Topic of the entry (probably) Sleep. So sleep is this intangible mysterious thing to me. I stay up roughly 4 hours for everyone I sleep. And that is on a good night on a bad one it can be 6 to every one or 23 awake to 1 asleep. On the other hand sometimes I go into hypersomnia where I will sleep 13+ hours in a row. But I also happen to be a lucid dreamer. If you don’t know that means I am aware I am dreaming and can often control the dream. If you play video games before bed you are more likely to dream lucidly.
Granted being a lucid dreamer almost never helps me. Take for instance I am having a really bad dream, if I change it so that I am standing in a peaceful field that should be the end of it but rather than be nice and peaceful it will start to rain fire or the earth will open up and swallow me.
