Over the night Jade never left his arms finding that she slept through most of the night, never waking up once, that is until she started to see the stream of light starting to come into the tent. As she started to blink her eyes to wake up she looked over to Drake who was sleeping soundly. His breathing was mellow and she could see the look on his resting face that he was completely relaxed. She looked to him and knew that she didn’t want to move but she knew that she had to get back to her tent before anyone saw her leaving Drake’s. Though as she started to move, he started to try and pull her back to him as if he could sense that she was getting ready to leave. Jade smiled to him as she leaned in and kissed his cheek “I will see you soon” and as she kissed his cheek again she ran her hand through his hair before starting to cover him completely before she slid out of the tent.
Once back to hers she began packing up her things, although as she did she didn’t realize that her tent was being opened and soon felt two hands on her sides and as she jumped at the touch she turned her head and came face to face with Liam “Oh my, Liam what are you doing in here?” she whispered to him starting to see now that he has already zipped up the tent again. “I wanted to have a few moments alone with you before we headed back” and as he wrapped his arms around her she started to sink into his embrace which was always warm for her. Soon she found herself turning to face him and as he looked to her he said “You know I was thinking that once this is all over and we can finally be us, we should just pack up and go somewhere, just the two of us” and as she started to think about how nice that would be she started to remember Drake saying almost the exact same thing to her about going camping alone and as she smiled to Liam she mentioned that it would be great. “That does sound wonderful, but business first, I am a little nervous about what is going to become after today” and as she started to feel his arms bringing her into more of a hug he kissed the top of her head and reassured her “Everything is going to be fine, after you meet with Regina I am going to be there, so please take this as my invite to join me in my private booth after you are done talking with her. That is unless you want to sit with our friends” and as Jade smiled to him he leaned down and captured her lips with his though as she kissed him back she wondered why he would be there alone and where Madeleine was going to be but at this moment she didn’t want to ruin the little time that they had with questions about her.
Not even a few moments later Jade found herself laying back on the now non rolled sleeping bag with Liam above her. His lips were soft and gentle with the way that he was kissing her. The weight of him on her felt incredible but not as perfect as Drake’s when they would do what they did. Though in that moment it was just him and as she started to run her hands up through his hair to the back of his neck he started to pull away looking down at her “You are incredible Jade, you do know that right?” he asked as he started to lean in kissing her jaw line and then to her neck in which she let a small moan escape her lips. “You have no idea how bad I want you do you” and as she finally looked to him she could see something deeper and something more passionate than she had ever seen and as she thought about his question she started to realize again that there are two amazing guys that want her and she knew that she was going to be breaking one of their hearts but as she thought about that she started to know that now was not that time to be thinking about that as she started to cup his cheek with her hand and she could feel the stubble that was coming in as he couldn’t shave yet. “I have never had anyone really want me before” and as Liam heard this he let a smile creep over his lips “Well I know that I do. I want you in my life and I want us to have a life together. Everything I want in my life is you, everything from your kiss” and as he said that he kissed her lips “Your smile” as he kissed the corner of her lips and then allowed his head to reach up kissing her temple “Your mind” and as he then let his head drop to just over her breast he kissed her there and then started to head down towards her stomach as he slowly lifter her shirt up kissing her bare stomach “Your laughter” and as he started to slide down a little bit he kissed right over the hem of her pajama bottoms and as she felt his breath on her and her body being sent ablaze with how close he was to her most intimate area he then said “Your body” as he looked up to her with those dreamy eyes and then teasingly slid up her body and then kissed over her chest again and said “But mostly your heart” and as he then claimed her lips again she felt her body giving way but before she could say anything they both snapped out of it as they heard Maxwell and Hana starting to move around a little bit as Liam sighed and said “I guess this talk is to be continued” and as they said their goodbyes for now Liam left to get to his tent as Jade continued to get her things together.
Within the next few hours the group had gotten everything packed up and they headed back to the train. The ride back was mainly quiet as Maxwell actually drove back this time and Hana was in the front with him. Jade was in the back sitting between Drake and Liam and as if that wasn’t hard enough for her to be close to both of them she ended up feeling the desire to sleep and as she laid her head back to catch a few moments she never felt Liam taking her hand and same with Drake. Though as she slept she didn’t realize that her head was leaning towards Drake’s shoulder and when it rested there Drake looked down at her sleeping soundly and then over to Liam who looked right at Drake “She seems to be really tired” Drake said as he chuckled a little bit and so did Liam “Yeah she finally looks peaceful” though inside Liam’s head it was a multitude of questions as to why she was leaning more to Drake enough so that her head was now on his shoulder “Liam stop thinking, I can tell that you are, she is sleeping she doesn’t know what she is doing” and as Drake looked to Liam he smiled and Liam did to realizing that he was silly to start thinking anything as he knew his and her feelings were on the same side and as Drake started to look to his best friend he started to feel guilty as he slowly and steadily started to move Jade just enough to where Liam could start to hold her in his arm and have her head on his shoulder now. Drake then let go of her hand as he started to pull out a little blanket from his bag and started to cover her with it feeling his heart starting to break knowing that this is what it could be like if she did end up choosing Liam. Though he knew how she felt for him and he knew how he felt for her but he knew that there was still a slight chance that he could lose her.
A few hours later as they finally got back, Drake had brought Jade to bed as they all knew that Liam couldn’t do it at the risk of getting caught with her like that. Though right before he left he did leave a kiss on her head. But now it was just Hana and Jade in her room talking about the upcoming events of the night, the Opera where Jade was going to be confronting Regina again about what happened “You know I was thinking, they always say that a way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, I wonder if that would work on Regina?” Hana asked as she started to help Jade get ready for the night. Jade looked up to her bestie in the mirror as she raised her eyebrow “You think that I should take Regina out for dinner?” and as she laughed through her question Hana laughed and said “Oh yeah that would totally make her open up” though as they both laughed Hana then restated “I wonder if you got one of those pastries that she was wanting at the party she would talk to you a little bit more” and as Jade contemplated the suggestion she shrugged her shoulders “I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to try” and as she smiled to Hana she noticed that Hana seemed to have a glow on her cheeks “What’s going on Hana” she asked as she started to turn to her. “You, you all didn’t see or hear anything last night did you?” and as Hana asked this the red tint to her cheeks started to grow a little bit more “What are you implying Hana…wait did you and Maxwell…” and before she could finish Hana shushed her and said “No, no nothing like that, we just made out…with little to nothing on” and as she looked down Jade placed a hand on her shoulder and said “Hey you don’t have to be ashamed or embarrassed. You and Maxwell really like each other so why not take it a little bit further?” and as she smiled to Hana, Hana responded the only way she could and that was to hug Jade.
After a little bit longer Hana and Jade headed to the bakery in town in order to get the pastry that Hana suggested for Regina and as they were standing in line talking, soon Hana popped up and said “Hey Jade, are you still, you know torn?” and as Jade looked to her she couldn’t lie and say no because then Hana would want an answer but as she looked to her she nodded her head “Yes I am. I have no idea what I am going to do once this is all over. I have two amazing guys that want to be with me and I don’t know who I am going to choose, or just remain single” and as she looked to Hana she saw that her friends mouth was hung open “You can’t just drop both of them Jade, they both are crazy about you, and you know that you would regret that in the long run” and as Jade listened to Hana, she knew she was right “But how do I know who to choose at the end of all this? Liam, the king and the one who wanted to propose to me that night of the coronation, or Drake the one that has confessed how he feels and has been there for me since I came back, and that I have a history with?” and as she felt her heart starting to beat faster she noticed Hana shaking her head “I have no idea how you are going to choose, but just make sure that you choose the one that is going to make you happy” and as they hugged again their order was placed in front of them “Let’s get you back to get ready” and as they linked arms they headed back, although Jade’s head was far from the Opera tonight.
A short time later as Jade finished getting ready and was sitting looking to her mirror she started to feel the nerves starting to hit her hard, hard enough that she was barely listening to Hana which of course she felt guilty about but knowing that her head really wasn’t in the right spot at the moment she didn’t realize that she hadn’t said anything that is until a hand rested on her shoulder. With a slight jump she turned and saw Hana standing there “Jade, you doing alright?” and as she looked to her concerned friend she nodded but then looked down to her lap “No really I am not Hana, I…I just don’t know if I can do this, what if we find out nothing and then it’s back to square one, but if we do, who is the next one we have to talk to” and as she looked to Hana the tears were starting to coat her green eyes “Oh sweetie I know that it’s hard but you have to remember you are not alone in this at all” and as Hana started to wrap her friend in her arms she said “You will have Maxwell, Drake, Liam and myself there, at least I think Drake is going to be there. I am not so sure but you will always have us and no matter what happens next you will never be alone” and as Jade started to hug her friend back she sucked up the tears and nodded “Thank you Hana for being there for me” and as Hana laughed she exclaimed “Who else would stand by your side through this crazy adventure” and as they talked for another moment there was soon a knock on the door as Hana then walked to it opening it for Maxwell. “Well look at you beautiful” he said leaning in and giving her a little peck before walking into the room. As soon as he looked to Jade he asked “Are you ready?” and as Jade gathered her courage she got up from in front of the mirror and said “Let’s do it” and as they headed out Jade grabbed the treat for Regina and began walking out with her friends.
Once at the Opera hall, Jade’s heart beat was so fast as she started to look around but never saw the one person that she was really hoping to see but soon she was told by Maxwell that Regina was waiting for the boxes to open and now would be the best time to try and talk to her, he also let her know that Liam as extended an invite to his private box which was number five if she chose to go to see him for the play. Jade looked at her friends and took a deep breath “Well here goes nothing” she said as she hugged them both and started to head up towards the boxes. As she got to the top of the stairs she saw Regina sitting on one of the padded benches and as she took another deep breath she tried to talk some sense into her. Taking one small step she soon stopped starting to close her eyes and immediately saw his face “You can do this Morgan, you know I have all the faith in you” she heard Drake’s words immediately starting to set in with her as she stood tall and started to walk towards the Queen Mother. “Hello your majesty” she said as she then curtsied respectfully as she was always taught to do. “Lady Jade, to what do I owe the pleasure” Regina stated as she took in Jade’s outfit and nodded respectfully in return “I was just wondering if I could wait with you? I also brought you a little something” she said as she found her words were rather soft spoken as she was nervous. “Of course you may wait with me” and as she scooted over to give Jade a little bit more room she exclaimed “Oh dear you didn’t have to get me anything” but as Jade smiled she started to hand her the Religieuse pastry “Well I remembered you mentioned it yesterday at the party that all you asked was to have one so I decided what better way to enjoy the show then to have something to snack on” and as she smiled to Regina, she was greeted with a warm smile “Oh Lady Jade that is so thoughtful of you to think about me like that” and as she pulled the sweet delicacy from the box she took a small bite, but a little bit of the cream fell and landed on her dress which she quickly cleaned up as she laughed a little bit “Can’t let any little part go to waste you know” she said smiling to Jade and asked “Would you like a taste? Although I cannot be held responsible if you get addicted to them” Jade looked to Regina and responded “Oh that would be lovely I have never had one before” and as she gently took it from Regina and took a bite she felt the contents in her mouth exploding with flavor and with the softest pastry she had ever had “That is delicious! I can tell why you love them so much” and as she started to hand the pastry back she started to know that it was now or never “So, I was just wanting to…” and she was cut off by Regina “Dear if you want information please don’t beat around the bush” she said as she tucked away the pastry for later.
Jade was caught like a deer in headlights as she looked to Regina “It was kind of obvious,” Regina stated and then continued “You are investigating me about what happened, right” she asked as she looked right to Jade “What…what do you mean Queen Mother” and as Jade started to feel all the nerves that she has been trying to hide return to the surface “Quite frankly I knew at the party yesterday that you were wanting to talk to me about what happened and I am going to be honest with you dear, as I do believe you have a right to know” and as Jade looked on she started to feel her heart rate jumping all over the place knowing that this was it; she was going to find something out or be back at square one. Regina looked to Jade and reached over placing a hand on Jade’s “Dear I know nothing about the plot against you and to be even more honest I wanted to see you succeed” and as Jade looked to Regina her eyes shot open “You…you did? I didn’t think that you liked me at all to be honest in return” she said shyly as Regina chuckled “Oh dear Jade I don’t usually like anyone until I get to know them, and regardless about how I felt of you before, as I am no longer Queen it doesn’t really matter then, but even so back then it didn’t matter if I was Queen or not. I saw how much Liam cared and still cares for you and my only want is for him to be happy. I mean yes, Madeleine had my favor, but if she had not been in the running you would have had my full support. I see the love that Liam has for you and knowing that you make him happy it made me realize that I was wrong about you and that I never gave you a fair chance in the beginning” Regina stated as she smiled to Jade as Jade felt a calm relief wash over her she smiled “Even over Lady Olivia?” she asked as Regina let out a subtle but very noticeable laugh “Oh Olivia would be an amazing Queen, but just not for Cordonia, she is a little too hot headed for my liking. You see my dear there is something you must hear” and as she looked to Regina she started to understand a little bit more just where the Queen Mother was coming from.
Regina took a deep breath and began to explain “You see when Leo – Liam’s brother abdicated the throne, Constantine was relieved. I on the other hand had mixed feelings but we came to a conclusion that Liam would be the better fit to follow in Constantine’s steps. Liam never really wanted to become king as he always felt he wasn’t good enough or fit to be King, and after Leo left, he closed off completely and it wasn’t until Drake came back that we started to see Liam become the person that he is today. But it didn’t stop there; the moment that the Beaumont’s walked in with a young woman did his whole aspect on this change. He became more alive than we had seen him in a long time, but we knew that this could have gone south. But in the end we knew that Madeleine would be the best fit, and of course voiced this to Liam. But you have to understand something my dear, Madeleine has been raised this way since she was a little girl, how would it have looked if we favored a…and please do excuse my wording here but an outsider over a woman that has been basically trained to be Queen? She was to marry Leo but Leo found love elsewhere and when he left it left only Liam” As Regina stopped for a moment and looked down Jade took this moment to speak “I thank you for being honest with me, but I still don’t understand, if you knew that I made Liam so happy, why not just let it play out the way that he wanted? Why would you and Constantine have to talk to him about how he should play his cards?” and as Jade realized how rude that kind of sounded she bowed her head “I am sorry that was out of line I just…” but before she could finish Regina put her hand up “You don’t have to apologize Jade, you are rather brave for voicing your thoughts and that is one thing that I do admire about you now that I have gotten to know you. But you have to realize that as much as I love Liam and want him happy and how much I have grown to a liking in you, my duty as Queen was to Cordonia, and unfortunately at this moment Madeleine was the best choice in the matter. Why do you think it is that I pushed for Liam to accept Madeleine’s proposal of you and him?” and as Jade looked to her she felt her heart sink “You know about the deal?” and as Jade looked to Regina she nodded “Madeleine would be the queen but you would have Liam’s heart, but you would have to remember that his duty now is to Cordonia so you would have to keep your relations to basically a secret and as though nothing existed between you and him” and as she continued Jade listened closely as she felt a wave of emotions hitting her all at once.
Regina turned to look at Jade “Knowing that Liam wanted to be with you so badly, enough that he told Constantine that he would step down if you didn’t come back I did all that I could to get you back to court, in exchange that Liam continue to do what is right for Cordonia” and as the realization hit Jade she realized now who was really behind her coming back “You mean you are the reason that I am back?” she asked started to feel the tears threaten in her eyes “Yes Jade it was my doing. I pulled the strings in that situation and I am happy to say that it worked” and as they both chuckled Regina continued “A simple thank you would have been enough instead of all the questions. Although even if it didn’t work Liam still would have bonded to listen to his father in choosing Madeleine regardless of you coming back or not” and as Jade realized that even if this scandal wouldn’t have happened she would be in the same situation as she is now made her heart sink a little lower as sadness crept over her. For a few moments both women sat there in silence though after another moment Regina stood up and said “It looks like my box is finally ready for me” and as she went to turn Jade realized that she had to ask her one more thing “Ma’am I really appreciate you talking to me and telling me all this, it truly means a lot but can I ask you one more thing?” and as Regina turned to look at Jade who was still sitting Regina nodded her head as an answer as Jade asked “Can you call Bastien for me, I brought him a pastry as well?” Though as Jade started to stand Regina “I can’t even begin to know where he is as he is more so connected to my husband and answers directly to him” and as she started to turn she looked back to Jade one more time and said “For what it is worth I do hope that in the end of this, no matter how it plays out, that you find the answers that you are looking for and thank you for loving Liam, lord knows that he deserves to be happy” and as Jade nodded in response Regina then walked away from her and into her box.
A few moments after Regina walked away Jade was now sitting again and as she began to think about everything that just happened she soon looked up as realization hit her like a ton of bricks. Not even thinking twice she got up and started to run back to her friends with the new information that she just realized. But as she entered the area again to where she last saw Hana and Maxwell she realized that they were gone as the show was probably going to start and as she took in a deep breath she started to head to the stairs again but as she got to the top she looked down the walkway to the left she knew that she had a seat right next to Hana that was waiting for her but then as she turned her head to the right she knew that it led to the private box that Liam had invited her too. Feeling her heart being tugged in both directions she knew that she probably wouldn’t get another chance to tell Liam what she had found out so as she took another breath she turned down the right walkway and headed towards Liam’s private box.
As she got to just outside the box a guard was standing there and as she looked to him and smiled he reached for the door and opened it for her only to come face to face with Liam who was standing there “Lady Jade, as always a delight to see” and as he walked to her he brought her right into his arms hugging her to him. She immediately felt her body go soft in his strong embrace as she felt the tears starting to well up but she didn’t want to ruin his night but she knew that there was something that she had to tell him. But as she hugged him back Liam could tell that there was something off in the way that she was hugging him back “Jade, what is going on? Are you alright?” he asked as he started to let her go, as she was now looking down to the ground “I would love to say that I am perfect and that everything was just amazing but I really can’t do that. Not after what I just realized” and as she started to look up to him letting a tear fall from her eyes, Liam soon reached up drying her tear. “What happened sweetie? Did you talk to Regina?” and as he started to cup her face he gently used his finger and thumb to slowly tilt her head up to him. “Yes I did and Liam there is something that you have to know” and as she started to think about how to say this she looked up to those piercing blue eyes and she was soon lost in them “I just…I found out that it was not Regina that hired Bash to do what he did” and as she looked to Liam she realized that her words were shaky as she started to look down again “Are you sure? She could have been lying Jade…we don’t know at all who is involved” and as he started to reach for her hands she closed her eyes not knowing if she can look at him while she revealed what she was about too.
Jade felt her heart dropping knowing that this is harder than she thought it would be but as she calmed herself enough to look at him she said “Liam, she is not close to him. She said it herself that even if she needed him she wouldn’t bother him when she of course has her own guards to do what she wanted if she ever needed or wanted them to do something for her” and as she looked to him Liam’s brows furrowed as he looked to her. “But then who could have…” and as she looked to him she could tell that it has hit him too about what she was about to express.
As Liam looked to her he shook his head “There is only one other person that Bastien would report directly too…” and as Jade looked to him and nodded they both said at the same time “my” “your” “father” and as their voices combined, Jade felt her hands start to shake as she saw the pain and the hurt race across Liam’s face and soon his face fell completely still as he ran a hand through his hair looking down to the ground and letting out a long shallow breath that he didn’t realize he had been holding. Jade reached out to touch him but it was too late Liam was already in his chair leaning over his knees as he buried his head in his hands “It…it can’t be. Why…why would he do this to you…to me his own son” and as he started to look up his hands coming together as though he were praying as he rested his chin on his fingers looking to the banister that was in front of him. Jade took in the site of the new King and started to walk to him and gently started to squat down in front of him starting to kneel before him “Liam I am so sorry. Maybe he thought I was a threat or not good enough for you, and was just wanting the best for you” and as she reached out taking his hands she held them as she said “But we just have to take the next few steps with caution, we don’t know who else could be involved” and as Liam looked to her and turned their hands so he was now holding hers he brought it to his lips and placed a gentle kiss “Jade you could never be a threat. If anything since day one you have been my inspiration to keep going on a path that I never really wanted to begin with. If…if he couldn’t see that then he is not the man that I always thought him to be” and as he started to look at her she could see that there was a deep pain and deep frustration that was running through him right now.
Jade knelt there in front of him still wanting to be there for him and as she looked to him she asked “What do we do now?” and as her voice came out more as a whisper than anything Liam started to lean in and resting his forehead to hers and started to close his eyes “He isn’t here tonight, but we have to come together soon and confront him…you…and I need these answers and as much as it’s going to hurt…we need to get him alone the next event to get all this bullshit taken care of” After a few moments Jade finally stood expecting him to ask her to leave and as she started to step back Liam stood and walked to the banister starting to look over the crowd. Jade didn’t know if she should do what she was about to do but she did it anyways. She walked up behind him and in one soft sweet gesture she wrapped her arms around his waist hugging him from behind “Liam you don’t have to put on a strong face you know?” she asked him as she cuddled to his back. Soon enough she felt his hands on her hands that were on his chest as she held him to her from behind. “Sweetie, I have so many questions for him but right now,” and as he started to turn to look at her she kept her arms around him and were now on his lower back due to the height difference that he had on her. “Right now the only thing that matters to me is that you are safe, because if anything…if anything ever happened to you because of me I would never forgive myself” and as he started to cup her cheek she looked up into his eyes as he said “Thank you for telling me” and as she smiled to him and let her head rest to his hand she nodded in a ‘You’re welcome’ sign. “We will have to get the others up to date and find a way to get him alone, but right now this amazing play is about to start, so it will have to wait” and as he started to turn to sit down again she started to know that maybe she should get going.181Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡHryv3jNcYc

“I am glad that I was able to tell you, to be honest I was a little nervous you would get mad and throw me out if I brought this information to you” and as she brushed out the fabric of her dress she said “I supposed I should get to my seat” though as she started to walk away his hand shot out and grabbed hers “Stay with me?” and as she looked to him and saw that broken hearted look reading across his face, she knew that she couldn’t say no. But as she looked to him she started to wonder as to why he was here alone “Isn’t Madeleine joining you?” she asked looking down shyly to the floor of the box. Liam looked to Jade and in an instant reached out cupping her face “No. There were some issues with our travel and she insisted on taking care of it, so it would just be you and I here tonight” and as she looked to him finding his piercing blue eyes so hard to resist she nodded her head. “I don’t want to leave you here all alone especially after what we just talked about” and as she smiled a little bit to him he looked to her and said “I honestly don’t know what I would do if I were to be left alone…I don’t know what I would do with myself” and as his eyes scanned hers she started to feel the blush creeping up on her cheeks “King Liam are you inviting me to watch the show with you or something else?” and as she giggled a little bit Liam “Let me tell you something, seeing you in that dress” and as his eyes scanned over her dress that clung to her in all the right places he started to wrap his arms around her as she was now standing in front of him he stood to be with her “I thought, we could maybe revisit that last date and see what may have happened. To be completely honest I haven’t been able to stop thinking about you Jade, not since then. You have been on my mind day and night” and as he started to turn her to face towards the stage as he stood behind her his hands gently on her hips as he leaned in and whispered “Stay with me?” as he leaned in starting to press little soft kisses to her neck making her body shiver with delight.
Jade couldn’t help it as she started to tilt her neck a little bit more to the side to give him more access and as she felt his lips trailing up and down her neck she let out a little bit of a moan and whispered “I will stay with you” and as he turned her just a little bit he placed a soft gentle kiss to her temple before starting to turn her back to their seats. As Jade took a seat in the chair he looked to her and she looked back to him “Liam, I really don’t want what we found out about your father to hinder tonight” and as she looked down to her lap Liam squatted down in front of her “I agree. Why not start again from the beginning” and as he straightened up again he extended out his hand and said “Lady Jade I am happy that my invitation reached you in good spirits” and as she smiled to him and as he laughed a little bit she battered her eyelashes in response “Well Liam I do appreciate the invitation and for you saving me a seat next to you” and as she smiled to him he brought her hand up kissing the back and stated “Jade you will always have a place right next to me” and as he finally took his seat he looked to her “Can I get you anything?” and as Jade looked to him letting the words that he just spoke sink further into her she nodded and said that she would take a whiskey. Once Liam returned with the drinks they sat together as the show started, though throughout the beginning they ended up talking a little bit more and soon Liam said “You know if someone would have told me that the next time that I was here would be with the woman of my dreams, I would have never believed them” and as she smiled to him feeling her cheeks redden she said “A lot has really changed for both of us since then hasn’t it” she asked starting to take another sip of her drink. Liam looked to her and then let his head fall a little bit “Jade I know that it hasn’t been easy for you, but I do hope in the end that this has been enough to keep what we have afloat” and as he smirked to her she smiled back.
Soon as they were sitting there a little bit more she started to feel him reach over and take her hand as he then leaned over whispering to her “Say this was our story how would you envision it and what ending would you give us” and as those words rang in her mind she turned to look to Liam finding his face is now just mere inches from hers. Jade took in a deep breath as she looked to him and then to the stage and then back to him “Well it would be a story about two people meeting completely random and going on an epic journey together, through all the trials and tribulations of being in a relationship to see if their love survives all the twists and the turns. Any obstacle that they would face would be together” and as she looked to her lap she then looked back to him “The ending I would give would be with a passionate kiss to close out the scene, to make the audience imagine what happened after the ending” and as she smiled to him she started to see that look in his eyes that read of something so deep and tantalizingly strong that she felt her whole body shiver. “I really like the way that you think Lady Jade” and as she smiled she looked down and said “Though I don’t know if my story would have the whole opera part included to be honest” they both giggled as he exclaimed “I like your directorial point of view but what if we maybe reframed a few of the scenes in this part? The scene in which the star-crossed lovers finally get to steal a moment alone in midst of all the chaos and crises” Liam stated as he started to reach out to her starting to stroke her cheek gently.
Jade leaned her head to his hand and as she caught his eyes looking to her lips she said “I think that I could fit that in to the scene” and as they caught eyes once again and his fingers started to dance down to her neck a little bit more starting to massage it just gently he said “What happens next Jade” and as she heard his words crashing to her she heard the deepness and desire pooling up inside of him and she could read him like a book. “This is the part when the girl finds out that he is a prince, and has been the entire time and the prince decides to take matters into his own hands and steals a kiss from the maiden/commoner that he is secretly in love with” and just as she finished that brief description, she soon felt his lips crashing down to hers in a deep, passionate kiss. The kiss lasted longer than normal and soon as Liam leaned to her a little bit more, completely closing the space between them. She could feel her body responding to him and as she reached out grabbing the lapels of his jacket to hold him to her, but even in doing so she didn’t feel right away that she was about to fall of her chair but soon caught herself before she could make a fool of herself. All too soon Liam started to pull back smiling to her “I have an idea. I don’t want anything between us. When I asked you to stay with me and you said yes I was kind of hoping for a little something different” and as he leaned in pressing his lips to her temple gently starting to stand them both up and walking to be behind the chairs. Jade smiled shyly to him as she said “You mean it wasn’t just to see the opera?” she giggled a little bit as Liam smiled to her “Of course I was and I have enjoyed it so much with you here. But if I am going to be honest it was not the only thing on my mind” he said to her as he leaned in and began placing little kisses to her jaw line and neck. These kisses caused Jade to start to feel weak in the knees and feeling so lost in his touch as his hands skimmed over her sides and to her hips pulling her to be closer to him.
Jade couldn’t stop herself as she let out a soft moan “What else was on your mind my king” and as his lips started to trail back from her neck to just below her ear he whispered to her “It all depends on what you want my lady. We have about an hour left of uninterrupted time” he said as he leaned in kissing her lips slowly before she pulled back just a little bit and whispered “So you’re suggesting…” and before she could continue Liam cut her off by stating “I am all of yours, whatever you want from me, it’s yours Jade” and as she started to hear the words that he was saying, and the mix of the whiskey, and everything that she has been going through she started to think that throwing caution to the wind might be a good idea. Though as she closed her eyes she did start to see not Liam’s smiling face but Drake’s as she started to try and shake it away she soon looked up into those gorgeous blue eyes and bit her lip “Liam, I…I want you” and without a second of hesitation his lips found hers again as his hands started to pull a little bit at her clothes that were in his way. Pulling back breathless after a few moments Liam rested his forehead to hers as he said “I want you too, desperately.” With shaking hands Jade wasted no time starting to work at the buttons on his shirt and once she was able to get that off with his dress jacket she soon was running her fingers and hands all over his exposed chest feeling inside the way that his skin made her fingers tingle with anticipation and desire. Knowing that she had never gone all the way with someone she knew that right now with the way that she was feeling and not giving two shades she let another moan escape her lips as he captured them again starting to wrap his arms around her as his hands started to travel down her back and to the top of her behind and started to grab it gently massaging his hands over her butt. “I believe that you are a little bit overdressed for the occasion Miss Jade” and as he said this she started to smirk to him “Well maybe you should do something about that” and without a care in the world Liam started to reach down for the hem of her dress which was now at her hips and started to pull her dress up and off her body.
Liam looked to her as she started to stand there shyly and as the tint of pink returned to her cheeks he smiled and scanned her body “You are incredible my lady” and as he started to lean her back onto the floor he reached to where they were just sitting to get the two chair pillows and laying one behind her head and then the other close by just in case. Liam soon was leaning over her and pressing his lips to hers again and she couldn’t hold back as her hands started to run up and down his chest feeling every contour of his body and every muscle flexing to her touch “Mmmm Liam” and as she let out the little moan he started to lean in kissing and sucking just a little bit on her neck starting to run his hand down over her sides, and then her stomach before settling right between her legs. Feeling him touching her so close to where she wanted him the most. It didn’t take too long before Jade couldn’t take it as she started to beg him with her eyes and then said between staged breaths “Touch me Liam. Please” and as she said this it didn’t take any other persuasion as he started to reach for her panties and started to pull them to the side and with a gentle touch his fingers soon found her wet core. I was a fool” and as he leaned in kissing the top of her forehead she shook her head and said “It’s not that I don’t want that sometime with you possibly but I…I just…I have never… I mean” and as she looked to him it soon hit him as he realized what she was trying to say “Baby, are…are you a virgin?” he asked as his voice was calm and collective. Looking to his eyes she didn’t respond as she started to push him gently off of her and onto his back. Liam looked up to her in surprise as she returned her hand to him slowly starting to stroke him under his boxer briefs again. I should have been more…” and before he can continue Jade pushed herself up, pressing her lips to his to silence him. After a few mere seconds, Jade pulled away and said “Liam, how would you have known? It’s not like I wasn’t enjoying what we were doing I just knew that I couldn’t let me first time be here” and as she looked around he started to bring her into his arms holding her in his lap “I know I didn’t have any idea but I still should have been more considerate and I am sorry if you felt like you had to help me” and as Jade looked to him kissing his cheek she shook her head “No I wanted to give you a hand” and as they both chuckled they both soon realized that the Opera was about to conclude.
As they started to help each other get dressed again they soon stood in front of each other and that is when Liam took her into his arms holding her close. “For what it’s worth I am so glad that you joined me up here tonight” and as he looked to her eyes she smiled and said “I am glad that I joined you too even if I didn’t meet the expectations” and as Liam looked to her there was a sadness in his eyes “Jade…you are beyond every expectation that I have ever had for a woman that I want to be with. Just because you didn’t go all the way with me, it doesn’t change a thing as I respect you and I would never ever want to hurt you. You are an incredible woman Jade Morgan and I would wait forever for you” and as he looked to her she could see the sincerity in his eyes and she knew how sorry he was. She wasn’t mad at him for wanting more tonight but more mad in herself that she wasn’t ready “Oh Liam” and as she said this he found her lips again kissing her passionately but just as quickly as their time together started, it ended as the lights in the theatre started to turn on again. “I guess this is goodnight , until next time huh” he said as he held her close again starting to hold her tight and not wanting to let her go. “Sadly for now it is” and as they parted and Liam gave her one more peck to her lips she soon walked down to the lobby.
Upon reaching the bottom of the stairs she walked right over to where Hana, Maxwell and Olivia were standing, but before she could get to them her phone vibrated in her little clutch that she had with her. She pulled out her phone and read the message from Liam “Jade words again cannot express how sorry I am for tonight. Once your name is clear and you and I can be together I would love more than anything to be your first but until then just know that my heart is deeply sorry for being an idiot. I hope that you can forgive me. Sleep well my lady, my beauty, my queen” and as she ready the message to herself again she responded “You have nothing to be sorry for I promise. You did nothing wrong. I will see you soon my king” and as she hit the send button she then tucked her phone away and headed over to her friends that were talking about how the theatre resembled that of an old Novrakis castle. Olivia began explaining that the very theatre they were in was designed and based off an old family castle and as her and Maxwell talked little bit more soon Hana caught Jades eyes and gave her the look of asking if she was okay and of course Jade nodded in response although her heart said differently.
After a few more minutes Olivia walked away just as Maxwell started to talk about the next stop being Shanghai and how they were all going to be meeting Hana’s parents though as Jade was listening she soon saw him walking towards the group feeling her heart started to pound in her chest as his soft deep voice stated “Finally she is gone” and Jade couldn’t even stop herself as she exclaimed “Drake! I didn’t know you were going to be here” and as they connected at the eyes Drake smiled to her “Hey when they offer free drinks and food, a guy can’t help but go, even when the place gives him the creeps” and as she nudged him a little bit she said “So you’re like the Phantom of the Opera…only not wearing a mask” and as she giggled a little bit, she felt herself completely relaxing being by him again. “Yeah you could say that” and as they talked for a few moments more before heading back Jade started to feel like tonight has started to turn for the better. Though as they made their way back to the train they separated although Jade stayed outside for just another few moments looking up to the sky starting to question about her decision that she knew she was going to have to make soon. As she stood outside she soon felt a cool breeze hit her as she shivered and started to head in though as she did she ran right into Drake who was heading the opposite direction.
“Morgan” he said with a smile cascading over his lips as she looked to him “It’s almost midnight, where are you going at this hour” she asked starting to look at him as she could see that he seemed to be genuinely happy. Though as she looked closer he seemed to have a half smirk now tracing his lips as he answered “Well I decided that since I am not tired I thought that I might go have some fun” and as Jade smiled she responded “You mean go have a drink” and with that giggle he smiled to her “You do know that I like more things than just whiskey, like pool for example and that is where I was about to go” and as Jade looked to him with her mouth agape “No one told me there was a pool room on the train” and as Drake started to hook his fingers into his pocket as he sometimes does when he is comfortable he said “Oh it’s not on the train, there is a place about three blocks over that I found. You wouldn’t want to join me would you?” and as she looked to him and their eyes connected again she could feel the heat rising in her cheeks. “Are you sure you want me to come with you?” and as she asked him this she started to take another step to him “Yeah I wouldn’t mind a little competition and its private no one would be around to bother us” and as he took another step to her she could smell his cologne that was intoxicating to her in every way possible. She looked to him and smiled “Just let me change into something a little bit more comfortable” as she then signaled to her dress that she was in for the Opera “Only if you insist. I will meet you outside the train in a few” and as she smiled to him and started to walk past him she purposely let her hand trail over his abdomen before walking past an into her room as he let out a breathe he was holding before heading out to the front of the train.
About 5 minutes later Jade came walking out in a shirt and capris, knowing that It was a little chilly she knew that she could handle it and as they walked together they talked about how he lost at Never Have I Ever and how he wasn’t going to take it easy on her and as they continued their little walk to the hotel they were unaware of a set of eyes watching as they made their way inside and down into the basement of the hotel. Once inside Drake led her over to where the pool tables were set up and Drake began to rack up the set of pool balls as Jade went and chose her cue stick grabbing one for him as well. “Anything interesting been going on in my absence” and as Drake continued to get everything ready he answered and told her that Liam came to talk to him again about getting her to go away while all this gets taken care of and as he admitted that he agreed to it to a point he then added in there that he could use a little bit of a private get away” and as Jade shook her head she said “I told you I am not leaving” and as she started to look over the table he walked to her “I know and that is what I told Liam so he has appointed me basically to be your “body guard” to watch over you and keep you safe. But needless does he realize I have been doing it this whole time” and as he started to smile to her she smiled back to him knowing that he was right. Jade started to think about what Drake just mentioned about liking a private getaway and wondering what it would be like if it were to be just her and him somewhere away from the court and everyone and she knew that she would be missing Hana and Maxwell she kind of liked the thought of really getting some time with him alone.
Drake slowly made his way to break as she then asked “So do you come here every night” as she started to watch him closely knowing that she has never been too good at pool but knew she could be. “Only when I can’t sleep or a certain women is in my bed asleep” and as he looked up to her he could see the tint of pink that was almost covering her entire face now. “I am sorry about that, but what keeps you up at night…is it scandalous dreams about me?” she asked as Drake was leaning forward to take his shot to break and though he smirks to her he doesn’t answer her. When he doesn’t respond to her she can feel the heat creeping up through her body and as he starts to line up again he stated “Ready to hear the house rules” and as she raised her eyebrow to look at him she said “Rules…what rules” and as he smiled starting to stand up again he stated “After the break we each get one shot to sink a ball into the corner pockets. Each ball that you get in is a point. Best of three rounds wins” and as he looked to her and saw the way that she was standing holding her stick he couldn’t help but look her over “Hmm I think that can handle that” and as she smiled to him he smiled back and motioned for her to come over to him “Ladies first” and as he looked right at her catching her eyes she smiled and playfully stroked his side “Such a gentleman” and as she gave him a wink he started to step to the side of the table and waited for her to shoot.
Jade knew that she had never been a strong breaker when it came to playing pool but in that moment she was having fun and just enjoying her time with him as she knew that soon they may not get a lot of time together, depending on how things played out. As she shot the first break the balls scattered over the table though none of them went into any of the pockets. “You’re up” and as she went to step to him he started to take a step to coming face to face with each other and as he looked down to her he leaned in kissing the tip of her nose “Just for luck” and as he smiled he then started to look over the layout that she had created for him and as he studied it for just a moment longer he then lined up and shot the purple ball into the corner of the table “Nice shot Walker, where did you learn to play pool like this” and as she smiled to him he radiated a huge smile back to her “Believe it or not it was my mom that taught my sister and I all the tricks and the trades. We basically had a homemade pool table set up in the back of the garage on the farm and every weekend after the chores were done of course, she would teach us a thing or two” and as she watched him talking about his mom like that, she could tell that there was an undying respect that he had for her which was something that she loved about him.
“I can imagine little Drake trying to hold a cue stick, it must have been an adorable sight for her to see” and as she laughed a little bit Drake just chuckled “Yeah I was a little bit of a handful though, but in the meantime giving me a cue stick not only kept me busy but got me to be pretty good” and as he smiled to her again she said “We shall see about that” and as she started to walk over to line up her shot she started to realize just how much fun she was going to have with this as she looked at him “Hey do you think you could just help me for a moment just see if I line this up correctly” and as she looked to him through her eyelashes he hesitated for just a second as he started to walk up behind her “So you are wanting me help you win?” he asked giving her a look as he stood behind her and as she looked back at him meeting his eyes she said “No of course not, just maybe a few pointers” and as she smiled back to him she started to feel just how close he was to her now making little sparks starting to light up at the core of her body. “How could I say no to that look” and as she smiled again she said “I don’t think you could” and as he shook his head he started to be a little bit more behind her his body starting to press to her as his arms went around her and soon she was cuddled up to him as he started to place his hands on hers guiding them to the correct way to hold the stick. Though he was talking to her she couldn’t focus on anything more but the way that she was feeling in his arms, the smell of his cologne and a little bit of whiskey on his breath and as she started to feel the perfect feel of his arms around her she felt something with him, something that only he has been able to make her feel…the feeling of home. “Now you just have to shoot” and as she was snapped from her thoughts she did as he said and brought her hand back a little bit and pushed the cue forward causing the ball to roll perfectly into the corner pocket. “Yes!” she exclaimed as she smiled from ear to ear.
Drake smiled to Jade as she celebrated her little victory as he patted her on the shoulder “There you go, you look like a natural” and as he started to look at the table starting to line up his shot Jade started to know that she had to do something for him to lose focus so she soon started to mention the little crease that he gets in his forehead when he is concentrating. This comment made Drake look at her raising an eyebrow “What I think its adorable” and as she giggled a little bit Drake rubbed his forehead but it didn’t matter as it happened again as he started to line the shot up and as he took it he ended up missing completely. Drake soon looked to her as she stated “I told you not to go easy on me” and as she laughed a little bit more starting to line up her shot she looked to him sticking her tongue out. “Well I guess I was feeling charitable tonight” and as he gave her a wink she felt the intensity hit her in the core. They continued on like this until there were only a few balls left on the table and as Jade looked to the table she saw that Drake was getting ready to line the perfect shot knowing that if he made this he would win and as she watched him closely, she knew that comments were not going to distract him so she had to do something a little bit more eye catching.
As Drake started to line up his perfect shot Jade started to put her cue stick to be leaning against the pool table and started to remove the top layer of her clothes and as she stepped out of her bottoms she soon stood there in just the blue bra and panty set. Drake soon looked up and saw what she had done and he couldn’t stop his jaw from dropping “Wh…what are you doing Morgan” he asked as his voice was quiet and almost shy like as he was taken by surprise. “Sorry I just got a little hot, I hope you don’t mind” and as she looked to him she smiled and gave him a wink that set his body ablaze as he swallowed hard but his eyes never left hers “Tick Tock Drake” and as she looked to him sticking her tongue out again he shook his head trying to regain his focus but it didn’t work as he shot the cue ball and barely grazed the ball moving it only centimeters towards the corner pocket “Damn it Morgan see what you made me do” and as she tried not to laugh she playfully answered “Whatever do you mean Mr. Walker? I have been standing here since you started to line up your shot” and as she started to walk over to him, every muscle in his body began to ache in want to just reach out to her. Drake just looked at her and shook his head as she started to take her place at the table to look over “Last shot Morgan” and as she looked to him she stated “Remember the rule Walker – never take your eye of the ball” and as she started to lean over the table a little bit he shrugged and looked at her studying every curve of her body “I guess I was a little distracted” and as she wiggled her hips a little bit to tease him she soon started to try and focus again.
As a few moments passed Drake started to see that she was getting ready to take the last shot and as he thought for a moment he realized that two could play this game as he started to unbutton his over shirt and started to then reach down pulling the beater up and over his head “Damn Morgan you are right…it is mighty hot in here, but oh well have to get the rest of these puppies in before bed” and before she could even register what he was doing he was soon on the floor starting to do pushups completely shirtless so close to her. “Drake” she gasped “Wh…what are you doing?” and as she started to look at him seeing his muscles flex in his back and throughout the rest of his body she started to bite her lip “Like I told you, I have to get the rest of these in before bed” and as he continued to do the pushups she sighed and said “And you have to do that shirtless” and as she looked to him again feeling the heat starting to rise on her cheeks she tried to pull her eyes away but she couldn’t. She watched as his body was perfectly straight and every muscle from his biceps, to his shoulders, to his back were flexing as he pushed his body down and then up again in the perfect push-up position. She was still staring as he stopped mid push-up and looked to her and said “You know just taking a page out of your book Morgan, you had to know it was coming” and as she blushed and went to line up her shot she could still see Drake off to the side as he switched from two hands to one handed push-ups and as she shot her cue she missed completely “What that isn’t fair I was trying to concentrate over here” and as Drake finally stood he saw that she still won even with missing the last shot “Looks like I still won there Walker” and as she laughed he looked to her and said “Yeah that is what they call beginner’s luck” and as Jade held her cue stick leaning to it a little bit she said “Are you admitting that a beginner beat you” and as she placed her hand over her mouth in a mocking shocked look Drake just shook his head.
Jade looked to him and as she did and saw him standing there with his shirt still off and his pants hanging just the right amount to see the curves leading below his belt she bit her lip as she said “So what about my prize Mr. Walker?” and as he looked to her cocking his eyebrow he chuckled and said “We didn’t set the rules up for a prize, and last time,” and as he started to cut himself off he took a step forward to her starting to grab her cue stick and tossing it to the pool table. His hands started to run up and down her arms leaving a hot trail in his path “We know what happened last time there was a prize” and as she looked up to him catching those eyes of his with hers she could feel her heart beating against her ribs as she could feel the heat just radiating from him. Snapping out of it – well trying to – she cleared her throat “I mean come on now drinking game, pool game…what’s the fun if there is no prize, and I think my prize should be matching tattoos” and as she looked to him as seriously as she could, Drakes eyes shot up “Are you serious?” he coughed out as she couldn’t hold back and she started to laugh at his reaction “Of course not but I do think my prize should be…” and as she started to look at him again catching him as he was looking down to her body she said “a kiss” and as Drake’s eyes found hers again he let out a low breath “You are going to torture me aren’t you Morgan” as he started to bring his hand up cupping her cheek and allowing his thumb to run over her bottom lip just tenderly enough causing her to close her eyes in the feel of him touching her. It didn’t take Drake long before he leaned in and pressed his lips to hers softly at first and then as he wrapped his hand to the back of her neck tugging her hair back just a little bit to have her head tilting back he kissed her deeper before allowing himself to slide to her jaw line and then to her neck, kissing and sucking right where her heart was beating through her pulse. She didn’t even realize as she ran her hand up his chest and the other up into his hair that she let a moan escape her lips and into the air that was so heavy and hot between them. Though as soon as it started it stopped with Drake taking a step back “This torture is the kind I have been waiting for all night. You do know that right?” he asked as he looked deep into her jade eyes.
Without even thinking she let her hands travel to the back of his neck and let her fingers run gently over the baby hairs on his neck “Then I have to ask; A) Why didn’t you kiss me sooner? B) What is stopping you from continuing now?” and as the words radiated from her lips to his ears he couldn’t stop himself from his instincts hitting in as he leaned down a little bit capturing the back of her thighs and lifted her to the edge of the pool table and sitting her down, as he then opened her legs and stepped between them pressing his body to hers and again she moaned out feeling the way that he was taking control and knowing that she has never been this relaxed with anyone to be handled like that. Drake looked to her seeing the questioning look in her eyes that were also filled with a desire and a need and as she smirked to her he finally answered “You know why Morgan, cause once I start…I don’t know if I would be able to stop myself” and as he leaned in to her kissing her shoulder and then up her neck before stopping and nipping at her ear “Drake, we are alone, how often does that actually happen. I know you want to keep me safe, protected and not to draw attention but…I don’t want you to stop kissing me just because you think you have too” and as she said this her hands were trailing down to his belt as she pulled him closer to her and her tiny fingers started to pull at his belt and jeans.
Drake could barely contain himself as he felt as though his knees were about to buckle under himself as he stood before her, feeling her tiny hand playing with his jeans and trailing over his abs at the same time “You are driving me insane Jade” and as the words came out deep, husky, and filled with a burning desire she looked to him and said “You do the same to me…as I think you already know” as she leaned in and started to place little butterfly kisses on his chest and then over to his shoulder as her hands then traveled around to his back, her left palm starting to slide over his firm behind slowly and pleasingly at the same time. “I meant what I said, I would stay here all night if it meant that you wouldn’t stop kissing me” and as she looked to him and found his eyes again it didn’t take more than a mere few seconds before his lips crashed down to hers in a deep passionate kiss. I will see you in the morning and please don’t be too mad that I left’ – Drake. Jade couldn’t help but smile as she read the note again and then put it under her pillow she got herself out of bed and went right to the door and opening it knowing that it was going to be Maxwell but instead as she opened the door she didn’t see anyone besides a note taped to her door and as she pulled it off and then read it she felt her body tense up as she re-read the words ‘I know about you and Drake’ and as she started to feel her heart starting to hammer in her chest she started to wonder who could have wrote this but as she started to hear footsteps coming down the hall she shoved the note into the pocket of her pajama pants feeling her mind racing and her hands starting to shake.

You are shaking like a leaf in the winter” and as she looked up to him her eyes were filled with tears and fear “Jade…what is going on” and as he looked to her she reached in and took out the note “I guess someone knows that I have been spending time with Drake” and as she looked to Maxwell as he read the message that was on the paper he said “I wouldn’t worry too much, as long as they haven’t seen you and him kissing, or….anything else… you are allowed to have friends” and as he brought her into another hug he rubbed her back “Jade you have nothing to worry about…I mean it’s not like you have been having a secret fling with Drake this whole time” and as he looked to her the worry that was on her face caused his jaw to drop “Wait…I knew that you were feeling things for both Liam and Drake but have things gotten…serious with them” and as Jade started to let a few tears go she nodded “Oh shit, Jade what’s been going on? I mean I know that there is something between you and Drake and I know that there is something between you and Liam but really what have I been missing?” and as Jade looked to her lap she explained “Maxwell I am only telling you this cause you are like my best friend and I know I can trust you. Things between Drake and I have been somewhat passionate when we hang out, the same with Liam and the more time that I spend with either of them the closer that I get to being even more physical with them both” and as Maxwell looked to her he said “Wait…have you…done….that” and as Jade heard the shy side of Maxwell come out she shook her head “No I haven’t gone all the way with either of them, but it’s been pretty close with Liam…and Drake” and as he looked to her and continued to listen to her he soon wrapped her up in his arms. “What am I going to do Maxwell? My name still isn’t clear, Liam is going to marry Madeleine, I can’t choose Drake just yet cause that would be a shit storm waiting to happen, my heart still doesn’t know what it wants, and now this…” and as she let more tears go Maxwell tilted her head to look at him “Jade…don’t let this note get to you, they don’t know anything and they won’t know anything. But you just need to think about yourself right now. Get your name cleared and then you can decide” and as he smiled to her she smiled back “What would I do without you Maxwell” and as he hugged her again he said “I am not sure but I know that if you don’t get ready soon you may find out because Bertrand will kill me if you are not ready for Shanghai in 30 minutes” and as he laughed a little bit he soon said “You are going to be just fine, and you have us all here to be by your side. Keep your head up. Now get ready and I will see you soon” and as he left Jade then started packing and just as she went to leave the room she ripped the note to shreds and then tossed it away as she then headed to meet everyone as they then headed for Shanghai.
