"Thanks for taking interest in one of our apartments" said Mrs. Meyers.
"Thank you for making time for me to see the apartment" said Monica.
"The first room you will see is the kitchen on the left" said Mrs. Meyers as soon as she opened the door. The kitchen is big enough where three people could move around in it comfortably. The appliances were all stainless steel and the counters were made of marble. Also, it had plenty of cabin space.
"The kitchen is very nice. I can work with this size" said Monica.
"That corner over there can fit a four person table without it feeling tight" said Mrs. Meyers as she pointed over Monica's shoulder. Monica followed Mrs. Meyers' finger in saw a medium size empty space.
"It's a decent space for having dinner" said Monica.
"This is the living room" said Mrs. Meyers after taking three steps out of the kitchen.
"It's not big but it's not small either. I can fit two chairs, a three person couch, coffee table and television" said Monica.
"Follow me down this hallway and I'll show you the second bedroom, second bathroom, and the master bedroom with en suite" said Mrs. Meyers. The guest bedroom is kind of small with a small closet so Monica decided to make it the guest bedroom and the bathroom across from it was a decent size and up to date so it was perfect for visitors or guests who might come over.
"Here's the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom" said Mrs. Meyers.
"I'm impressed" said Monica. The master bedroom is twice as big as the guest bedroom with a spacious closet and a bathroom perfect for a single woman.
"What do you think?" asked Mrs. Meyers.
"Where do I sign?" asked Monica.
"Come upstairs to my office and this apartment is yours" said Mrs. Meyers.
"Okay" said Monica. As she climbed the stairs up to the Apartment complex owner apartment she gave a sigh of relief.
"Something wrong?" asked Mrs. Meyers.
"No, I just feel like my life is starting to make a turnaround" replied Monica with a smile.
"That's good" said Mrs. Meyers.
