After that, dr. Sia, and a nurse carrying medical equipment approached me. Dr. Sia rolled up my sleeves, so that my aurat were exposed, luckily there were only girls in this room. After that, the nurse gave the syringe to dr. Sia. Furthermore, dr. Sia injected a needle into the vein around my arm. The needle that goes into the blood vessel is then connected to a catheter or thin tube connected to the patient's vein. At that time I kept looking sideways, to see the condition of Sadiqah. The last time I saw her, there was bleeding in her head. And now the blood stains are clean, even the wound has been bandaged. Sadiqah's clothes have also been changed to the typical clothes of a hospital patient. During the initial 15 minutes of the blood transfusion, the condition of the patient receiving the transfusion will be continuously monitored by the nurse to ensure that the patient who receives the transfusion does not experience an allergic reaction. If symptoms of an allergic reaction such as fever or shortness of breath occur, the blood transfusion procedure will be stopped immediately. Every 30 minutes, the nurse checks Sadiqah's temperature, pulse, and breathing rate. After one hour of the transfusion, Sadiqah showed no allergic reactions, dr. Sia accelerates the blood transfusion process. Blood transfusion lasts for 4 hours, after the blood transfusion is complete, dr. Sia removed the tube that was previously inserted into my vein. After that, dr. Sia treated the injection wound on my hand. Dr. Sia checks Sadiqah's vital condition after the blood transfusion, from heart rate, blood pressure, to body temperature. After checking Sadiqah's condition, dr. Sia comes out of the room. I walked over to Sadiqah's bed. Sadiqah was still unconscious.
"As'alu l-lâha-l-'azîma, rabba-l-'arshi-l-'azîmi, an yashfiyaka.
I ask Allah, the Most Noble, the owner of 'Arash the Great, that He will heal you.
Lâ ba'sa, tahûrun in shâ'a l-lâhu
It's okay, I hope your illness will make your sins clean, God willing.
Allahumma rabba an-nasi adhibi al-ba'ssa wa ishfi anta as-shafi la shifâ'a illa shifâ'uka, shifâ'an la yughadiru saqaman.
O Allah, the Sustainer of Man, remove the dangers (evil and disease), heal because only You can heal, there is no healing except healing from You. Healing that does not leave a single disease. "My prayers for Sadiqah.
The wall clock showed 13.52, I was late for the zuhur prayer for an hour. A nurse arrives with a tray of food. The nurse placed a tray filled with a bowl of spinach and peanut soup, a glass of milk, and a banana on the nightstand beside my bed.
"Sister, may I come out of this room now?" I asked the nurse.
"Yes, but after you eat this food." Replied the nurse.
"That means I won't be out of this room until sunset." I said.
"Don't you like the food?" Asked the nurse again.
"It's not like that, nurse. I am fasting. I will break the fast at sunset. Please don't ask me to eat that food now because I am still strong enough to continue my fast." I said then got out of bed.
"Now I want to go out for some fresh air. Excuse me." I said to the nurse, leaving room no 404 just like that.
Outside, I saw members of my family, and members of Sadiqah's family waiting for us patiently. Even my grandfather also came to the hospital.
"Is Sadiqah conscious?" Asked Aunt Salamah.
"The blood transfusion went well but Sadiqah is still unconscious, aunt." I answered.
"Thank you, Ruqayyah." Said Aunt Salamah.
"You're welcome." I answered.
Aunt Salamah will hug me.
"Don't hug me yet Aunt Salamah. I just slept in a hospital bed which must have had lots of germs." I said before Aunt Salamah hugged me.
Aunt Salamah didn't hug me. I drew closer to my grandmother and grandfather.
"Grandpa, please take me home. I want to go home now." My door to my grandfather.
"Yes, Ruqayyah. It is not good if we continue to be here." Said my grandmother.
I, my grandmother, and my grandfather walked home while my father still did not budge from his position.
"Salman, do you want to come home or not?" Asked my grandmother, to my father.
My father did not answer anything, it seems even my father did not hear questions from my grandmother. It seems that his worry, made my father not understand the conditions around him.
"Never mind grandma. Just leave it if he want to stay here. We have to go home soon, because I want to rest soon." I said.
Finally I, my grandmother, and my grandfather came home. Meanwhile my father remains in the hospital.
***
After returning from the hospital, I immediately took a shower, and washed my clothes in the washing machine. After that, I immediately got ready to pray zuhur. I raised my hands in line with my ears at the time of takbiratul ihram. After that I folded my hands over my chest, with my right hand on top of my left. I also read iftitah prayer, surah Al Fatihah, and surah Al Adiyat. In the middle of my reading, I suddenly felt dizzy. After that I bowed using the rest of my strength. My vision blurred, and I fell, and after that I don't remember anything anymore.

When I opened my eyes for the first time, I saw my grandmother and grandfather on my left and right. And I was in bed, even though the last time I was on the prayer mat that I put on the floor of my room. Even I still use my mukena. I tried to get up, and stood up to continue my prayer.
"What are you doing Ruqayyah?" Asked grandma.
"I haven't prayed zuhur, grandma." I answered.
"You first drink this milk. Then you pray." Said the grandmother as she took a glass of milk on the nightstand, and brought it to my mouth.
"I'm fasting, grandma." I said while refusing the glass of milk with my hand.
"Did you choose to cancel your fast or not to pray fardu because you were constantly fainting?" Said my grandfather.
Actually I wanted to refuse, but what grandpa said was true. Finally I took the glass of milk from my grandmother's hand, then drank the milk. After that, I got out of bed and took off my face. I rushed to the place of wudu for ablution because my wudu was already canceled. After doing my ablution, I returned to my room. Grandma, and my grandfather were not in my room. I also spread out the prayer mat on the floor, then put on my mukena. Then I turned my body towards the qiblat. I also prayed starting from takbiratul ihram to greeting. After tidying my mukena and prayer mat, I immediately lay down on the bed without praying, or read the Al Quran after prayer, because it felt like my body was asking to be rested immediately. Just a few minutes I darkened my eyes, I felt someone was shaking my shoulder. I woke up, and looked at the person.
"What's wrong, grandma?" I asked the person who woke me up.
"Grandma brought bread, palak paneer, dal, chana masala and plain water for you. You have to eat it so you don't get weak after donating blood." Said the grandmother who did bring the food tray.
"Thank you, grandma." I said.
Grandma put the food on the table near my bed. The table was deliberately put in my room, in case I couldn't eat in the dining room and wanted to eat in my own room. I stared at the food that grandmother brought for a while. Palak paneer is a typical Indian vegetable dish made from the main ingredient of paneer cheese. The cheese is then mixed with a thick sauce made from a mixture of spinach, tomato, salt masala, garlic, and various other spices. This dish is rich in nutrients and can be eaten either for breakfast, lunch or dinner with rice or bread. Dal is a boiled dish made from various nuts such as peas, chickpeas, or green beans. After cleaning, the nuts are boiled with various spices such as cumin, coriander, shallots, garlic, chilies, and ginger. Once cooked, the beans are mashed again until they have a pulp like texture. Chana masala is a typical north Indian curry made from green beans and is usually eaten as a snack, main course or breakfast. The chickpeas are simmered with various spices and then served with rice or bread with added yogurt or sour cream as a garnish.
Finally my grandmother rebuked me.
"Ruqayyah, did l bring the wrong food?" Asked my grandmother.
"No grandma. Someone who has just donated blood is strongly advised to eat foods that contain iron, riboflavin or vitamin B2, vitamin B6, and folic acid or vitamin B9. Iron is a component in the blood needed to produce healthy red blood cells to carry oxygen throughout the body. Iron is contained in spinach, broccoli, kale, mustard greens, red meat, fish, nuts, oranges, lemons, guava, kiwi, papaya, strawberries, tomatoes, peppers, and so on. Other Vitamin B2 helps the body convert carbohydrates into energy. After blood donation, the body will feel weak due to a lot of energy loss during the blood donation. So, by eating foods containing vitamin B2, the body will get its energy back faster and not feel weak for a long time. Riboflavin is found in eggs, poultry, beans, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, and other green leafy vegetables Milk and dairy products, like yogurt, it is also a good source of riboflavin. Vitamin B6 can help the body break down protein, where the protein is needed by the body in the production of new red blood cells. Some food sources of vitamin B6 are fish, red meat, eggs, spinach, potatoes, bananas, nuts, and seeds. Folic acid or vitamin B9 can also help the body produce new red blood cells. Folic acid is found in spinach, kale, asparagus, mustard greens, nuts, and orange juice. So in conclusion, the food that grandmother brought is very appropriate. But the food is still hot, so I haven't eaten it yet. "I said at length.
"But don't cook the spinach stems because spinach stalks contain oxalates which can inhibit the absorption of iron, which is actually abundant in the spinach leaves." I continued again.
"How do you know all that?" Asked grandma.
"From reading books, grandma. Besides my college friend named Sona is a nutritionist." I said.
"How many college friends do you have who are doctors?" Asked grandma.
"6 people, grandma. My friend Ishita is a dentist. My friend Mauli is a gynecologist. My friend Nandini is a herbal medicine specialist. My friend Preeta is a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation or often called a physiotherapist. My friend Sanchi is a pediatrician. My friend Sona is a nutritionist. " I said.
I also say basmalah then eat the food in front of me which is getting cold. My grandmother waited for me faithfully until I finished eating.
Al hamdu li-l-lâhi ladhî at'amanî hâdhâ wa razaqanîhi min ghayrin hawlin minnî wa lâ quwwatin.
Praise be to Allah Who fed this to me and Who provided sustenance to me without my power and strength. "I pray after eating.
"Now you can sleep Ruqayyah." Said my grandmother while tidying my cutlery.
"I'm going to sleep after the asar prayer, grandma. Because soon it's time for the asar prayer, especially sleeping after eating is not good for the health of the upper digestive system like the stomach." I said.

The time for the isya prayer had passed half an hour ago, the clock showed 20.30, but my father still hadn't come home from the hospital. I am currently in the living room accompanying my grandmother, who is anxiously awaiting my father's return. There was only me, and grandma at home because grandma asked grandpa to pick up my father at the hospital.
"Ruqayyah, how did the accident happen?" Asked my grandmother.
"This morning, after I got out of the taxi that took me to campus I immediately walked towards the campus. Sadiqah continued to follow me. I knew but I ignored her and I kept walking. Finally, I stopped walking because the road I was going to cross was still busy with vehicles. Sadiqah managed to chase after me. She stood beside me and greeted me, I replied. Then Sadiqah said if she had proof that her mother was innocent. She wanted me to listen to her explanation. She also reminded me of my promise to help her reconcile our two families. Because I feel not strong to listen to Sadiqah's explanation, I decided to leave that place as soon as possible. Finally I crossed the road in front of me but looked around. A sedan almost hit me but Sadiqah saved me, and it was she who was wretched. I was sorry that I didn't listen to her earlier. I didn't ignore it. I will apologize to Sadiqah, and her mother, and I will forget all the problems between our family, and theirs. " I answered honestly.
"Ruqayyah, you were deceived by the play of Sadiqah. Sadiqah was just looking for a way to get sympathy from our family. She did that so she could enter our family. Look, just today because she was sick because she helped you, your father was willing to wait for her all day. forget your own family, and even you intend to forget the suffering that Jannat, your mother felt because of their family's doings. One of the women in their family once seduced your father in front of your own mother, even that woman was also responsible for your mother's death, now only because that girl is playing by helping you, do you intend to forgive all their mistakes? As long as you know Ruqayyah, their whole family is a great actress, in order to achieve their goals, they can prove if they are right with the evidence they fabricate. Don’t sympathize with their family, or you will suffer like your mother when Sadiqah tries to snatch your husband later. Sadiqah became like that because of hereditary education from her grandmother and mother. The whole family has no shame. Even you also know that Salamah raised his child without a father, "said the grandmother.
"I never really knew what mistakes, and crimes Aunt Salamah had committed in the past. I only know the past from my grandmother's story. But I do know the good that Aunt Salamah does in the present. Even though grandma always insulted them, they remained silent even they saved the lives of your granddaugther twice. But what have grandma ever done for them? Even to say sorry or thank you, grandma never did. Their family that was hurt, but always their family those who apologize. Isn't that a compelling reason to forgive Aunt Salamah? And even I should apologize because I misjudged her. Because before I put what I heard more than what I saw. But now I don't. Did grandma know that an actress wouldn't want to risk her own life just for a cherry play. Meanwhile, in order to save me Sadiqah had endangered her own life. Then is it worthy of being called a play? All the accusations that grandmothers have given their families have fallen for this reason. And grandma, are you not ashamed to say bad things about your own flesh and blood? Even gossiping about other people's badness is the same as eating a dead brother's carcass, then what if what is being told is an accusation of lies, of course it is even more disgusting. Stop mentioning Sadiqah, the daughter without a father because she still has a father. Even her father is very close to us. Stop saying bad things about their family because Sadiqah is actually your granddaughter too, my father's daughter, and she is my sister too. I don't like anyone to say badly about my sister. "I said with tears because I had to see the division of my family before my own eyes.
"What did you say Ruqayyah? In order to prove yourself right, you shouldn't make up a lie." Said the grandmother.
"I didn't tell lies, grandma. I've heard my father call Sadiqah his daughter. If you don't believe, you can ask your own son." I said.
We could hear the sound of a car pulling up near our house. Then there was the sound of footsteps, it seemed my father had come home. My grandmother hurriedly opened the door, I followed my grandmother. I saw that the door of grandma Sumayyah’s house was open, it meant that Sadiqah had been allowed to go home from the hospital. Looks like my father took the Sadiqah family home as well. The whole Sadiqah family has entered their house, only my father is still outside. But instead of entering our house, my father will step into the house of the Sadiqah family. I can understand what my father did, because after years my father could devote his attention to his daughter. But not for my grandmother, of course it made my grandmother angry.
"Salman, if you forget your memory now, then I will tell you that your house is here not there." Said my grandmother with a volume louder than usual.
"Mother, I want to talk first." Said my father at the door of Sumayyah's grandmother.
"If you enter the house, it will be very bad." My grandmother said as my father swung his right leg to enter Sumayyah's grandmother's house.
Finally my father turned around and entered our house.
"Mother, I just want to know the state of Sadiqah." Said my father.
"Shut up. Ruqayyah, come into your room." Said the grandmother who didn't seem to want me to hear the talk of grandma and father.
"No Ruqayyah will stay here." Said my father who seemed to want me to hear the talk of father and grandmother.
"Why, why are you so angry?" Dad asked grandma.
"You gave me a reason to be angry, Salman. Why are you so concerned about Sadiqah that you want to donate your blood for Sadiqah?" Asked my grandmother to my father.
"Mother, listen to me first." Said my father.
"Because of that, your daughter is brave enough to say in front of me that Sadiqah is ..." Said the grandmother, pointing at me.
"She is father's daughter." I said.
My father was surprised because I already knew the secret.
"Dad, tell the truth so my grandmother will stop saying bad things about my sister." I continued.
"Sadiqah is not your daughter." Said my grandmother.
"She is indeed my daughter, mother." Said my father. And the mother will not be able to change this relationship. "Said my father.
My grandfather suddenly came home from the hospital.
"I have two daughters, Sadiqah and Ruqayyah.
"Salman ..." said my grandfather in a booming voice.
"Is this how you talk to your mother?" Asked my grandfather who tried to intervene father and grandmother.
"I just wanted to tell you the truth, dad, is that wrong?" Asked my father back.
The conversation between father and grandmother started to heat up. Previously I knew my father was someone who was very obedient to his parents, but now I seem to have encountered another side of my father.
"Ruqayyah, the similarity of your blood type and blood group of Sadiqah is not a mere coincidence but because you are sisters." Said my father.
"Sadiqah's mother and father are ex-husband and wife. My mother, and my father have never been able to accept Sadiqah's mother as their daughter-in-law due to differences in social status. But I always tried to keep Sadiqah's mother as my wife. Until one day, it was revealed that your grandfather, grandpa Saud was hit by a crash by father's Sadiqah' mother. It was an accident that killed Grandpa Saud. My mother and my father forced Sadiqah’s mother to sign divorce papers. 'My mother asked your mother to leave their house as soon as Sadiqah’s mother finished her idah period. But Sadiqah's mother didn't realize that she was pregnant at that time. She only realized it when she had left her husband's house. Sadiqah’s mother returned to my house to finish her idah period in my house but we have moved houses. From the surrounding neighbors, Sadiqah's mother knew that I had remarried a woman named Jannat. Sadiqah returned to her mother's house tu was the most difficult period for his mother Sadiqah. Everyone thinks that Sadiqah's mother separated from her husband because of lian, when in fact Sadiqah's mother separated from her husband because of her father-in-law's selfishness. Sadiqah's mother gave birth to a twins baby, namely you. You were born on the same day my wife Jannat lost the baby in her womb. Even his mother Sadiqah, and Jannat were treated in the same hospital. Jannat fell into a deep depression because she lost her baby, and she even tried to end her own life. My mom told me to take you from the nursery, and told Jannat if you were her daughter. I did that too. For 19 years Sadiqah’s mother was sad because she thought her child was missing. 2 months after Sadiqah’s mother gave birth to you, she married Ja'far bin Harun. The marriage only lasted 5 years. After Sadiqah’s mother divorced her second husband, Sadiqah’s grandmother, Sadiqah’s mother, and Sadiqah herself moved into the house. My mother and I didn't think that we would be neighbors with Sadiqah's mother's family. Sadiqah's mother intended to see me to tell me something. When Sadiqah's mother just greeted me and invited me to the terrace, my wife Jannat heard it. Instead of being jealous, my wife Jannat felt guilty towards Sadiqah’s mother because she felt that she was a barrier between me and Sadiqah’s mother. After that Jannat came into our house and saw my mother was so angry with Sadiqah’s mother. Jannat, tried to stop my mother but my wife Jannat fell down from the stairs because she was pushed by my own mother. My mother distorted reality and got Sadiqah’s mother arrested on charges of pushing Jannat down the stairs to death. Sadiqah's mother was free after I dropped my mother's demands. Since then our family and theirs have always been at odds. Two days ago it was the second time I talked to Sadiqah's mother since our divorce. From that conversation I know that Sadiqah is your twin sister. It turned out that Sadiqah was not Ja'far's daughter. That's the reality." Said my father.
"My silence causes trouble for my daughter, and also my love. They must be humiliated, they have to endure this pain for many years." Continued my father.
"Ruqayyah came into your room." Said my grandmother.
"Don't go Ruqayyah, stay here." Said my father.
Father approached me, and was in front of me.
"Daughter, please give me a chance or for the rest of my life I will not be able to look you in the eye. When you speak, you have the right to tell your daughter about her grief. Forgive dad, daughter, for hiding all this truth.
"Previously my grandmother told me that mother Jannat died because of being pushed by Aunt Salamah. Because of that I disliked Aunt Salamah and Sadiqah. But it turned out that it was just an accusation of lies." I said.
"Why do you lie mother? lie will not be of any use. Just admit the truth. In order to prove that you are right, you should not accuse other people with lies. If Salamah wants to, she can sue mother because mother keeps accusing her whole family with lies. She could have taken me to court for Sadiqah, and Ruqayyah. But she didn't, mother. She endured her suffering but did not speak against us. " Said my father to my grandmother.
"Forgive father, Ruqayyah. I understand your feelings. Even though the truth is bitter, it is still the truth." Said my father while wiping my tears.
I ran out of the house without caring if my feet stepped on the broken glass scattered on the floor of the house. I walked until I arrived in front of Grandma Sumayyah's house. When I raised my hand to knock on the door, I remembered that they were resting right now. I also discouraged me. I was still standing at the door for a while, until finally I turned around and walked towards where I lived. When I was halfway there, I heard the door of Grandma Sumayyah's house opened. I turned around, and I saw Sadiqah, and my mother Aunt Salamah coming out of their house. Sadiqah walked to me then hugged me and I hugged her back. At that moment my tears fell.
"I already know everything Sadiqah. Forgive your sister who ever don’t believed in you." I whispered in Sadiqah's ear.
"I'm glad you found out, but don't apologize to me. But promise me that the brotherhood between us will not be separated by anything." Sadiqah whispered in my ear.
"I promise. The brotherhood between us is an immortal thing not only bound by blood but also bound by faith." I whispered in Sadiqah's ear.
I, and Sadiqah let go of each other's embrace simultaneously, nothing preceded. After that we wiped each other's tears. After that I walked over to my mother. I hugged her for a long time, how could it not be for 19 years of my life that this was the second time I felt my mother's embrace. I want to stay in this position.
