PREVIOUSLY;
His frame of 6'7 approached my 5'9 in a slow and intimidating manner.
"I do not like repeating myself, human. Who are you and what in the burning hell are you doing here?" The longer I took to answer, the angrier his expression got.
I gulped as I took the same amount of steps back as he took forward.
Help.

CHAPTER 6;
I HAVE BEEN TO HELL AND BACK
"I-" I could feel his eyes roam my body, the beautiful man was not hiding the fact that he, in fact, did not like what he saw.
He sighed before locking his red eyes onto my blue ones, "I see we must get answers in the hard way." In mere seconds, he was looming over me, his strong hand was tightly wrapped around my nape to secure my position as he forced my head up so my eyes could look onto one spot- his own red eyes.
His pupils narrowed as I started experiencing a painful headache, as if someone was searching my mind, flipping through empty pages of nameless books.
The headache had gotten so strong that I couldn't keep standing anymore. I ended up leaning onto his hand that was enough to hold my entire weight.
"You are going to kill him, my lord." A gentler voice appeared next to him.
"Silence." The man commended and so the other one hadn't spoken a word until the man in black made his final decision.
The dreadful feeling disappeared and so had my headache but the weakness of my body had only gotten worse.
The man was still holding me, now closer to his chest- he was aware that I couldn't stand on my own.
He clicked his tongue, "Tsk. He is returning with me. Prepare the guest room next to mine."
The other man nodded, "yes sir. May I ask what is the issue?"
"Well, you see, he is human." That is all I heard him say as his red eyes locked onto mine again, forcing me to lose consciousness.
<------ LATER, THE ROYAL PALACE ------>
"Has he awakened yet?" The same deep voice rang in my mind.
"No, my lord but we have discovered another issue in your absence." A gentle female voice answered.
"Do tell." I could taste the irritation from his voice. The man doesn't want to deal with this or me.
"He has been cursed. It looks to be quite serious."
"Is it generational?"
"No, sir. It is quite recent. It seems to me that he wasn't the original target but it was the closest they could get."
"Hmm... Is there anything else?" Silence overlapped the room. The atmosphere turned so heavy that it was becoming difficult to breathe. I restrained the urge to gulp to moisturize my throat. "Spill it out, Jennifer, what is it?"
"He is not entirely human... We have drawn some blood from the boy to run some tests, and my lord, you wouldn't believe whose-"
"Silence. He is awake." I felt all eyes on me and I knew that I couldn't hide my conscious state any longer so I slowly peeled my eyelids open.
"Dale Star Avans." I found the man standing beside me, observing carefully with his eyes. A playful scoff left his lips. "-Now I see the resemblance. He hid you quite well."
"Who-"
"Uh, yes. Forgive my rudeness, I am Satan. It's a pleasure." Though amusement was clearly present, not an inch of a smile was appearing on his face.
Searching his eyes, looking for any sign of a joke but none was found. Still, I couldn't wrap my mind around the fact that the devil was standing right beside me.
I sprung on my elbows with a raised eyebrow and a loud laugh, "Huh! No way! Like hell I am gonna believe this shit! For real?!"
"Boy." The man's voice dropped a few notches, it was so deep that my chest vibrated. "Do not anger me." He gripped my chin tightly, forcing me to look at him. "-If you weren't his son, you'd be staying here as my plaything, unfortunately, it is not your time yet. I shall see you soon." Then everything turned dark once more and the next time I woke up, I found myself laying on a bed and surrounded by flat white walls.
A nurse was checking my vitals when she noticed me awake. She quickly ran outside to assure someone in.
My mother's face appeared through the door, tears drowned her eyes. "Dale!!" She quickly ran to my side and jumped onto my embrace.
"I am Ok, mom," I mumbled silently.
'We shall keep observing you, boy. Do not forget of my existence for I am not alone.' The man's voice- Satan's voice echoed in my head.
Was the person that I met really Satan himself? It's slightly difficult to believe since the stories about him describe him as an evil and man-eating demon- but then, you can't trust anything that is written by men.
Have I just come to terms with the fact that I met the devil? And how am I ok with everything that I have been through? My mind observed the information so quickly that terror wasn't an option- have I really accepted the fact that I have been to hell and back?
My mother kept crying, letting all of her sorrow and frustration out into the open. I gripped her tighter- she is the only one for who I am willing to sacrifice anything. I don't care if it's the curse or the devil himself- I will do anything in my power to protect what is important to me.
"I am Ok, mom. Really. I have so much to tell you." Now that my eyes have been opened to the life that is beyond the physical realm and its existence, I see things differently. I feel things differently- I know it, I can sense it.
I have changed. Is it for better or worse?
Well, I guess it's an answer that only time could tell.
"What is it that you want to tell me."
I chuckled, "I have been to hell, mom."
