> Storyline: It has been a short amount of time and after an argument with Hisao, and Kioshi blowing up at a relaxed Nekeo, we learn the rent is due and this clues in we will be meeting at least 1 new character. Nekeo leaves after being ordered to so to meet with Asashin. It isn't long before the quiet is disrupted and violence shows up all thanks to the aid of a new demon and the amplification of booze. Luckily for Kioshi his life is spared and the threat humorously becomes less threatening.
Fairly direct but it's not really something I've seen so I found it enjoyable. And if one sort of ponders it, there is almost 2 going on. Kioshi and the landlord then another with Nekeo and Asashin during their meeting over a bag of marshmallows. The main focus is still with Kioshi but I thought that was nice, letting us see what the feline demon is up to while Kioshi waits on the landlord instead of just jumping to the landlord showing up.786Please respect copyright.PENANAUINmTZXpfN

> Visual: This chapter is darker than the last, primarily on Kioshi's end. There is more blood and still very tastefully executed. The design of the new demon was wonderful and fit its class nicely. The look of the landlord was also nicely done. The expressions of pain and fear was executed fluidly. I felt my stomach twist in fear seeing Kioshi's expression when he felt sure he was going to die. Nekeo's depiction once he appears is very terrifying and clearly shows how angered he is at the landlord. I enjoyed us getting to see more of the apartment, mainly the living room then the kitchen. The detail on the nighttime city was beautiful for the background with Asashin and Nekeo on their rooftop meeting spot.
The atmosphere stayed tense during the confrontation and I loved it. It began with a irritated air and once it turned tense, that thickness stayed until the conclusion. Even then it wasn't fully gone, it was still there yet was very slowly leaving while Kioshi and Nekeo spoke.786Please respect copyright.PENANAZfPteeYItv

> Characters: Our new cast includes the landlord which is Uncle Akio who enjoys his alcohol, and should probably be in rehab. Our other member is the demon named Yopparatteiru which is immortal as well as a plague type. Since we don't know when Akio began drinking, one could assume he began drinking to drown his depression over the loss of his sister. In this thought it would add more into him blaming Kioshi. Yet he could have always been an alcoholic and just blames Kioshi because that's easier than pressuring cops to find the real criminals. His energy is very intense to a degree and just says that he is one you want to avoid when he's been drinking, and we clearly see why.
Yopparatteiru doesn't speak but does hiss and displays how a demon, when attached to a human not by contract, can react and respond based on the human's emotions. We see it show anger at Kioshi when he offers to get his uncle a drink if he will calm down. In response we see Akio get angry at the offer, further showing when a demon attaches itself to a human without a contract they can fuel the other's negative emotions, maybe even negative desires given the length Akio could have gone had Nekeo not shown up.
I liked how we got to understand why Nekeo is willing to break and bend the rules laid out for demons when aiding a human. I enjoyed Asashin's concern as it felt natural for a big brother to a little brother. Both Kioshi and Nekeo grow and their bond becomes that much tighter. It's clear when they part it is going to be hard on both of them, or in my opinion it seems it will. Asashin was nice with a calmer energy on display here and as said was more like that of a concerned older brother looking out for his little brother who my not be as strong. I also enjoyed seeing how Hisao either doesn't see the need to double check his sources or figures, because Kioshi has Nekeo, he doesn't need to make sure the contact isn't going to try killing one or both of them.786Please respect copyright.PENANA2ypXKARpAN

> Impact: I felt bad for how stressed Kioshi was over the facts that he didn't have the rent money and how he snapped at Nekeo due to fear of his rent getting doubled if Akio saw Nekeo. I also wanted to punch Akio so badly and hit him with his own alcohol bottle. I also wanted to and hopes someone reports him to authorities for his poor behavior as a landlord. When Nekeo showed up I felt fear for AKio and Kioshi.
Why? Well we've seen his angered face and somewhat of how far he'll go and push himself to protect Kioshi. If Kioshi would have died then I began visualizing with the thought of Nekeo murdering Akio before taking Kioshi's body with him. I could then see him going to Hisao and seeing if he could do anything and if not, it could be possible he could have tried to get a fight with Kireina just to possibly end himself. It could have been darker, or in my mind anyways, but I like how it ended. It was a very sweet moment to a tense chapter.786Please respect copyright.PENANAQwwzLTbUim

This chapter was wonderful and very touching. I liked us getting to meet someone from Kioshi's family even if the family member wasn't the nicest. I enjoyed Nekeo coming back at Kioshi before they shared the sweet quietness at the end. I still recommend anyone looking for something different to check Tame out and other works by Tailzkip.
