Alenia was down by the Silver-shores practicing her magic on insignificant plant life. 173Please respect copyright.PENANA6fikA1iSKx
Samarra panting happily by her side in the warm air. The breeze wafted the scent of the sea into the nostrils of Alenia .
The white pure life flowed through her veins as plant growth responded to her call. She delighted more in life giving than taking it away, alas she had to grasp both. Alenia was practicing as Sapphire notified with a large bark of someone behind her. The bark made Alenia jump out of her skin, flying a spark of life into the sea, it responded to her call as a fish leapt out of the mild waves then returning. Alenia turned around only to meet the dashing smile of Isaac her gaze drifted to Samarra. "Silly Sama, It's only Isaac," She smiled at her patting her head. 173Please respect copyright.PENANAW1tAZMdKpR

Greeting Isaac in a romantic embrace as their lips locked in a passionate kiss. Alenia was truly happy finally with her life. Although the looming threat, and pressure of saving all of Idor. The weight of her heritage, and crown bore a heavy load. It was the joy she now felt that gave her hope, and strength.
Alenia hugged Isaac tightly, "I know what your thinking, and it's most definitely a no." She said with a giggle. Isaac only responded with a smirk, "In time, we shall see," He said picking her up in his strong arms. Whistling for Samara to follow. Isaac carried Alenia back to the Village of Cottonwood. They had all returned, and Alenia took back residence of her childhood hut. The only thing that remained missing was her sister Anya. Alenia never knew of her fate, nor of Anya's heritage. The two locked in a destiny, of family or foe. She knew not if the curse had been lifted from her soul or where Anya was. Nobody knew where Anya had vanished to. Often times she would wonder when she would show up. But that would be a wish deeply regretted in time.
For the destiny between the two was conflicting. Among them were 3,000 soldiers strong to defeat King Akkar's army. With the true Queen of Idor returned from the heavens. The legend's spread across the whole of Idor inspiring many to return and fight for their kingdom that was lost to evil and to the ages. King Akkar's army was sadly still 14,000+ strong, still loyal to his madness. Alenia and her mother only had gained few compared to the King. But they remained strong with their plan to overthrow Nytl'Aiqua.
Alenia came bounding out of her hut with a happy smile on her face embracing Isaac with a romantic kiss that lasted several minutes. Breaking away from the kiss Isaac smiled at her, "What was that for?", He questioned her teasingly. "For good luck and blessing," she jokingly replied back. In his Scottish accent, he replied with a smart-ass remark, "Well then, what can we do with such a blessing. I can think of many things.." He teased. Alenia laughed loudly, "You really think you are going to get it so quickly don't you. You haven't passed all the tests!" She laughed at him.
Isaac raised his eyebrow with a taunting smirk. "Oh there is tests now is there?" He said as he swooped her up in his arms, walking with her back to his hut. While this was indeed a happy moment for Alenia. King Akkar stood in the shadows with a shackled, weak, imprisoned, and heartbroken Anya. "You see Anya, Alenia has taken what is most precious to you. How can you not hate her for what she has taken from you?, does your hate boil with anger yet? Have I not convinced you of Alenia's evil?" He laughed holding her by her chains. She was only silent as the tears fell from her eyes. With a hard yank on the chains, her iron collar choked and pulled her back into the darkness.

Anya sighed, "Please..You remove a curse, and then you convince me my sister is evil!" she yelled
Grabbing her face making her look at him, " I would think you would of been grateful that I relieve you of your cursing torment." He cackled throwing her down to the ground abusing her.
Anya only sobbed loudly on the forest floor. "N..n..No, I refuse, This is one of your tricks, One of your illusions meant to break me." She said, "I refuse to hate my sister. She is pure without evil, The true savior of Idor. She would never take what was my happiness and my strength." Anya replied boldly wiping her tears from her face. Akkar smiled, "Oh if only you had the memories of the last 24 hours..You would know so much more.." 173Please respect copyright.PENANAhstLN5yAfI

"Take me out of this illusion!" She commanded. King Akkar only smirked, "As you wish m'lady," He said vanishing them back to her dungeon cell. "You will believe it one day, and that day will come soon as that hatred will rid me of my problems." He laughed as he shut the heavy iron prison doors. As he left, he blew out the all the torches. Leaving Anya in complete darkness and misery. To reflect on the situation she had witnessed. Bending her mind to her hatred. A seed was planted that day soon it would blossom the more King Akkar abused her. Her body became his vassal for sexual advances, and her mind became his play-ground.
Alenia knew nothing of Anya's fate she was entranced in her own happiness, that eventually she stopped sending search parties out for Anya.

The next day, Alenia got up early to watch the sunrise with Isaac and her mother. As the sun rose high over Idor they all gasped in amazement of all the hues of color. "Truly, there is none like this. Even a sunrise on the planet I was raised wasn't as magnificent as this." Alenia replied. Her mother looked over, "How was it being raised on Earth," She asked Alenia .
Alenia looked up at her beaming curious mother, "Not much different than being here, Many wanted me for my beauty. In-fact a very wealthy king wanted me to be one of his brides, but I refused.. And this caused trouble with my village..They killed my bro-" She paused looking at her mother. "I'm sorry, I don't think you wish to hear this part." She said softly. Before her mother could question her response Alenia continued with how she got here. "One night, I got a message from a parcel boy, that had told me to run in advance, an old man had rescued me that night. The next day I was thrown into a cage and convicted of murder, treason, and heavy work loads because I would not marry the king," Alenia continued as Isaac and her mother listened quietly. "6 seconds before my cage was thrown over the cliff, keys slipped into my palms by one of the guards, and before I knew It I was flying through the air fumbling with the lock. I managed to escape freely and began to swim away from the tiny island that I had known for many years. I grew tired and hopeless and let the sea take me. When I awoke, I had come to Idor, and I wandered for what seemed like days until I fell off a cliff, and was rescued by Anya." She continued.
Isaac looked at her and smiled, "I remember that day that you arrived. You were so timid, so shy. Adorable, and very beautiful, even with your tangled hair," He stopped short when he remembered his love for Anya but he didn't speak of it, for when he looked at Alenia his heart beat more than it ever did for Anya.
Alenia's mother nodded, "Truly I grieve for the life that you had, It was not what I had intended for you, Some didn't agree with the way I had ruled and sought to destroy my kingdom. It was rightfully mine given to me by the gracious Idor spirit, The life you had on Earth, was not what I had wished. Nothing was what I wished, or hoped for." She said with a grave sorrow filled tone. As the sun rose over the horizon they all watched the pink, light purple, and hues of orange, red, and yellow dissipate as dawn turned to day. Her mother patted her shoulder, "Alright, we have sat long enough my daughter. We need to figure our plans for our attack. Your powers grow stronger everyday , I fear Imperials plans.."She spoke grimly. 'Let us go and practice more combat spells." She said with a more cheerful tone this time.
Alenia got up reluctantly turning to Isaac, "Would you like to come along?" she asked him. But he simply shook his head no. "I wish to sit here a while longer, You go practice my love, I have some other things to attend to." He said very vaguely. Alenia scowled curiously but shrugged it off as she went with her mother to practice some-more.
Isaac sat with his knees to his chest weeping, "Oh Anya, My love for you has never faded. But now my heart has grown for the precious Alenia . You both I long for, and yet. My heart only loves one more. Your curse has plagued you, and I can do nothing but stir in torment, if you came back, I wouldn't know what to say. My heart wouldn't respond in the way that you wish. For my heart loves another Anya... Anya.. "He stopped short, "What am I even doing?" he questioned himself. "Anya is gone, and here stands Alenia, Anya is never coming back" he told himself out-loud. As he got up and wandered out of the village. Unguarded, vulnerable, He walked farther and farther away from the village trying to pull himself together.
Anya cried out to Isaac, "NO! Isaac I am right here, I am okay. I am here. I am right here!" She said trying to get up to run to him, before she could reach him the Illusion was shattered and she only saw King Akkar standing there with an evil grin.
"You are a mad man! I refuse to believe your dark magic Illusions!" She screamed at him in anger. King Akkar was surprised, "Oh there it is, There is your hatred!" he said with a smirk on his face. "Are you so dense woman, that you can not see what is in front of you. Happening, I know All of Alenia's plans. Grow cold my dear, and you will find it becomes easier not to love, Love is distasteful and only wounds in the end. Even my dark magic couldn't make someone see such awful scenes as you have witnessed." King Akkar smiled.
Anya stopped short of the truth, "You mean.. You're showing me.. The, the truth." She asked as tears fell down her swollen eyes. Akkar stood there nodding in front of her prison doors. Anger boiled into Anya like coal being put into a furnace. "Then.. Then Alenia has truly betrayed me....And she must be punished. After what I have sacrificed for her," She said giving into the hatred.
King Akkar's smile grew wider, "Are you ready to learn where your loyalty and family truly lies" He said with a cackle. Imperial came out of the shadows. Anya gasped and withdrew to the corner of the her jail cell. Imperial spoke up grimly, "You remember.. And you know, she was your mother. The ancient temptress, My love. Akkar is to my son, Your family is with us." Imperial spoke softly. "That's why Akkar never fully hurt or killed you, Your delusion of being a hero is over. Fight for your real family." he commanded her
"B-b-brother..? You mean you meant to curse me so you could capture me..Everything has been a lie,." Anya said looking up as everything she ever knew fell away, Hatred grew stronger for Alenia
"I don't care how, or what dark magic your mother, My mother... had used to temporarily remove herself from her sea prison or how this happened. All I care about is the betrayal Alenia has committed against me, she took what was rightfully mine." Speaking in anger. King Akkar opened her jail-cell, "Than you will help us destroy her, and take back what is rightfully ours!" He commanded. Anya nodded as she stepped out of her cell and greeted her brother with a hug. "I now have a family, One I didn't before." She said. Akkar vaguely hugged her back before pushing her away. "We do not show love for each other, do that again and I won't hesitate to stab you with my dagger." He said with a scowl pointing up the stairs. "Move, We have much to discuss about." He said with a commanding voice. Anya followed silently reflecting on her hatred.
In Cottonwood things were taking a different spin. Alenia was trying to grasp the power of death but was not yielding it properly. "Alenia my daughter, blast your death towards me. I am immortal, you need not to be afraid." She said comforting her.
Casting her fears, and her doubts aside she lifted her left hand in the air and uttered. "Poena Mortis!" Aiming it at her mother. The intricate tattoo lit up with a black liquid as it shot out towards her mother. Her mother dodged her attack as she shouted. " Exi spiritus!" The black liquid reversed into light as it blasted in all directions. Alenia was stunned at her mother's dodge attack. Relentlessly Alenia went for another attack, "POENA MORTIS!" She shouted louder, and with all her strength the black liquid poured out like small hands. They grabbed her mother's legs winding up her legs to her brain. Alenia held it longer whispering the words. "Poena mortis, poena mortis, poena mortis, poena mortis." Over and over softly to herself. The death became so strong that it bonded her mother in chains of black death. 173Please respect copyright.PENANAC1Y2dHAAuI

Out of the ground came minions of death under the command of Alenia , Her mother shouted. "Now call them off! Concentrate! Learn to control Death itself!" She shouted as she was bound. Alenia 's brain concentrated on the word to control the army of death and its fallen. "spiritus mortis, Ego praecipio tibi ut regina Release!" She commanded strongly as her voice boomed through the air. The blackness retreated back into her hands sealing itself back into her palms. Her mother stood up dusting the dirt off her royal white dress that she often wore. Alenia blinked, "I.. I did it, It worked this time Mother." She said with happiness. Her mother was very happy to find that her daughter's achievements and strength was getting better by every passing moment.
Isaac came running down the hills into the city seeming distressed he walked completely past Alenia without even a glance or a word to her. Alenia raised her eyebrow looking confused. "Mom, I am going to have to continue practice later," She said as she ran after Isaac. "ISAAC!, HEY!" She yelled, But he didn't stop until she caught up with him. Turning around he had tears streaming down his handsome face. Alenia put her hand on his shoulder, "Sweetheart what's wrong?" She asked him, Isaac couldn't speak a word, he only pressed himself into Alenia beginning to sob loudly. Alenia didn't know what to say, she only patted his back as he cried. When he finally had the strength to reply, more tears followed as he sobbed out his words. "A..Alenia . I fear that I am not only in-love with you, But I am still in-love with Anya to, M-m..My heart feels split in two, And I fear Anya is in trouble," he said
His words seemed to crash her happy world into to pieces her heart wanted to break at the thought that Anya could take her love. She almost wanted to be envious that he loved them both. Ignoring those feelings she held him close. "Well, We can continue to search for Anya. I have to admit I haven't thought about her in some-time, She was a brave warrior.. And I have betrayed her.." She said sinking her knees to the ground. "I have betrayed her by loving you." She said looking up at him with her bright blue eyes. But immediately he sank down to her level and sternly replied. "No, I am the one that has betrayed her, Alenia I love you with everything that I am.. But Anya and I, have been close for several years, Much longer than I have ever known you, I fear I just distract you from your mission your highness."
Alenia was perplexed. "What are you saying? We can't love each-other because of Anya..?" She almost sounded angry. Isaac only sat there looking at her with his emerald green eyes not saying a word. He only got up and walked away leaving Alenia in the middle of the town square. Alenia's heart shattered as she watched him walk away. Isaac walked into the woods, looking back to see if anyone saw him grimly he smiled as black smoke swirled around him and King Akkar stood at the edge of the town. "That should stir the hatred up for each other," He laughed returning to the palace. Anya stood staring at Isaac in the cell watching him plead with her.
"You won't get away with this Akkar!, You have drawn them both into hatred! It won't work." He said. Anya clasped the iron bars. "It already has, You both have betrayed me, and now you BOTH, will pay the price." She said in fury storming out of the dungeon.
King Akkar slowly went up to Isaac's cage, "You are so foolish boy, Your capture was about the easiest one I have ever done. Who leaves their armed guards back at the village, and takes a walk through the woods. Very well knowing I have eyes on everything, Foolish human." He said
Isaac only stared at him in horror unable to reply, tears slipped down his cheeks. King Akkar laughed and mocked his sadness. "She fell for it perfectly by the way, Every word I spoke to her shattered her soul. She really loved you, Now. I am not so sure who she loves. Blind hatred is the best trick up my sleeve." He laughed
Anger boiled in Isaac as he rushed to the Iron bars trying to get a piece of his cloak to grab. King Akkar only stood inches away from his reach. "Huh, this looks oddly familiar." He said laughing maliciously as he blasted Isaac with black magic. It threw him against a corner of the prison he was in. The force had knocked him out unconscious. King Akkar only laughed harder. "Oddly familiar indeed.." he cackled loudly as he strolled out of the dungeon to the throne room.
"Now that Alenia now has a hatred for you, What do you plan to do to solve this problem?" He asked Anya grimly.
Anya only stared at him blanked faced with a simple reply of hatred. "I will rid the world of her light, next I will take the man who has betrayed me. I will crush his beating heart in my hand!" She yelled, before returning to her normal blank faced expression. King Akkar laughed looking over at Imperial's approving smile. "You have done well bending the will of your step-sister," He said. "But make no mistake, If this plan fails. I will snap your neck in my jaws." He said grimly. Akkar shoved the threat off, "Don't worry father, All of my plans will work perfectly, Keep an eye on their encampment at Cottonwood village, tell me of any plans that changed"
Meanwhile back at Cottonwood Alenia was sobbing into her mother's arms. Her mother patted her back softly, "Where did he go ma?, I can't find him anywhere. I saw him walk into the forest, then he vanished before my eyes it was like he was a shadow." she said sobbing. This struck a chord in her mother. "Alenia ! Stop crying, Have faith, Isaac didn't say any of these things to you. It is only but the awful plans of Imperial...Blind hatred..His worst skill." She said as if she had experienced it herself at one point.
"Pull yourself together Alenia ," She commanded as she wiped her tears. "I know Imperial's moves now, He plays life like a game of chess." She said grimly. "Its our move now, So we must be diligent, and we must keep this finding to ourselves. He has spies everywhere" She said in a very hushed voice "You must continue to be angry as if you really feel betrayed by Anya," She commanded.
"Mother I don't understand," She asked. "Never mind understanding, just do, enlightenment will come later. Now we must give the news that Isaac has gone missing, and Anya has betrayed us all." She said grimly.
Alenia only nodded as she got up putting on a serious expression. Stepping out of her cottage she motioned for the guards to call the townspeople to the town square. Boldly she walked to the center standing in front of everyone. Allowing the tears to drop from her sapphire colored eyes.
"I have some pressing news my people of Cottonwood. Our warrior Anya has betrayed us!, She now works for King Akkar himself and has taken my love Isaac with her, She has betrayed everything we worked so hard to fight against!, For that she will pay the price. When I have her head!" She said with as much hatred as she could emphasize.
The village people only looked at her with confusion until one of them spoke up. "King Akkar has taken our loved ones, Murdered them, twisted their minds, has done many awful things to our Princess Alenia , If my loyal Queen and Princess say that Anya has betrayed us all. Then I believe it!" He shouted raising his fists beginning to shout the words. "Blood! Blood! Blood! Blood! Blood" As he shouted more angry voices chanted loudly. The noise filled loudly in the town square. A hawk circled above the town square silently its eyes flaming red, It screeched as it began its flight back to Nytl'Aiqua
Alenia looked towards her mother with a grim face whispering in her ear. "Guiding our people in false hatred, Is this necessary?" She asked. Her mother simply replied back, "It's not all blind, He has twisted Anya to darkness and has captured your love. What he has done to these people. His blood is what they thirst for. We will just use this to our advantage." She said with a smile. Alenia gazed her eyes over the crowd shouting for blood. Simply raising her right hand showing her intricate tattoo on her right hand. Silence fell over the crowd. "While we crave for blood, we must pursue diligently. For a great leader, such as he. Can only have an army much stronger than ours. Scouts!, run as fast as your horses can carry you. Tell them, Their queen, and their princess has begun the drums of war!, Mages! Pursue his dark magic scrolls and research how to defeat them!, Villagers! Get! Your! Hearts! READY!" She shouted loudly and triumphantly. The crowd cheered loudly as they began to work on the metals for swords, axes, and other weapons. The women of the town who were not warriors began to take their children into the homes, The town worked like a clock. In unison with the drums of war.
Alenia turned shutting her eyes. "I hope I have rallied my people against the right thing mother.." Alenia softly said. Her mother wrapped her arms around her daughter in a soft embrace. "Everything will be alright my dear one. I know the weight is heavy. But you were meant to carry it as I have, And one day Idor will be yours. We must battle this ancient foe..." She softly said, Not revealing much detail of who the ancient foe truly was.
Alenia nodded in frustration, "I sure can rally the crowds though can't I." she laughed loudly. Her mother laughed with her patting her head softly. "That is true my dear one." She said.
Alenia yawned loudly, "Does a savior princess rebel get a break, and sleep?" She asked her mother yawning lying in her arms. Her mother draped her silken white cloth over her daughter as she slept. The queen couldn't help but feel angry herself, "You have grown without a mother beside you, and you have grown victorious over every obstacle in front of you." She whispered proudly, but still the hatred remained. "My sister is the one that took the light..And I must set things right..My dear Alenia Betrayal I know, While you sleep a battle rages in the heavens. The holy Aura must return. Someone has to summon them.." she said softly to herself trying to remember the findings her spirit had made when it was in the body of the wolf. To no avail the memories seemed locked away her eyes gazed down at her daughter. "Maybe you know...Oh my precious daughter.. So much weight has been placed upon your shoulders for my foolishness. Forgive me my precious baby girl. This is all my doing, and yet the people still follow. How am I not as evil as Imperial or his deranged son.." she softly said as she motioned for the guards to carry Alenia to her abode and lay her in the bed.
The hawk flew swiftly into the windows of the castle and through the halls until it reached the throne room Ilyrana came out of the mist. King Akkar, Anya turned around. "My King," She said bowing down. King Akkar only sighed. "Yes yes, skip the theatrics, and get on it slave." He commanded. Ilyrana snapped back angrily, "More like Sister," She said look over at Anya. "Glad you finally come to reality. I was beginning to think your delusion would never end Anya." She said with a sniveling attitude.
Anya only glared at her with contempt. King Akkar sighed tapping his foot, "Look we all know that capturing Alenia didn't work, corrupting her destiny failed to no avail. Every turn we have thrown out her she has prevailed!" He said smashing the table. "I even threw my crown down for a moment to become a petty scout to infiltrate her camps!.." He said in a frustrated yell.
Anya only stared at King Akkar, "You mean to say you were there for every advance against you.." She said stopping short and holding her tongue. King Akkar ignored her comment, "Ilyrana, has Alenia fallen for the blind hatred?" He asked her. Ilyrana nodded, "In my hawk form, I circled her village, It seemed she had told her village of the betrayal Anya and Isaac had made, the villagers were shouting for your blood brother, I left to come here." She reported. King Akkar laughed maniacally. "Her puny peasants against my vast loyal army of pure blooded elves, Granted they all have been twisted and bent to my will. But loyal enough to die for me and do my dirty work." He said with disgust in voice. Anya blurted, "You are distasteful." Within a moment of the ending word, a blade was against Anya's throat. "Don't forget who lifted your torment." He said.
"You put it on me in the first place!" Anya replied back viciously. The blade's edge started to cut into her throat but Ilyrana objected by gashing her arm. Anya's screams pierced the dark halls. "Don't forget who your family is you wretch!" She yelled as she looked up at Akkar, "I think she needs to spend the night in the hold, remind her what her hatred is for and who her family is!" She yelled. The blade was removed from her throat as Anya was dragged away by the royal guards and thrown forcefully into the same dungeon room that Isaac was in.
Isaac awoke to the noise and to the horror of seeing Anya there bleeding. "Oh Anya, Are you okay." he softly whispered. She only pushed him away, "Betrayer," She simply said as she held her wound tightly. "Please, just let me see it." He begged pushing himself on her. "No! Get away from me!" She cried as her blood spilled all over the hay of the prison room. Isaac sighed and threw a pieces of cloth from his shirt at her. "When your done being mad, then I can explain to you your futile blind hatred." He said turning his back against hers. She only blinked at the pieces of cloth, Hastily taking them she wrapped them around her wound. Isaac spoke up as he shivered. "You know I have love for the both of you. Anya.. you were gone. You died to me, How did you not expect me to move on..." He said to her in anger turning towards her. She was only quiet giving him the cold shoulder.
"Oh you're going to play this, I am not talking game? Anya..I know you far too well. You have blind hatred towards Alenia ." He said. She lashed out in anger, "She has taken you, and everything that was rightfully MINE!, The wrathful elves just above us tell me that Clarissa was the temptress!, Lover to Imperial. I was born in vain, only to fulfill this plot. Those elves are my family, which makes me against Alenia !, Her family against mine!, Don't you see my white light has faded to red. I have entered the city of the dead. I feel nothing towards you..You are just a regret in an illusion!" She said with seething anger.
Isaac was dumbstruck, and couldn't say a word. She finished bandaging her wound and the blood stopped flowing from it. "Thank you.. For.. For the bandages." She said softly. Isaac smiled, "There she is, the Anya I know. You know despite your heritage, it shouldn't stop you from doing what is right, and you know it. You were gone for several months Anya, plagued by the decay and my heart grieved. I sent out batches of search parties. Several encounters my men came back wounded by your madness. But I didn't turn away to find you a cure, Eventually I gave up and my heart fell for the precious Alenia , I may have betrayed you. But you have to understand, I will always love you.." He said softly scooting towards her cupping her face in his hands kissing her softly. Instantly she melted into his arms as they kissed longer. Anger rose up in Anya once more as she pushed him away. "I know that your kisses mean nothing anymore," she wrathfully said.
He pounded his fists onto the floor. "You are blind...I won't choose either of you if it comes to this. I can't have you both. Alenia would gladly understand, I am just not understanding why you can't" He said in disgust. She thought to herself for a moment and a smile lit up her face. "You know, you are right. They may be my blood family, But they are not my true family. You and Alenia are. Even if I can't have you to love. I can still love you with all my heart.. But in-case you didn't notice, King Akkar will continue to break me, rape me, and beat me the more I resist. And if he finds out my flicker of hope has been reunited, then he will continue to abuse me Isaac. Unless you have a plan of getting out of this cursed castle. Then I suggest continuing in the blind hatred until I can find a way out." Anya replied.
Isaac's face lit up with a smile as he looked at Anya deeply. "Oh no, Not the look, This means one of your dangerous plans." She said. He smirked softly, "But they haven't failed... yet..." He said with a smirk as he began to whisper in her ear. Her face lit up brightly with happiness, she smiled in agreement to the plan. "Then tomorrow at dawn, we will begin to enact our ideas," He said. Anya nodded in agreement as she cuddled into him for warmth. Isaac didn't protest, comfortable he rest into her and shut his eyes. They both fell asleep in each-other's arms.
