This is my absolute favorite smoothie, I make it all times of the year, sun or snow.
For this recipe you'll need:
1 frozen banana
1 and a half cups of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of yogurt, your choice of flavor. Vanilla or strawberry work well
1/4 cup orange juice
The instructions for this are pretty simple, just put your yogurt and juice in first, then add your fruit. I like my smoothies pretty thick, so if that's not your thing just add more juice. Another thing that helps get it to be smooth is adding the strawberries bit by bit instead of all at once.
