After waking up the next morning before Maxwell had the chance to even wake her Jade went for a final run around the manor and through the apple fields knowing that she was going to take this time to really think about what she was going to do. In her mind after yesterday it was plain as day, she just had to try and find the time to pull the one aside and talk to him. Though as she was jogging and listening to music she heard her phone beep in her ear and as she pulled it out of her pocket she saw a text message from Liam ‘Good Morning sweet Jade. I do hope that you slept well last night and do hope that you are feeling better. I can’t wait to see you once we get to the Beaumont Estate for the party. I can’t wait to hug you again. It’s almost time for this to be over once and for all. I will talk to you soon. - Liam’ and as Jade read that message she started to feel her heart beating fast. She knew what she had to do and she had to do it now. She jogged back to the manor and started to head right to her room again though as she got there and opened the door she headed to her bed to pack her bag up knowing that Maxwell would be coming to get her soon enough. Though as she got to the bed, she saw a piece of paper there with a single wild flower on her pillow and as she reached for the paper she started to smile reading the message: ‘Morning Morgan, hope you don’t mind but I slept outside your bedroom door last night just to make sure that no unwanted guests wanted to try and get to you again. I hope that you were able to sleep well. I know that my mind was racing a little bit for obvious reasons. I will see you soon. – Drake’ Jade sat on the edge of her bed her mind now tossing and turning again though as she thought more about it she knew that she had made up her mind and she had to do this now. As she started to search her room for a piece of paper and a pen she found her pen but not a single piece of paper and by the time that she was about to just use a napkin that she had, Maxwell came to her door to get her things and start to head to the Limo to start to head to the Beaumont Estate, knowing that they had to get there before everyone else to set things up. Once in the limo she was in luck because in the back of the limo was a notepad and as she settled in she began writing the letter to the one that she was saying goodbye too, though for secrecy for now she didn’t put his name at the top.
As the limo rolled towards the estate Jade was focused completely on her letter as she knew that she was expressing everything that she was feeling and thinking about since New York, knowing that it was even back then that she started feeling what she did. Though as she started to think about the now she started to write about how she enjoyed the times that she had with him and how she was sad that it wouldn’t be them in the end. She expressed how she feels deeply for him and how she doesn’t want to lose him but just knows that she has to follow her heart. Though as she finished up the letter just as Maxwell announced that they were finally arriving, she got her things out of the limo with her but as she got out of the limo she didn’t realize that the newly written letter that was just folded and put into her back pocket had fallen out and to the ground. Not one of them realized it at all as they grabbed their things and headed to the front door a little ways down the drive. As they got to the door Jade heard Bertrand curse as he then explained that the maids and the cooks left due to nonpayment; meaning that they were going to have to do everything. Bertrand immediately instructed Jade to head to the kitchen after getting her bags in her room and as she headed to the kitchen she wondered when she would be able to give her letter to the recipient.
In the kitchen Jade felt completely comfortable. She was able to make a few creations that were going to help out the brothers that have become like her own. She created little serving spoons that each held a small mix for deviled eggs. Knowing that she always loved creating things in the kitchen and expressing herself through different things, this was actually more fun than a chore to her. Though as she started to take her big tray to the fridge to let them stay cool when she heard “Hello, anyone home?” and as she started to turn around the corner to make sure that it was who she recognized she slammed right into Drake the force almost knocking her back but he steadied her rather quickly. “What? What are you doing here?” she looked at him and instantly felt his hands on her hips steadying her “Well Maxwell asked if I could come lend a hand and I decided that I would” and as he started to look her in the eyes, the color seemed to change as his look started to be more of a serious tone and as she started to go to speak Drake broke in right away “We need to talk…soon” and as she looked to him she started to wonder what it was that he was meaning by that but before she could even ask Maxwell came running into the kitchen “Yes Drake my man you’re here!” and as he started to pat Drake on the back and Drake let go of Jade immediately he looked to Maxwell “Yeah, well I was promised whiskey so you know I had to head on over” and as he looked to Maxwell and then to you giving a little bit of a smirk Jade felt her heart soar with that look on his face and the tone in his eyes.
Over the next few moments Maxwell, Drake and Jade made up a few more courses including a chicken skewer with jalapeno and spices with a cream dipping sauce, made to look spicy but with the cream sauce it was cooler than it should be and Maxwell ended up calling it the “Charade of the season” Jade looked right to Drake with a sad look on her face and then looked down to the floor letting them know that she was going to go find Bertrand. As she walked through the halls she came face to with a cleaning Bertrand who was actually on his hands and knees cleaning. As she offered to help Bertrand at first rejected the help but it didn’t stop her from getting down to the floor and helping anyways “This is my responsibility too, let me help” and as she smiled to him he agreed. They finished up there and began to head to the weapons room to dust though Jade was just staying more-so to herself as she cleaned with Bertrand, but her mind was racing so much inside about when she was going to be able to finally tell him that she was ready to make up her mind. Soon she ended up in the ballroom where Drake was working on the flowers and getting them into vases for the tables. Jade smiled seeing that way that he was being gentle with the flowers and seeing the way that he just seemed to be comfortable and at ease with the quiet and as she walked to him she tapped him on the shoulder “You know you look any more comfortable I would think that you were day dreaming” and as she smiled to him he stopped and looked right to her “Well hello to you too” and as he smiled to her she started to feel her knees going weak. “I know that you are busy but,” and as he leaned into her a little bit more and lowered his voice he asked “Have you been noticing anything a little off with them?” and though she was taken a back a little bit knowing that there was something else that was needing to be talked about she answered “ What, what do you mean” and he explained that he heard the brothers fighting about money and Jade admitted that the reason that her and Drake were helping is due to some financial issue that they didn’t talk about with her. Though as they stood there Jade looked to him “Drake there…there is something that we need to talk about, like about last night and what almost happened” and as she started to look at him she knew that it was going to be now or never.
Drake looked to her and as she went to speak again he brought his finger up to her lips to silence her he looked right to her eyes “We shouldn’t talk about that here” and as she looked to him she mentioned going somewhere more private and as he looked to her his eyes softened as he said “I really don’t think that’s a good idea. The way you look at me when we are alone Morgan I don’t think that I would be able to stop myself again from what almost took place last night” and as she looked to him she said “Drake we really need to talk it’s rather important and I…” and before she could continue Bertrand yelled out to have both of them to continue cleaning but instead of Drake joining he snuck out of sight and into a side room from the ballroom. Jade was confused as to where he went and so she dropped the flowers that were in her hands and started to head after him. As she slid into the room she saw Drake turn around hearing her say “What are you doing back here?” and as he looked to her he said “Morgan I just told you we shouldn’t…” and with seeing that she wasn’t going to leave he took a deep breath a and then started to unload a lot of information. Talking about how he knew this place well because of his sister Savannah as she had a thing for Bertrand, that she always had a need and desire to be accepted by the court and her attraction and crush on Bertrand Beaumont and how as of right now he didn’t even know where she was or if she was okay. This was all because of them that she doesn’t want to be found so that is why he always seems a little short with them especially Bertrand. “It just seems like after one of the last parties that she was at, something happened and she left, without a trace. I was always supposed to protect her from this life, from getting hurt, and I honestly feel like I failed her” and as he started to look down to the ground Jade walked up to him and started to hug him right there in the study not caring at all. Drake slid his hands around her holding her to him and as she rested her head on his chest she started to run her hands across his lower back a little bit.
Jade soon looked up to him looking him right in the eyes “Drake you didn’t fail her, she left cause something happened and you have to just give her time to come to terms or to end up coming back. You can’t force her if she is not ready or if she doesn’t want too. I know that it’s hard to think about her being away from you but I can promise that if she is anything like you she will come around” she said started to smile to him and he smiled back as he said “I know that you are right Morgan I just wish that she would let me in, at least let me know that she is okay” and as he looked to her she smiled to him “I bet that she is Drake” and as she looked to him right in the eyes she took a deep inhale of breath and then letting it go slowly “Drake I know that your sister is on your mind but there is ….there is something that we have to talk about. We have to talk about us” and as she looked to him she could feel his body tense a little bit as he took in a deep breath.
Looking to her eyes he let out a shallow sigh “Jade there is no talk needed, there is no us” and as he looked to her she felt her heart breaking as she heard him continue “My best friend is head over heels for you. I have never seen him happier, and full of love than I have since I have seen you and him together. Liam is the only one that ever gave two shits about me. After my father died he is the one that made sure that my sister, my mother, and I could stay. He made sure that we had a place and had everything that we needed. There is no way that I could ever betray him and fall more for you than I already am. My feelings don’t matter and that’s where it ends, it’s just feelings. I couldn’t just swoop in and steal his girl” and as he looked to her he could see the tears that were welling up in her eyes that she couldn’t stop. Jade shook her head not wanting to believe anything that was coming from him as she said “Yeah, what about me? What about my feelings that I have, the same ones that I have had since New York, the feelings that have been growing from the moment that I stepped here in Cordonia and found you again? What about what I want and how I feel after everything, the ups, the downs, last night…” and as she started to look at him the tears started to pool in her eyes and as she blinked and felt them fall she didn’t stop them. “Can you honestly think or believe that I wouldn’t feel more than I should after everything, and how things have been between us? I can’t just shut off my feelings like a light switch, I just can’t” and as she looked to him her fist hit his chest a little hard but not too hard as she was starting to get more upset. Drake brought her closer to him as he started to run his hands up and down her back “Believe me I do care about how you feel, I just…I didn’t know how you would still be able to feel something when we get interrupted all the time and then how last night was, and how we came so close to something, and then I had to leave. I didn’t think that you would still want to feel something for me” he said starting to lean in and resting his forehead on hers reaching up and starting to wipe the tears that are falling and to stroke her cheek. “I didn’t think that after everything I have put you through that you would still feel this strong” and as he leaned in he kissed her forehead starting to feel his heart starting to race and Jade could feel hers not only breaking but racing with all the emotion that she was feeling.
Jade looked to him through the tears to his eyes “Drake, I have told you, they never stopped…and they never will” and as she looked to him she couldn’t help it as she leaned up to him catching the corner of his lips before looking to him and then pressing her lips to his in a sensual tender kiss right there in the study room. As they parted for a moment Drake asked “What are you saying Morgan” and as she looked to him starting to know that she should tell him, she knew that she couldn’t just yet not here, knowing that they could interrupt them at any moment “Drake I care about both of you so much, and it hurts because until this morning I didn’t know what I was going to do. I honestly thought about leaving, right in the middle of the night but then I thought about everything and I knew what I had to do I know that…” and he cut her off “Let me tell you something quick, you are supposed to be here for Liam, and I understand that, I know that this road is not that easy but if you feel for us both, I will never make you choose if that makes you feel any better. I won’t be the reason to you being hurt or being forced to make that choice. I know that I can’t just say this isn’t a big deal cause it is, you are here for Liam” and as he looked to her and then looked down Jade leaned up kissing him again gently for only a moment before Drake pulled back though his eyes were searching hers and as he looked to her the way that he did she could feel her heart, her mind and her body responding.
He couldn’t take it anymore, with her right there with him and the way that she was telling him these things, her eyes casting a spell on his as he said “Morgan?” and she looked to him “Yeah” her eyes searching his but not being able to read the expression that was in his eyes and written all over his face. “I can’t hold back anymore, every single nerve in my body is fighting me right now but I can’t stop myself. You have no idea how hard it has been to keep everything hidden, but I….fuck it” he said as he pulled her close to him and soon lifted her up onto the desk that was right there beside them. Holding her to him he started to stand between her legs as his lips crashed down to hers kissing her deeply, filled with a passion and fire that she had never felt from him before, this kiss was different, this was filled with want, need, desire, lust, and love all thrown into that one kiss. His hands traveled up her body and to her hair to pull it back just a little bit as he kissed up and down her neck drawing a moan from her. “Drake” she moaned out as her hands were running up and down his side and then landing on his backside pulling him more to her as she pressed her hips to his in a want that she felt deep inside her body. His lips were hungry for her, kissing her neck and down to the base of her throat as he kissed back up her throat and then to her lips catching them again in a tantalizing kiss. Her body shivered when his hands reached down to her backside and brought her even closer to him pressed right against his growing desire as her legs wrapped around and locked around him to hold him there. Though as he kissed to her neck again and then to her ear he whispered “This was always my fantasy, you finally admitting to me how you feel for me, and me just letting go of everything that was holding me back. I know that if last night, if we wouldn’t have been interrupted it would have been a night to remember” and as he kissed right below her ear she moaned out “Tell me what we would have done, or what it is that you have thought about” and as she tilted her head he began kissing her neck even more.
Drake kissed back to her ear and she could hear the chuckle and sense the smirk that was showing on his lips as he started to lean in a little bit more he started to tell her what exactly would have happened had they not been interrupted “It would have begun just like we were, kissing, touching, caressing each other, but then instead of you putting your mouth on me, it would have been all about you. I would have picked you up and got you onto the bed, stripped you down to just your silk skin, as I laid kisses up and down your sexy body. Given that you were comfortable I would have then let my hand slide up and down your body before settling between your legs and I would have pleased you and brought you to the edge, as my lips and tongue explored your mouth. Though as he started to smile seeing her stand up he saw towards the chair of the desk a white envelope laid there and as Drake looked to it he could see that it was open a little bit and a green tint was showing through the top “What in the world” and as he started to reach around her a little bit he saw the cash that was just stacked inside. His jaw fell open as he started to feel the way that his mind was racing seeing at least $5000 stacked in the envelope. Though as he pulled the envelope to be in front of him and Jade she looked to it and wondered if that is what the brothers were fighting about though as they started to hear footsteps coming they quickly composed themselves and started to head out of the study just in time to see Bertrand head into the ballroom “Looks better in here, now Drake I need your help up in the upper levels if you would be so kind to meet me in the upstairs study” and as Drake looked to Jade he smiled and said “See you soon” and as she smiled to him knowing that she already missed his touch she knew that she should continue helping to clean knowing that there was more to be done. Though as her and Bertrand started to walk towards the entrance there was a knock on the door, “Were you expecting more help” Jade said starting to smile a little bit giving Bertrand a little humor though as Bertrand opened the door, standing right there was Liam. Jade’s eyes widened seeing him right there and Bertrand immediately bowed to him “Oh Li…my King, uh I didn’t know you would be here early” and as Bertrand offered him to come in Liam smiled and looked right to Jade “I was hoping that I could steal a few moments with Lady Jade” he smiled and started to step into the estate “Oh but of course, she has helped enough around here. Don’t let me take up anymore of her time” and as Bertrand bowed again he left rather quickly leaving Liam and Jade alone.
Liam smiled as Bertrand left “So here to see me are you?” she asked starting to look at him right in the eyes as he closed the gap leaning in and cupping her cheek as he leaned in pressing his lips to hers tenderly in a quick refreshing kiss “You could say that. I just really wanted a chance to be with you before the festivities” and as he smiled to her he leaned in again kissing her tenderly and Jade kissed back just a little bit knowing that Bertrand, Maxwell or even Drake could be watching in on this. As they parted and Liam began to ask how she was doing she was smiling to him the whole time though in the back of her mind she knew that there was something that she had to tell him as well. Though as they talked Drake, who was up another level was looking out from the inner study that had a viewing window to the foyer where they were standing. He looked down to the paper that was in his hand and started to read the letter that he found by the garbage when entering the study, it was in Jade’s handwriting he knew that for sure but as he read it he felt his heart dropping into his chest as he could hear her voice as if she was right there reading it to him. There was more to the letter talking about New York and talking about other things but the part that stood out to him was:
‘After all that, I don’t even know where to start. The last few months have been a complete rollercoaster for me and I think it’s time that I make up my mind. Unfortunately, this letter is to tell you that I am following my heart and sadly it means saying goodbye to you.
Ever since New York my feelings grew and grew and so many amazing moments have passed between us both but right now I know in my heart that this is not what I want. I have been so torn since I got here as to what I was going to do. I am choosing my heart because that is the only thing that makes sense. I was never cut out to be here and I appreciate everything that you have done for me. You have been there for me so much even as just a shoulder to cry on and shown me so many new things that I can’t ever regret or ever forget. Coming to Cordonia was one of the most amazing decisions that I have ever made. Boarding that plane and finding you were highlights to my life and I will never forget it. I want you to know that no matter happens now I want you in my life, but I just don’t know if it will get to where you want it to be. I care about you so much but this what I have to do. I have to follow my heart and in the end I have to hope that you will forgive me and still want to be in my life. I don’t know how that will work but I know that’s what I would like. You are such an amazing man and someday a woman is going to make you the happiest man, husband, father ever. Sadly I just don’t see it being with me. I am sorry that I didn’t figure this out sooner and maybe things would be different. I hope you do know that I never meant to hurt you. Only time will tell, but for right now, this is goodbye ’

Drake could feel the air catching in his throat as he started to think about who this is to, was it to him and he was now seeing Jade walk out the door with Liam or was this for Liam and she was changing her mind and that’s why she threw it away? He had no idea what to think, but that is when he realized that this is probably what she wanted to talk to him about earlier and he brushed her off about talking about them. Was she trying to say goodbye? Was she trying to tell him that she was saying goodbye to Liam? Was this only one note and she wrote one to both of them? Was she leaving them both, leaving Cordonia? His mind raced as he sat down on the edge of the desk looking out watching Jade and Liam walk out of the house hand in hand.
“So I know that I already admitted that I wanted to spend some time with you before the festivities actually started but that is not the only reason why I am here” and as Liam walked with Jade he was holding her hand as they walked around the property. Jade smiled to him as she felt content but knowing that she had already made her choice and that there was something that was on her mind “Oh really and what else would it be to why you are here earlier than everyone else? Not that I am complaining but curious I guess is the word” and as she looked to him and they started to get to a bench that was in the back yard by the hedges and start of the garden he had her sit next to him and as he smiled he said “I was hoping that I could take you out, on a real date, just you and I, no one else telling us how to be and what to do, just us” and as he looked to her she could see in his eyes that he was being truthful to her and as she lowered her head she remembered the decision that she had made and knew that this could help, this could help solidify what she wanted and as she accepted he smiled to her “I will come back in about an hour to get you if that is alright with you” and as he took her hand and brought it to his lips and kissed the top “I can’t wait, we will finally just have our moment” and as he leaned in kissing her sweetly she did feel her heart beat just a little bit faster as they parted. Soon Liam did hug her goodbye as he had a few things to finish up before their date and she knew that she wanted to get back inside to get ready she smiled as they parted and they walked back to the house.
Jade started to head to her room starting to think about how this was going to go. Was it going to be amazing? Was it going to be dull? Was it going to be like every other time while she was here that something would interrupt them? She knew that she couldn’t dwell on it as she started to open her door stepping in and as she went to shut it the door was stopped by a hand that was bracing the door so it couldn’t shut. Gasping as she heard the bang of the hand hitting the wood she spun and came face to face with Drake. “Drake what are you…” and before she can even finish he is standing right in front of her door slammed shut and his eyes looking filled with pain, a look that she had only seen on him one other time and he said “Who are you saying goodbye too?” and as he stood there she shook her head “Come again what do you mean?” and as she looked to him feeling her heart starting to race and her mind being consistent with its thoughts she heard him breath out a sigh “This….you wrote this to Liam or myself. Who is it too? Who are you saying goodbye too” and as he brought the letter out into the open Jade’s eyes went wide as she reached back feeling her pocket…empty. “How did you get that letter Drake?” and as she felt her heart starting to beat faster in her chest he explained that he found it next to the trash right before the study. Jade looked down as she started to feel the anxiety starting to form around her again, the sadness and the guilt hitting her. “Who is it for Morgan?” he asked again his eyes burning with a want to know and his body was tense as they stood there. Jade looked down to the ground “I…I don’t know who it’s for anymore. After what just happened in the study and now going on a date with Liam, I don’t know who is getting it now” and as she looked to him and felt the tears starting to fall to her cheeks. Drake couldn’t stand seeing her sad and as he brought her to his arms and held her there he continued “Jade you wrote this before any of that happened you knew what you wanted enough to write it out. You already knew what you were going to do, why delay it now” and as he looked to her and she looked to him starting to feel a little light headed but she knew that he had a right to know “I…I want to see how this date goes with Liam. I thought that I was sure about what I was doing but like I said after the moment we had in the study and now Liam is making an effort…I don’t know” and as she held to him she could hear his heart beating as her head rested on his chest.
Drake held her closer to him “Babe tell me who this was intended for, and if it changes it changes but I need to know” and as he started to look to her he knew that this could very well be the last time that he gets to hold her, comfort her, be there for her and as he looked to her not even waiting for her answer he leaned in kissing her deeply, a kiss filled with unbelievable passion and a desire that filled them both. He realized as he held her that he cared but not enough to ruin this moment, knowing that he loved having her in his arms and holding her close. His lips pressed to hers again and then starting to kiss down her neck and to her collar bone starting to reach down and grabbing her hips to hold her closer to himself. She kissed him back with an unending desire and passion that was bolting through her like lightning as he held her in his arms. So much so that they didn’t realize the time just flew by and soon they broke the kiss as he knew that he had to let her do this and as he went to lean in again to press his lips to hers again there as a knock on the door but as Jade looked to him and saw the look in his eyes she couldn’t help it as she leaned back up kissing him again. Her arms wrapped around his neck holding him down to her and soon again they separated breathlessly as his forehead was to hers. “You better get going…but best believe I am coming to see you once you get back” he said starting to let her go and letting her slip through the door as he heard Liam ask “You ready” and as she said “Yes” Drake could feel his heart beating faster knowing that he hoped with everything that this letter was not going to be meant for him.
After Liam presented a small thing of flowers to Jade and she took them in right away to get water she rejoined him back outside as they started to walk “So what is on the agenda for us today” she smiled starting to feel good about this and knowing, well hoping that this was going to make her decision final. Though as they walked he led her towards the way back of the Beaumont property where there was a hidden fountain in the midst of the gardens “Well I was going to say dinner and a movie but then I realized that being who I am we probably wouldn’t end up being completely alone. So I asked Maxwell if we could use the little set up they have back here for dinner, and he agreed. Yes that means he will be our waiter but he said that he would not be a pest.” Liam smiled as he started to lead her back through the gardens and coming to a hedge archway and once past that it opened to a beautiful fountain and a table set for two. “This is incredible” she smiled as he started to head to the table and holding the chair out for her and as she sat down he helped her scoot in a little bit and leaned down kissing the top of her head. “I am glad that you like it” he smiled to her starting to take the seat across from her and not a moment later Maxwell presented them with their drink options including a special wine and also whiskey. Liam took the wine and Jade actually took a whiskey instead knowing that she had grown a little fond of it. Over the course of getting the drinks and starting to get dinner they talked about everything from how Liam used to play the guitar and how he always wanted to play for people just that he never had the time. Soon Jade looked to him as he took her hand “What is it that you are wanting after marriage?” and as she smiled to him he looked right to her, “I would love to have a family, at least two or three kiddos running around” and as he looked to her and she started to smile a little bit he clarified that it wouldn’t be right away but it would be soon after getting married that he would want to start. Jade always knew that she wanted to have kids but she knew that there was a slight chance that she wasn’t going to be able to as she suffered from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), a silent hormonal problem among women that could make it hard for her to have kids. But that was something that she didn’t know if she could tell him right now. Liam looked to her and said “I know that I shouldn’t be saying this but I really can’t wait to have more time with you, just moments like this that we can steal away” and as he started to smile to her she smiled back to him “This has been really nice and it’s been amazing not having to worry about anyone else.”
Though as they continued talking and finishing up their dinner they soon knew that he had to head out and she knew that she would have to go back to getting the house ready for the party. Although, as they stood to leave, Liam took her hand and pulled her closer to him starting to dance with her, right there out under the starlit night. Liam held her right to him and her head was comfortably on his chest holding him to her as he was holding her to him. “I really wish that I didn’t have to take you back already” and as he leaned in kissing the top of her head and starting to hold her to him just a little bit more “I wish that you didn’t have to either” and as she looked to him he leaned in pressing a kiss to her lips just gently and very sweetly. Soon he was walking her back towards the house where he would then walk her to her bedroom door though as he smiled to her leaning in and kissing her again this time, filled with a hidden and sleeping passion that caused her body to heat up a little bit as he pressed her against the door of her room. Feeling her body against the door and his pressing to hers she felt her body shiver and a moan escape her lips before his crashed onto hers again. Liam’s kisses set her lips on fire though as he started to lean in a little bit more she let her hands start to roam over his body, over his chest and over his shoulders, then to the back of his neck holding his lips to be against her neck as she gasped out feeling him kiss and suck right where her pulse was racing through her. “Jade you have no idea how long I have been wanting this” and as he leaned in kissing her neck again as her right hand slide up his body and to his hair as he began to press his body more to hers starting to get her legs open just a little bit, feeling his body sink to her as he pressed his lower body more to hers. Though as the kisses and the touches happened and the way that she was feeling him so close to her she couldn’t shake her mind to know that Drake was just the one kissing her right before this date and she couldn’t stop thinking about it. Liam could tell that something was on her mind and as he started to pull away from her though their bodies still very close they both were breathless as they rested their foreheads to each other and though Jade loved his kisses and the passions behind his touch and the way that he cared for her and the way that he wanted to protect her she knew that there was still something missing. Liam looked to her right in the eyes as he started to pull away from her though very hesitantly as he was really liking the way that she was responding to him “Sadly I have to let you go for now” and as he leaned in kissing her one more time he started to look right in her eyes “I will see you soon I promise, and just remember we are almost to the finish line” and as he smiled to her leaning in and kissing the top of her head before letting her go into her room she couldn’t help but smiled as she opened the door starting to slip into her room.
After what seemed like an eternity later and a sent text message that is still on “Delivered” she knew that she had to do what was right. As she thought about her last few moments with both of them she realized that with Liam, though amazing, caring, loyal and a very good kisser, there was still something missing when it came to them being together. Though as she started to think over the last few times with each of them she started to be torn again and it was not looking good to be able to choose. Though as she thought about everything she started to text Drake again and when there was still no answer, not even a “read” notification on the message she sent, Jade started to head to the door and starting to head out towards the main entrance and when she got there and looked outside she didn’t see him out there either. Looking through the house she didn’t find him and as the clock started to chime that it was nearing almost 10 PM she knew that if she kept looking she might be able to find him. But after about another hour of looking around for him she ended up laying down on one of the couches in the living room and falling asleep there wondering if Drake thought that she had chosen Liam and ended up leaving. It wasn’t until her eyes finally closed that she fell asleep right there. Soon enough as she was sleeping she didn’t realize that it was Drake that lifted her into his arms and took her to her bed.
As he laid her down and tucked her in he wanted so badly to stay with her, but having heard from Maxwell that her and Liam seemed to have a good time, Drake was starting to prepare for the news that he was going to probably get soon, and at that moment he didn’t know if he would be able to handle losing the only woman that has actually gotten past his walls and into his heart. He stayed with her for a little bit before heading back out and heading to his room, though couldn’t sleep a wink as his mind continued to race over what was going through Jade’s mind.
