It was just as any other day, Akio was on his way to pick up a new video game from a store not too far from his house by train. He's thinking to himself as he casually strolls towards the station "I wonder... Should I ask some of my friends to hang out tonight? We could chill at mine. Yeah, I'll give Zekken and Rei a message. They're always fun to hang out with." Akio's words rebound in his own head as he speaks to himself, pulling out his phone, Akio writes out a quick message to his friends' group chat "Hey, you guys want to come around tonight, I'm picking up the new anime fighting game. Akio hops onto a train, going back home, he holds his game in his hand "'Anime Fighters: The Clashing Collab'... Quite a... on the nose title, but hey, if the game's good, the game's good." Akio unlocks his door, throwing it open as he sees Rei and Zekken already sat on the couch, feet kicked up onto Akio's coffee table as he glares at them "Why are you guys in my house already? I was about to message you that I'm home." as Zekken looks over his shoulder, looking back at Akio "We made ourselves at home, we had nothing else going on." Zekken says. Akio looking back at his door questions "Yeah but... the door was locked? How the hell did you get in?". "We uhh... found an open window?" Rei says, putting her hands together softly with an innocent smile, stepping to the right to try to cover the shattered window with her body, Akio just sighs "You guys are paying for that. They all play the fighting game for a few hours, as Zekken throws himself back into the couch "Rei, I'm hungry! Akio, you hungry too?" Zekken says in a slightly raised tone to signify how important his hunger was to himself, Akio responds softly "I suppose I could eat. Any ideas?". Rei shoots her hand up "Oh I know! What about a pizza?" She exclaims excitedly - "No." Both Akio and Zekken say in the sharpest tone ever "You eat way too much pizza, I'm surprised you haven't got tired of it yet, Rei!" Akio says, letting out a small laugh as Rei places her hand behind her head, scratching it softly as she looks to the side, pouting her cheeks "You know, that's not something you say to a lady!" Rei speaks with a huff as Zekken retorts "You're a lady?! You've never acted lady-like around me!" Zekken finalizes with a smug smirk as Rei slams her hand over his head "Watch it!", Zekken rubs his head as he laughs, speaking to Rei "Fine fine, but you gotta admit, it was good though." - "...Yeah, it was." Rei responds with a giggle.

Akio looks at Rei "How about some burgers? We could get the grill going!" He exclaims with a smile, both Zekken and Rei respond in sync "That sounds good." as Rei continues on "Can I cook though?!" Zekken quickly counters once more "You cook?! You'd fucking poison us!" he mumbles while looking at Rei, Rei's hand smashing down into his skull once more "I swear to god, I will murder you." As Zekken laughs the blow off "Yeah yeah, whatever, Miss Tough 'Lady'", Akio smiles watching the back and forth of these two friends as he stands, "Come on then, let's go get the grill fired up."
