SilverSpoons: I've never experienced a heart attack before - as a man or a woman, lol - but it gave me and other readers a look at the creeping effects. The fact that most people don't know about the differences between a man and a woman having a heart attack is a scary thing in itself! I was confused right along with the protagonist.
