2025 Journal Entry - a recount of a critical juncture in the story arc of Julia's existence:
"First Bound, I've been sitting before computers, not paying attention to life."
"What are you going to do, knowing Nafisa's intentions?"
"Stop reading Finnish mythology official guidebooks off my monitor."
"I still have to teach Felix more fully our myth's rules and regulations."
"Do so."
"Can I get you anything?"
"Cup of coffee would be nice. You've always been nice. I'm sorry I banished you to Seoul."
"As First Bound, I had to go. I've known you for forty years. To spend five away is N.B.D."
"Well, F.B., I have to get to Washington. It's that 'killing two birds with one stone' event."

[Later that night, near the Washington Monument in America's capital]
"Do you have anything you want to get off your chest, Nafisa, before my greatest feat?"
"No, to think I will become a goddess like you. Surpassing all of those wise regulations. Genius!"
"I do not think it means what you think it means."
"I'm so forever grateful. As my benefactor, I will align myself with you against Loviatar or Kiputy."
"Why'd you mention the Finn goddess Kiputy? I'll be battling Loviatar in one year. In 2026."
"I've been reading up on Finnish mythology, and focused on Kiputy in case you had to face her-"
"The time after that? In the next "Battle of Lesser Divinities" seven years later? In 2033?"
"Exactly. I've been reading about the Finnish goddesses. I think Kiputy will challenge you then."
"I'll miss you, Nafisa. You were forward thinking - innovative - in ways to attract believers."
"I'm sure they were all your ideas. I intuitively picked up on them. You are the mold I wish to fill."
"You had me go to where wildfires appeared, and create fire lines, fire breaks, to help out."
"Julia, it's nothing. We had people stipulate that they couldn't record your fire-starting abilities."
"You had me use my levitation skills where people were trapped under rubble, Nafisa."
"Oh, my goddess, thanks so much for acknowledging that, but it was your levitation abilities."
"Well, let's see how good my levitation abilities are, right? It's almost time for the show."
"Our believers and other on-lookers are outside of the radius. Safe, in case there's an accident."
"Stay up here on the stage with me, Nafisa. I want to draw on your undying support."
"I want to watch with the believers, and Felix, and F.B. If there is an accident, even those two-"
"Yes, even the immortality of those two might fall away, if struck with such an object."
"Julia, I'm nervous. I've read the regulations too. Immortality is not always full immortality."
"Have faith, my little birdie. One last thing, young duckling. I have a question for you."
"Go ahead. Still, I see you've begun your 'magic trick'. Shouldn't we stop talking now, Julia?"
"Do you know the slang for when you get your unfaithful, roaming, pet spayed, Nafisa?!"
"It isn't working out!"
"You say that animal has been fixed!"
"Oh, my goddess! It's fine... I see now why 'crushing' is an oft-preferred way to be annihilated..."
