A few days had passed since Jonah and Alex had adopted Jake, no new note has appeared. Jonah had ended up basically tearing his room completely apart at this point frantically looking for another note. After not being able to find anything for three days, Jonah went into a slight depression and started mopping around everywhere. After about an hour had passed Jonah was woken up by the knocking on the door he looked all around the living room and into the kitchen. He wasn't able to see Alex anywhere and then realized that he could hear the shower running, realizing that Alex was busy he went to the door and opened it. A man between twenty to thirty was standing there holding sushi and asked "Hello, Does Alex live here?" Jonah replied saying "Yes he does. How much does it cost?" "Oh no cost nice young man that was leaving paid me saying that it was a way to repay you two for your kindness of letting him stay here. Oh and here he left a note for you on the door." The man responded as he gave Jonah the note and food before leaving.
Jonah shut the door and wondered who the young man was, as he was putting the food down he heard the shower stop so he put the note away in his pocket. Alex came into the living room with just a towel on, making Jonah blush as red as a tomato. "So the food came apparently someone had already payed for it." Jonah said turning his head away slightly hiding his blush. "Oh? I wonder who payed for it." Alex replied going to the kitchen to set the food out. After Alex set it out they started eating talking about what's been going on and then after they were done eating they sat on the couch with a blanket and starting watching some T.V. before they went to sleep.
