It's exactly 9pm. Midori is sitting on her swivel chair, talking on the call with her friend: Kenji. The room is pretty dim lighted and the only main source of lights are coming from the computer screen, a frequent change of blue-green digital light flickers.
"What the- Midori you dumbass you were suppose to kill that slime over there!" An angry boy scolded as faint intense mouse clicking noises can be heard in the background.
"Said the dumbass himself" A different voice counter-argued the first one, mad sounds of keyboard clicking can be discerned clearly.
"Oi hey you little-" The first voice was about to argue back, until it got cut by a sudden fiery stomping sound from the game "HEY HEY HEY THE BOSS IS HERE MIDORI"
"Uh...what?" Midori confusingly mumbled before continuing "Also stop yelling Kenji you're damaging my eyes"
"OH GOD THIS IS EVEN A RARE ONE" Kenji utterly ignores the complain of his friend and scream in anticipation "ITS GONNA DROP SO MANY LEGENDARY STUFF-"
Loud, fearsome noises of someone walking up the stairs angrily interrupted Kenji. It took only a few minutes for yellings to be heard.
"YOU LOUD BRAT SHUT UP" The voice slams the door open as it resonate madly throughout the room, even through a phone, it still makes you tremble "HOW MANY TIME DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU TO KEEP YOUR VOICE DOWN WHILE YOUR DAD'S WORKING DOWNSTAIRS"
"Ah- mom, I'm sorry-" Midori can hear Kenji's whimpering through the digital device, it was kinda glitching so she didn't clearly heard what he said after that.
The phone call was offed afterwards. Everything went silent making the purple haired-girl had chills running down her spine
'R.i.p comrade, you will always be missed' Midori half-heartily pray for her comrade in a jokingly manner.
The girl after that turned off her computer before laying herself down the comfy bed. She reached out for her phone, places nearly off the edge on the a nightstand next to the bed, she went onto Twitter and proceed to look at the beautiful arts (and memes) for the next few hours. While frivolously browsing through her homepage, Midori came across a tweet with a heading that easily got her attention "Tulip's band vocalist: July; expressing how grateful she's to be in a band with her beloved bandmates"
Her eyes spark up with anticipation as she continue reading.
"Q: How do you describe the feeling of being in a band?
A: Before answering the question, I just want to tell anybody out there who wants to create a band to do it now. Even if you're alone when creating the band, don't worry, bandmates come to you naturally, but of course you can go seek for them too! Now back to the actual question, the feeling is kinda subtle and hard to describe, how do I say it. When me and my bandmates stood on the stage together and the stage's light shine on us, I felt unstoppable. There's this surreal, passionate feelings that keeps flowing inside of me, it motivates me to keep singing, keep improving and to keep being with my band, it's super fun and satisfying, especially when all of you are in sync with one another!
Thank you for answering the question, July! We are really grateful for your answer and hope there will be more days we could get to interview you further!"
Midori dozed off whilst turning off her phone. Her soul was flaming up, her heart was beaten incredibly fast, and her face spark up into an exciting grin as the girl closed her eyes before imagining her, on the stage, along with her other bandmates, pulling out an incredulous performance, sounds syncing together perfectly.
A desire slowly forming itself inside of her, insisting her to pursue it, to reach out for it and to achieve it with all she had got.
But will it be okay? To just create a band randomly out of which seems to just probably be an impulsive desire.
She didn't know, nor does she had any ideas what a band is and how she should create one.
Though Midori caught herself chuckling almost the whole night.
"Ahhh why am I always late for class?" The girl who chuckled to herself the whole night yesterday whimpered. She's late for class and this has been the 100th, or maybe even more in this year.
The girl ran at full-speed through the neighborhood and local pedestrians, till she started to slow down in front of her friend Kenji's house. It looked rather calm and quiet from outside, Midori assumes that the boy already went to school so she continued running forward.
Until some loud crash of a gate being violently opened make her halt.
'What the...'
The purple eyed girl glanced back, the culprit of the noise was from Kenji's house and from that same gate strolled out a white messy-haired boy, the person who Midori barely have any sympathy for.
"Oh, Midori!! Good morning!" The boy greeted, waving his hand as he avidly walked towards her.
"Huh, shouldn't you be in school right now?" Midori dodged Kenji whilst asking
"I misread the time" The air-head boy admitted, scratching his head nervously
"Typical Kenji huh" Midori mocked as she turned back "We're late by the way so let's run to school"
"Race you there" Kenji arrogantly grinned before running ahead in full-speed "The loser has to do whatever the winner said"
'So basic!' The girl thought to herself before chuckling as she ran off
"Hey watch out I'm faster than you!"
"You're late, miss Midori" The teacher sterningly scolded as her fingers rapidly knocked down on the desk
"I'm so sorry miss this will never happen again" Midori half-heartily apologized, closing her eyes tight as she waited for the usual lecture to continue.
Thus, another day began.
