Characters: Sebastian, Raoul, Christine
Place: Streets of London, at some park close by Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben)
Christine sits at a table of a park café and looks nervously around her. Quickly glances at the bracelet given from the Phantom and looks uneasy around again.
Soon Raoul greets her contented and mentions that he got her message.
She reminds Raoul about the other time she talked of her angel of music. Turns out is a real person behind and one in a mask. He has threatened her not to see Raoul but needed to see him, nevertheless.
Raoul is concerned and places a hand upon her’s, noticing how it is cold as ice and trembling. Christine corrects it is utter fear. Fear for the sort of love the Phantom has for her, talking in riddles and kills in her name.
Raoul wonders if it is the Phantom. Christine only nods while taking a deep breath and a sip of water after a moment or two. She needs his help and wants to be free, wanting to be with Raoul.
Raoul promises to free her as soon as possible and while holding her hands and looking into her eyes.
Christine grins to Raoul’s words but soon it vanishes. She wants to sing a last time before leaving. By no means does she want to betray the Phantom for all what he has done for her. Raoul is for a moment speechless and amazed of Christine’s kindness and bravery.
Near by the Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben) tolls a full hour. Christine realizes how late she will be for her next rehearsal and rushes off.
Sebastian was eavesdropping on Christine and Raoul the whole conversation by hiding in plain sight as a waiter.
