'Twas a peaceful night in the city of Lodurr, the skies shined bright and the houses dark. On this fateful Night, a soon-to-be adventurer named Hagesawa Ko was reincarnated into the body of 3-year-old Uyemuro Yuko. His life had been great, but he was too strong to continue his story as himself. He yearned to fight fairly with a monster or any hostile creature that tried to fight him. Hagesawa was just about to register into the adventurers guild when suddenly, the skies glimmered with purple. The next second, he had woken up in a comfortable bed inside what looked to be a mansion. He tried to use his abilities shouting, "Appraisal!" to no avail. He had found that his magical abilities were erased, and every single one of his stats was reset. But as he inspected closer, he saw a skill, it said 'Grace of the Gods'. This frightened him as this could have been a sign of his death, but he played it off smoothly.
Hagesawa was just about to get up, but he felt something on the inside of the bed. He reaches inside and finds a journal. Hagesawa was visibly shocked as he thought this was a different body, but in reality, it had been a child who summoned a person to take his body and they essentially switched places. Hagesawa looked inside the journal, to find almost every relationship the child had ever had as well as a lot of information about the world he was currently in. Hagesawa was even more bewildered that a 3-year-old wrote this journal, as it was in formal English and linguistically genius for his age. But, alas, he noticed the type of English it was written in was the same as where he came from. He assumed it was reincarnation and kept reading, and reading until he finished the journal.
He learned that in this world, magic comes from a gland in the prefrontal cortex of your brain. The gland is called the 'Sequential Gland' and manages 'instructions', these instructions are a sequence of steps used to create magic. A 'Sequential Instruction' is an instruction that has predetermined sub-instructions. This is commonly known as a 'Spell'. Only the most skilled of spell casters can create their sequential instructions and use them without much mana loss. These extremely skilled spell casters include Hagesawa Ko, Tamanaha Toshiko, and Shitani Yuka. Ninety percent of these spell-casters are of origin blood, and can use what's called 'Root Spells'. This class of spell is extremely rare to gain, only given to people who are descendants of 'The First Spell-Caster" this spell-caster discovered the sequential gland and found out how to draw its power, using the first sequence of instructions known to all people in the realm of Yokurund. He then disappeared without a trace, unknown to all.
Spells are classified into 4 classes, L, C, D, and M. M being the strongest tier of the spell, and L being the weakest tier. Root spells would be classified in the M tier since it is the rarest among all. As for spell creation, creating a spell is somewhat easy. You must visualize each step, and record it in your memory and it will automatically log into your sequential gland as a sub-instruction. You then visualize casting this spell and the gland will assume the spell has been created, it will then log into your memory that exact sequence and the name associated with it. As for the evolution of monsters, demons evolved from humans which is why they have the sequential gland. Ogres and other creatures evolved on their own, so they lack the sequential gland. The highest form of monster is called an Ignis, these could only be defeated by extremely skilled spell-casters and are immune to L, C, and D-tier magic.
