A few months ago, a friend and I were talking, and we started to talk about something we knew we would regret talking about, so I just asked (jokingly) “Do you prefer houses with siding or brick?” That simple joke sparked a very interesting conversation. We talked for about ten minutes, taking into account things that could make either option better, but in the end, we both concluded that bricks are a far superior building material, especially the ones with a blue-ish hue. Just thought I’d write this down for the memory.
