Xue Yang's uncle said in a tone of menace, "Xingchen, as you know the current status of the Clan, Xue Yang is not ready to listen to anyone. Marrying Aster Clan's daughter is the only choice we have. What do you think?"
Xingchen said, hiding his breaking heart with a smiling face. "Yes! I also think that's the best thing for Xue Yang."

Xingchen paused and, in a breaking voice, said, "You mean to say I should leave Xue yang?"
After a long silence,
Xue Yang's uncle nodded with anger on his face. and said, "I was already not in favor of this marriage, so please, I hope you understand."
Xingchen kept quiet and, with a smile on his face, kowtowed and left.
As soon as he walked out of the door,
He could no longer bear the pain of wordings he heard from Xue Yang's uncle, and tear's started coursing down his cheeks; he walked briskly, hiding his face to avoid being seen crying, and suddenly bumped into Xue Yang.
"Xingchen, careful!!" Xue Yang got a hold of him. Xue Yang noticed Xingchen was hiding his face and being in doubt that he might be crying, he asked, what happened? Why are you hiding your face? Show me."
Xingchen replied with a cracking voice, "Nothing happened" and was about to rush to his room, but Xue Yang being stubborn, grabbed his hand and pushed him towards himself and lifted his face.
"What's the matter?" he said in a calm tone while looking deep into Xingchen's eyes.
Xingchen noticed the love in Xue Yang's eyes was just beyond any limit and thought, "How will I leave him? I love him so much. I being a hybrid, why does it always create a problem for Xue Yang? Why are you not hating me, Xue Yang? Why??? Please hate me, or else I won't be able to forgive myself if anything happens to your crown."
Seeing Xingchen diving into his thoughts, he picked him up and, with some awe in his tone, said, "Let's do IT again."
Xue Yang's naughty thoughts now replaced Xingchen's sadness.
"Xue Yang, my back is still hurting from last night; you almost broke my back."
"Don't worry this time; I will rest your back properly."
He pinned him on the bed and stared at Xingchen's lips carefully, which were uttering "No!!" and slowly started kissing him.
Xingchen's voice faded; Xingchen resistance could not work on Xue Yang.
When they were done with their steamy session,
Xue Yang hugged Xingchen's naked body and, while looking into his eyes, said, "Please don't cry, I hate it when you cry. Now tell me why were you crying, or else I will do IT again?"
Xingchen laughed at Xue Yang, aligned his thoughts on what reason to tell, sighed, and said, "You are never tired!! I was missing my mother, that's all."
Xue Yang "Really? Why didn't you tell me earlier? You should go and visit her once a week. But..." he paused.
Xingchen replied with the same tone, "But?"
"Please don't stay there at night? I am scared to sleep alone."
Xingchen finally smiled, which soothed Xue Yang's eyes.
When Xue Yang was in a deep sleep, Xingchen stood up, and without letting Xue Yang know that he is sneaking out for a walk, he wore his clothes and stepped out of the room.
While he adored the sky, an older woman who dressed Xingchen on his wedding day came and sat across Xingchen.
Xingchen quickly Kowtowed her and asked her the reason why she was out. The old lady replied, "The reason is the same as yours."
Xingchen was again ready to be confounded to hear the same thing he heard from Xue Yang's uncle, but to his shock, the lady said, "You can bear a child if you want? I know you are a Vampire Hybrid. I saw the sign while I was dressing you on the day of your wedding."
Xingchen asked the reason for not disclosing it then.
Xingchen's face, which he kept down, lifted all of a sudden when the old lady replied
"I know Xue Yang since childhood. He was stubborn and careless, he never took his responsibilities seriously, but I have seen a tremendous change in him after falling in love with you. After losing his parents, he could have easily abandoned you and returned to start his life all over again. Still, instead, he did what his father always taught him, "Stand for Justice and Love, Never let the bad circumstances pull you down from doing anything." Her words calmed his evil negative thoughts, which otherwise had nested in his mind, and could not hold his tears inside anymore; he finally broke down.
