When the sun rose, Aunt Dari arrived at the house. The first thing she had to do was going up to take the trolley. As she reached before the room, she found the trolley was not in the right pose. Seeing that, she knew who did it. She felt a little bit worried about her guest, so she opened the door gently to check on her. As she saw she was sleeping in the bed, her mind was at ease, then she pulled the trolley down to the kitchen.
It was the first relaxing morning for Kanita since she came here. She got up with a fresh feeling. She had a shower and had breakfast with a smiling face. Afterwards, she went to Mok to take her to the village she went to with him yesterday.
At the maison, Aunt Dari stayed alone. She cleaned up the guest’s room then she made dinner for her guest.
While she was cooking, she heard footsteps happening behind her.
Aunt Dari knew it was the ghost and though it didn’t show up, she realized it was the ghost lady. She was walking back and forth behind her back. However, Aunt Dari did not care. She focused on food. Later on the sound of footsteps became heavier, then a vegetable basket fell from the table down to the floor like someone slapped it. Bang! The kitchen’s door was slammed, followed by everything on the table falling down on the floor.
“Have you done enough?” Aunt Dari said but she still didn’t move her face from the pot.
The ghost lady roared.
“She is just a guest. She paid and she didn’t do anything bad. Yes, she didn’t obey the rule by going out after six, but it is a very small mistake. Why do you have to do that?”
The ghost lady roared again.
“She is a different person. Not that one. Please don’t take it on her.”
The ghost lady roared thirdly; this time she screamed very loud and very scary - before she flew out of the kitchen room like a storm.
Aunt Dari didn’t have any frightening expression, but she exhaled very long, showing that her mind was not in a very comfortable situation.
