Characters: (Everyone) Christine, Meg, Raoul, Phantom, William, Grell, Ciel, Sebastian, Undertaker
Place: Royal Opera House, Stage
Many stage builders, dancers and singers busily pace about the stage to fulfill their tasks for the final performance.
William demands about how things should be placed and presented while singers and dancers warm themselves up for the performance and at times stand in the way but try to be out of the way.
A stage builder carries around a bucket of what looks like flour (white powder) first across the stage and then to the Phantom’s box and other boxes, pretending to clean. Acts how he trips over the steps and spreads some flour over the floor. Tries to clean it up well and walks away. Another stage-worker asks for stage builder’s help on the stage.
(All this unnoticed if possible to the real audience or at least acted natural with few other audience cleaners + perhaps stretch over to the real audience?).

William does not his double-check but his 4th check over the stage, Meg shortly complains to William to leave it be with rolling eyes and let the audience in.
Wagner’s Il Faust began. Ciel and William seated in their boxes like the first time with their binoculars focused at box five, waiting for the Phantom to appear.
As Christine had her solo as Marguerite, Ciel and William spotted a dark figure seated in the chair with its dark gloved hands meeting each fingertip, shaping a mountain. They know now is their chance.
Suddenly those hands are gone and Sebastian is in box five, looking around for the Phantom who should be seated in his chair. Before Sebastian could walk up to the chair a dark figure with an ebony white mask covering half of his face with cape leaps onto the stage and in front of Christine. Quickly he grabs her hand and runs ahead to the stage exit on one side. The Phantom’s path is blocked by Grell who smirks at him dressed as red Mephisto. Rapidly Phantom tries a chance at the other side also blocked by Meg and her dancers. Sebastian quickly leaped onto the stage as the Phantom did. He notes in a calm manner to let go of Christine and can come to an understanding. The audience is confused whether it is a part of the opera or not.
Suddenly a maddening cackle is heard across the audience. Ciel, Sebastian, William and Grell knew who’s cackle it is. The Undertaker. Everyone froze and tried to find the source of the cackle.
The Phantom used the frozen moment as an advantage to escape with a smoke bomb and the trap door at his feet.
Raoul calls out desperately for his beloved while reaching out a hand to save Christine. He follows them through the foot trap without thinking. Ciel orders Sebastian to catch the Phantom. Sebastian nods and quickly falls through the foot trap before it closed.776Please respect copyright.PENANAGyGhD9bUKQ
