Before you start any cooking/baking project, make sure to keep these in mind:
a) If your hair is longer, put it up
b) Make sure your area is able to work in
c) Wash your hands often
d) Make sure to have all the necessary ingredients and tools beforehand. Too many times I've started a project and realized I didn't have two eggs or something
e) Clean as you go
f) Wow this is getting long. But just know that making food doesn't mean perfection
