"What your prince in shiny armor because here he is", the second boy said pointing to the first boy.
Okay he must be the sidekick or some sort of wing man. I just put my earbud back in and turned around walking into the gym. There was flashing lights music but not the good kind, people dancing and teachers at tables with papers on them. I saw Chase standing at one talking to a lady. I walked over towards him and his face lit up when he saw me.
"I told you she was coming", Chase said
"Take those earbuds out and cover up that area dress code", the lady said pointing to my chest.
"Bitch", I muttered taking out my earbuds.
I turned off my music and put them in my pocket.
"What was that", the lady said
"Bitch", I said louder for her to hear.
I know she isn't deaf or something.
"You just broke 2 of my rules I don't think I could ever let you enroll into my school", the lady said
Then a man came walking up behind her and she stopped rambling on about me.
"Oh hi Principal Stuart", the lady said
"Hey Maddy and who is this beautiful young lady", Principal Stuart said
"The beautiful disrespectful young lady", Maddy said
"This girl no never she looks to sweet are you here to enroll", Principal Stuart said
I think I could get used to this.
"Yeah"
"Let me guess you came from Britain", Principal Stuart said
"I spend half of my life there and moved to Cali now I guess I'm living here"
"Well I'm Andy and you are", Andy said
"Alex", I said shaking his hand.
"Well Alex welcome to Greenville High home of the Rams", Andy said
"Cool"
"Well come back tomorrow anytime your available to enroll right now you and Chase enjoy the dance", Andy said and walked away.
I turned to Chase and he just shrugged. He grabbed my wrist and lead me to the punch bowl table.
"Principal Stuart would never let me call him Andy he must just be acting nice just wait until you see him in his office when you get in trouble", Chase said getting 2 cups of coke.
He gave me a cup and I drank half of it.
"I guess I might or either he knows who I really am"
"There is a 20 out of 1 million chance he might know who you really are", Chase said
"Yeah"
"The DJ has arrived everybody", someone yelled
The music they were playing before had stopped and they started playing Steal Her Man.
Chase's POV
I guess Alex liked the song that came on because she ran off on the dance floor somewhere. I had sat my cup down and walked towards the dance floor to see people in a circle around somebody. I was pushing my way through the circle to see Alex, Stacy, Becky, Lindsey and Carly dancing to the song.
I was about to pull out my phone to record Alex dancing but Stacy kept getting in front of Alex which would ruin my video. After some minutes of Alex dancing Ms Woods came in stopping the dance.
"Stop this pumping of your butts and stealing of her man", Ms Woods said and Alex stopped dancing.
She looked at her and it looks like she's muttering something. The music got turned down and people stopped dancing. Ms Woods walked away and Stacy came walking up towards me.
"So you were recording me", Stacy said
"No"
"Even better you got my good side right", Stacy said posing.
"I mean the girl in the red plaid my friend", I said looking at Alex walk over here towards us with Ms Woods right behind her talking.
"Shut the fuck up", Alex said
"You don't know how to act like a young lady your not supposed to be dancing like that", Ms Woods said
"Leave me the hell alone", Alex said
"Were you doing this to get boys attention because the right way to do that is show them how smart you are in the classroom", Ms Woods said
"Stop bloody following me I don't care if they look so fuck off you old hag ", Alex said in a deep British accent.
When she gets really pissed or annoyed her accent gets deep.
"So rude", Ms Woods said walking away.
Alex stood next to me and pulled out her phone. I looked at Stacy and her groupie was behind her Becky, Lindsey and Carly.
"So your British", Stacy said looking at Alex in disgust.
"Yeah and who are you", Alex said looking at her the same way.
"I didn't know you could dance that good Alex"
Maybe changing the subject would stop Alex from getting mad.
"Oh yeah I dance", Alex said looking at me.
"So what school do you go to", Becky said
"A school where you learn", Alex said
"So your that type of chick", Becky said
"What type of chick because last time I check I wasn't a baby chicken", Alex said and I noticed something.
Everybody was walking out the gym for some odd reason.
"Hey Alex everybody's leaving for some odd reason wanna go see"
"Okay yeah sure", Alex said and I followed her outside the door until I got pulled to the side.
I turned around and saw Stacy and Becky.
"So where did that girl come from", Stacy said
"Britain"
"No why is she here with you", Becky said
"Because she living with me until it's her time to go"
"And when is that", Stacy said
I hate when they do shit like this one asks a question then the other finishes it.
"When she leaves"
"Hope she doesn't stay too long", Becky said walking away.

Alex's POV
I walked outside and there was a cute boy standing by my car yelling. I started walking up towards him and he stopped yelling. He had brown hair and brown eyes and was hot. Once he saw me his face expression changed from angry to something else but I can't tell.
"Who are you", the cute boy said
"Alex and who are you"
"Caleb and is this your car", Caleb said
"Yeah why"
"Because it's my parking spot", Caleb said
"I don't see your name on it anywhere"
"Everybody knows this is my spot so move your piece of shit", Caleb said
"What are you calling a piece of shit I bet my car is better than the pile of shit you drive"
"Well my 2017 Nissan Gt-R says otherwise", Caleb said
Okay well that is a nice car but mine is still better.
"Pile of shit like I said"
"Want to test that theory with a race", Caleb said
"You're on"
He has no idea what he's up against.
"Okay when you want to go", Caleb said
"7:35 and you choose the place"
"Aybrook Avenue and don't be late sweet cheeks", Caleb said walking away.
I got into my car and started it up. I closed the door and drove off. I drove straight to Foxx's place and parked it. I got out and checked the time it's 6:40. I got 20 minutes until the race that means some time to eat. I walked into the house and went straight into the kitchen. I saw Champ sitting by the fridge just staring at it.
"Champ what's wrong"
He turned around with his water bowl in his hands. I took it out his mouth and filled it up with water and ice. I placed it on the floor and opened the fridge. I took out a can of coca-cola and sat down on the stool next to the counter.
I opened the can and pulled out my phone to look up Aybrook Avenue. I searched it up on google and it's this long street with lots of sharp turns. I heard the door opened and people talking it sounded like Chase and the other boy's voice was very familiar.
"So you coming to see me race", the boy said
"Why wouldn't I"
"Then go get what you needed so we can go", the boy said
Chase came running into the kitchen.
"Alex there you are", Chase said
"Yeah here I am"
"Well I'll be back I'm gonna out", Chase said
"Have fun I guess"
"Do you want to come my friend got asked to a race by this girl", Chase said
"Maybe where is it"
"It's-", Chase got cut off.
"Come on I'm going to be late", a boy yelled
"Go ahead see ya", I said and Chase ran out the kitchen.
I checked the time and it's 7:15. I guess it's time I should be leaving to race. I had put my phone in my pocket and took my coke off the table. I walked off towards the door and got into my car. I put Aybrook Avenue into the GPS and drove there. When I pulled up there was people everywhere and music booming but it was just beats of music.
I started honking my horn to make people move out of the way. Once everybody was out of the way I pulled up next to Caleb's Nissan. Then I saw Chase he was standing next to Caleb talking. I opened the car door and stepped out finishing off my coke. I tossed the can on the ground and walked towards Chase and Caleb.
"Hey Chase"
"Alex what are you doing here", Chase said turning to look at me.
"Racing"
"You know her she knows you", Caleb said
"Yeah she lives with me", Chase said
"It's exactly 7:33 and I want to go ahead give you that L on a sliver platter"
"Let's get this race started", Caleb yelled
"Alright", I said walking back to my car.
I got in and rolled down my window. The girl that was dancing with me in the school was holding up a checkered flag.
"3..", the girl said
I revved up my car and looked over at Caleb who was looking back at me.
"2...1 GO", the girl said waving the flag.
I stepped on the gas and sped off down the road. I rolled up my window and played some song ony playlist on 100. I looked to my right to see Caleb making faces. I looked back at the road and drifted the curve and looked out my rear view mirror. I saw Caleb was right behind me and drifted with the up coming curves. I could see the finish line coming up close and out the corner of my eye I see that I'm neck to neck with Caleb.
I took my foot off the brake and took the lead. I was going easy on him the whole time and he still could win. I drove past the finish line and parked my car. I opened my car door and people came running towards me. I closed the door behind me and started making my way through the crowd. I saw Chase standing by a angry Caleb. I walked over there towards them with a smile on my face.
"How you like that L"
"Shut the hell up", Caleb said
"Probably should have told you she street races for fun", Chase said scratching the back of his neck.
"I was going easy because I thought you were new at this", Caleb said
That's what they all say.
"My foot was on the brake the whole time until we came neck and neck"
"I want a rematch now and no holding back for the other one", Caleb said
"Sure if you want another L then let's do it"
"Okay but this time we do it my way", Caleb said
"What's your way"
"No rules", Caleb said
"I'm cool with that but if there's a scratch on my car after this race you're dead and I'm serious"
"Yeah right what you going to do grab my hair", Caleb said
"Chase I think you should cut that out there are plenty of things you don't know about Alex", Chase said
"Whatever let's get this rematch over with", Caleb said
"Rematch", some boy yelled
I got back into my car and rolled up my window. I got back into position to race again. I looked at Caleb and he was staring straight ahead. The same girl from before came with a checkered flag. Once she waved the flag I pressed the gas and Caleb came up in the lead. He slammed on brakes and I went around him.
I was next to him and swerved over next to him like I was going to hit him. He slammed on brakes so now he's behind me. I drifted the sharp turn and Caleb was still behind me. I drifted the turns while Caleb just turned. He should have drifted because since he turned he had to slow down.
I saw the finish line coming up and Caleb sped up. I sped up too and slowed down once I passed the finish line again. Caleb is just taking in all these L's. Once I saw Caleb park his car I drove up towards his car and stepped out.
"Want another rematch", I mocked him.
I closed the door behind me and stood next to Chase. Caleb looked even more pissed off.
