You’ll need:
A pan large enough for bread
Cooking spray or oil
Two pieces of bread
Sliced cheese
lunch meat (turkey works best)
avocado
mayo
hot sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Warm up your pan, and while you’re waiting slice the avocados. Put a little oil on the pan once it’s hot, and put mayo on one side of each bread. Mayo side up, put a slice in the pan then add your cheese and meat. If wanted, put hot sauce on the other bread. Place your sliced avocado on top. Add the other bread on the first one and let cook for a minute, watching so it doesn’t burn.
Now this is the tricky part, slide a spatula under your sandwich and lift it up. You can either flip the sandwich or flip the pan then set it down. Once both sides are nicely browned and crispy, take off the heat.
This one takes a little bit longer but its totally worth it.
