As I journey back to the school premises, I find that a demon has raided one of the cities. This demon, though weak as it appeared on the appraisal spell, was decimating the city out of pure hatred. This was alarming due to one of its recently cast spells. It read, 'Taste of Hatred'... this is an M-tier spell that can be cast via 8 dark D-tier casters, but the chance of success is slim to none. Rarely, M-tier casters can cast this spell single-handedly, but the caster usually goes into a coma for a very long time. This demon, whilst being tame for the time being, was 5x the size of a normal demon. The demon also had bright red glowing veins on its body, signifying some type of genetic modification such as an enhancement pill. These pills, commonly illegally sourced, can destroy their user down to the cellular level after the effects wear out but this depends on the strength and effect of the pill.
However, this demon seems to have lost all reasoning and logic. This signifies that the demon has been in this state for a while, yet the city hasn't been destroyed fully yet. I walk towards the city that is currently in shambles and continue observing as I do not know how strong this demon is. Upon inspecting its face, it has no horns. This is extremely rare for a demon since it's a trait 99% of demons have. 'What a waste...' I think since the demon could very well have had a life as a soldier before this. 'That's it! This demon is from the kingdom, and I was correct about the demons trying to take over the kingdom.' I think, grinning slightly. I decide to try to salvage the life of this poor demon by reverting his state completely to where it was before he was turned, I decided to also look back into what happened to him whilst reverting his state. It turns out that the demon had been captured by the king, then turned into this monster. How could the king do this while dead? What if... he wasn't dead? The Ignis raiding the capital could have been a cover-up for the king's disappearance, which explains why Shitani was forced to fight me. Now that I think about it, only the king could have summoned one of the 'Great Three' so how would the kingdom be able to do that?
It was all coming together. This means the king is alive, and demons are not trying to take over the kingdom. I use me locate spell to locate the king to no avail. It seemed like he had completely disappeared from reality. This is possible, but only gods could disappear from reality completely. This is puzzling, as gods do not interfere with humanity unless an act against god was committed by humanity in its entirety, such as a rebellion. If this is true and a god has rebelled against the population of the universe, this would mean a rogue god has risen. This would mean the death of the universe entirely, if not reality itself. This can be countered, the space-time continuum has faulty points that can be exploited to reach the gods since the gods take on humanoid form theoretically.
Theoretically, there exists evil gods, that rule over other universe populations and destroy others. These evil gods take on demon form usually but can mimic the gods' characteristics to infiltrate heaven. The gods counter this by scaring the evil gods away with horrendous appearance, giving the illusion of 'good' gods being evil gods in disguise. This extremely complex system has not been proven in the of Yokurund, but since this troubling discovery has been uncovered, I might get to prove that gods exist. This information must not be disclosed to anyone, so I must keep this to myself. Only the super-intelligent theorizers in this world can have a say on this topic, one of them includes me, Hagesawa Ko.
