I saw who I guess was Lord Riodan grab a knife and slink toward Evi. “NO!” I jumped forward and slammed into him. He gasped when we hit the floor. I struggled to hold him down as he morphed into hundreds of different forms. “Guys run! Get out of here! Now!” I glanced up as they ran out. I felt myself get thrown into the air and slam into the wall. I hit the ground and leapt backup. Lord Riodan slithered toward me. I saw pure evil in his eyes… and something else. Something broken, shattered. “You cost me my chance. You ruined my power. I would have been a god, and you took that away.” This man had no soul he moved toward me. “You ruined it! You will die… I will kill you.” He snatched the knife from the floor. I Backed up. He moved toward me slashing the knife. I scrambled back grabbing for anything to stop him with. I grabbed a letter opener and swung it around as he stabbed me in the chest. I distantly saw the opener slice through his neck. He fell back. I felt the knife slide out from between my ribs. I could hear footsteps running to me. “Skya….” I saw a boy with dark hair and a little girl with golden hair hover over me……….
