Tika sprinted down the hall and sharply turned into her parents' room, her sister hot on her tail. Tika jumped over the bed and made her way to the walk-in closet. She darted into one of the empty shelves and waited.
"Boo!"
A face suddenly appeared in front of her, and she bolted out of the closet. Again, the two raced through the house, down the stairs, and into the kitchen. Tika rolled over on the floor and raised her paws in the air as her sister caught up. She kicked and swatted at the hands reaching for her.
