Epilogue-Friday, June 13, 1980-5
The drive was short.
Ginny was silent.
She noticed the lights were now off.
'Paul. What's the matter?', she asked him.
'I don't know. The campers smoke dope better than I do', he answered.
They went from cabin to cabin.
In the loungeroom, they saw someone.
'Paul. There's a stranger in the fucking room', Ginny said.
Jason Voorhees, who wore a potato sack over his head, was dressed like a lumberjack. He was alive. He wasn't a legend. After a battle, Paul was knocked unconscious.
Ginny fled.
Ginny couldn't believe it.
The stories of Crazy Ralph were true.
Either Sheriff Earl Tierney was lying, or he was deceived by the idea that legends were true. Jason Voorhees wasn't dead. Neither did he drown. She ran to the van; she saw the killer was attacking her. She raced towards the woods. The oak trees were sharp; the puddles were wet. She reached the old, dilapidated shack. She couldn't think; she saw the front door was open. She went inside. The doors were ajar. When she noticed the bodies were on an altar, she knew the horror was not over. Jason Voorhees attacked her.
Ginny grabbed a sweater.
And put it on.

'Jason. It's alright now. Mommy's glad that you're here'.
Jason stared at her, then he saw his real mother's image in the sky.
'Mother's got a reward for you. That's a good boy...that's a good Jason'. The image receded; Jason was tricked.
He stabbed Ginny in the right leg.
She cried out in pain.
'Ginny!', Paul yelled.
She grabbed a machete that Alice Hardy used, and hit Jason across the head. The killer stooped, then fell down into unconsciousness. Paul removed the potato sack; 'Jesus!'.
They raced out of the shack.
The puddles were wet.
Once they reached the Office, the weather was cold.
Ginny held onto the pitchfork in her right hand.
The wind swirled.
The door opened.
And Muffin was there.
Before either of them could hug the animal, Jason Voorhees smashed through the cabin's window. Ginny screamed in horror, and the nightmare of Camp Crystal Lake had ended.
The Ambulance arrived.
'Paul. Where's Paul?'.
'It's over, Ms. Field', Sheriff Earl Tierney said.
She cried, and was taken to Crystal Lake Hospital.
