We fell apart,
Like fallen leaves in October,
Even though we were from the same branch,
Our foolish promises and words spoken at whims couldn't anchor us to the tree,
So we flew apart with low blow of wind,
Now that I think,
Perhaps it was foolish of us,
To give our hearts to someone unknown,
But now so deep in love,
I wonder if we can call it a mistake,
Even though it only lasted for a season,
Perhaps it could sum up our lives.

Ras, a wanted mercenary sets out to a new land in hopes of finding his latest target but soon gets plagued with visions of his past which hinders his work. Wishing to find an answer to them after his latest mission encounters a young girl who deems to be Knight sent to capture him. What lies ahead for Ras and the brash Knight.
This will be the first chapter of my story I hope everyone who gives it a shot enjoys it.
Sophia, an orphan, finds her life turned upside down after a massacre at the orphanage. Her best friend perished in the attack, but Sophia survived, only to become a half-vampire. Dr. Ozwald, the director of a secret organization called Societas dealing with paranormal phenomena, takes her under his wing.
Together with her new allies, they investigate paranormal cases, while Sophia delves into the mysteries surrounding the Judas Brotherhood, the organization responsible for the massacre. As they uncover dark secrets and face supernatural threats, Sophia grapples with her newfound identity and seeks vengeance for those she's lost. But in the shadows, the Brotherhood lurks, weaving a web of deception and danger that threatens to consume everything she holds dear. Will Sophia andher friends uncover the truth before it's too late, or will they become victims of the very darkness they seek to vanquish?
After the fall of the Titans, Zeus afraid of prophecy secretly betrays all the Gods and forces them all into a tournament to the death to keep Chronos in chains. Hermes unwillingly entered into the deathmatch leaves Olympus to visit his Demigod son. Ultimately this pulls him into the tournament of the Gods, but is there a larger destiny at play for Hemitheos or is he destined to be another sacrifice to Chronos?
"We all die eventually, that's when we have to see what lays beyond that door at the end of our life; and how our actions in the living may affect our afterlife."
After an early death, a young man finds himself in purgatory. Being greeted by an angel, he was surprised to find that they were impressed by his work during his life and wanted to hire him as a case/social worker for the souls in purgatory. While it's better than hell, many are still chained by their sins during life and can fall victim to being completely corrupted by them. From fighting demon monsters to helping people who regret stealing a candy bar, someone has to help these lingering souls as they repent. Seems like some work is never done, even after death.
En-pathos: in passion or suffering, from the greek word empatheia.
"If someone where to ask me if these 'gifts' are a blessing or a curse I would most definitely say its a curse. Dealing with me own life, emotions, memories and action is already hard enough but adding onto that without any control and so suddenly is certainly a curse but the gods."
Ember Hera is certainly an extraordinary or abnormal (however you see it that is), human being. Given a blessing or as she finds it, a curse, she is either way not normal. Even without her powers Ember has a past filled with sorrow and maybe pity when viewed by other people, losing her parents at the age of three and being raised by an aunt that is struggling herself is not easy. To add on to the fact she never got know her parents, she finds out her parents were murdered, brutally. A crime of passion maybe or just plain revenge Ember decides that she is going to catch the person responsible, but can she handle it? She's only 21 and still in college fighting everyday to be good student and study well, not only for a good job but for a job with great meaning to her. Will she be able to manage being a regular college student with these 'gifts' and trying to find her parents killer?
This story is categorized as a fantasy-mystery-thriller, with crime. And don't worry I don't write books without romance, but in the end it shows views of different perspectives that humans have to go through, it tells us that humans experience every emotion differently and gives an understanding that we cannot judge a persons behavior without looking at their emotions and memories that lead to their actions. That's my goal anyways, hope you enjoy!

The Town was a good Town. The Townspeople were kind to each other. Everything was beautiful. Everything was clean. The women wore pretty cotton dresses. The men wore handsome button-up shirts. Parents adored and doted on their children.
They lived in accordance to the prophecies passed down to them by the Giver, the great being who had created all of this. The final prophecy decreed the coming of the Taker, who would take it all alway.
The Taker was meant to end the world. But the Taker would have to first be raised within the Town.
---The main character uses they/them pronouns. The main character likes using they/them pronouns. The main character is genuinely genderqueer and it's fine. They use they/them pronouns because they like it. Not because of all the cult stuff that happens. The cult stuff is separate from the genderqueer stuff.

Summer isn't the type of girl people expect in this generation. Simple as always. She always tried to stay away from attention and she had been lucky with that throughout her high school life. Now, she is starting college in her dream college and everything seems perfect. Her family is very supportive, her new best friend is the best and she is doing well in her classes too. She thinks she has everything she needs. But, does she?
Elijah Grey is the 'known' bad boy of the college. A guy who is just looking for fun, nothing serious with anyone. But Elijah isn't what he looks like. He has a dark past and present. He is like oxygen for problems. They always seem to find him wherever he goes. Behind his seductive smirk and a handsome face which is always seems to be happy, there is something so horrible looking. He wears the mask and tries to live every moment peacefully because he thinks no one can fix him because he can't be fixed. But is it?
When they cross paths, they cannot stay away from each other. But even if they decide to be together, will they last? If they don't, it means fate has other plans for them so they have to part ways.
That's when the question comes: Will fate, by any chance, regret separating them?
A/N: I know the story looks very cliche but trust me, once you've read the main plot of the story, you won't at all think it's such a cliche but that part isn't out yet because it's nearly at the end. To know and understand the main plot, please keep on reading First! Thank you!
