything God has done and is.
God bless!
