"Hello, Uyemuro..." Shitani Yuka says, with a horrific smile on his face.
N-No way! It's Shitani Yuka..!? I thought he died many centuries ago, how is he still here? Well, no matter what, all barriers have weak points and I can exploit that fact and escape. Not before fighting him though. Shitani runs towards me with his blade in hand and I counter by grabbing his arm and using a point-blank explosion spell on his back. But he countered my counter by absorbing that kinetic energy and expelling it with 2x the initial force and velocity. This flung me to the wall and I used barrier magic to soften my impact. I decided to absorb the kinetic energy from the impact and fire it as an invisible beam back at him but he dodged, it seemed like he could see my mana and attacks. I decide to cancel the effects of the seal and use the 'Foresight' spell to be able to see his attacks before they happen. But he was too strong, so I let him fling me at full force, then absorbed the kinetic energy of that impact and hit the barrier's weak point with a tenth of the kinetic energy I had stored. I then used the remaining energy to boost myself backward and escape, but he used my terminal velocity against me and teleported behind where I would be at terminal velocity and then stabbed the back of my stomach, this rapid deceleration caused mini fractures in my body but I cast M-tier healing magic before I succumb to my wounds. I healed while he had his arm inside my stomach, so he was essentially stuck.
I then used the spell 'Mana String' to sever his arm but he healed the entire arm... I decide to unleash the ultimate spell, "God's Will". This will cast a 10 feet wide and 10 feet tall beam made out of the sun's direct energy and focus it into the palm of my hand. This spell takes 0.5 seconds to cast so I temporarily immobilized him by using 'Major Immobilization'. Then I cast 'God's Will' but he tries to put up a 16-layer barrier to stop the force, but the force is too great. I expected him to try absorbing the kinetic energy, so I added extra kinetic energy to the blast so he would overload his extremity sequential gland if absorbed. He didn't try it, he knew he had lost.
As I am about to check if he died, I hear a voice say, "You are stronger than I thought, Uyemuro-kun...". He did die, but I cast resurrection magic using a piece of ash from him and he was reborn as my servant. This solidified my victory, as it would be an even fight now. I cast transmutation magic on Shitani and he shrunk to avoid suspicion. I then make my way back out of the forest and head to a city that goes by the name of 'Akaris'. Akaris was a place home to the commoners, but also home to talented technological manufacturers. I needed to make a piece of technology that allows me to seal Shitani temporarily, preferably a ring. Upon my arrival at Akaris, I head to Shinsato Miwa's house. Shinsato is an extremely talented technological engineer and can create anything desired for a price. Upon my arrival at Shinsato's residence, I knock on the door. I then explain that I need a transmutation device and he agrees. I receive the device and test it, and it works. I begin my journey back to the school as this mission has been completed.
