"Lily! Wake up, we're gonna be late!" Hermione said, shaking Lily awake.
She woke up, and put on her robes. "Hermione, when do classes start?"
"At nine, and it's eight-thirty," The young witch replied, making her bed. "I've got you your breakfast, since it would've been too late when you would've woken up."
Hermione waited for Lily, as she got her bag, and put on her shoes.
"Come on." Hermione whined, bouncing up and down.
"Jeez, what's the rush?" Lily asked, tying the laces to her shoes.
"Harry and Ron are waiting outside," She replied.
"Well, then go, I'll come out sooner or later." Lily said, shooing her friend out of the dorm.
Lily sighed to herself, and closed her eyes. Just then, Hermione came in. "Sorry Lily, I forgot my- HEY! You're sleeping!"

"I have Divination with Professor...how do you say this?" Lily asked, showing the name Trelawney to Hermione.
"It's Professor Trelawney."
Lily nodded. "That's a weird name."
"Well, I have her too."
Lily was glad to know that Hermione would be there with her at her first class. "That's great!"
***
Hermione and Lily walked to the North Tower, chatting along the way. When they finally reached the classroom, Harry and Ron were already there, talking in hushed voices. They walked over to them, and the two instantly stopped talking.
"So, what were you two talking about?" Hermione asked the two suspiciously.
"The Professor isn't here yet." Ron chirped.
Lily looked around the classroom, realizing that the Professor really wasn't here. She then studied the classroom. It was similar to a stadium, where the Professor would sit at the platform. Lily and Hermione sat behind the boys, waiting for Professor Trelawney to arrive. But instead, someone else did. Draco Malfoy.
***
After a little fight with Malfoy, they all grumpily sat down, Malfoy with a smug look on his face. Trelawney finally came, a thin woman with large round glasses, and lots of different bangles. Looks like a hippie. Lily thought.
"Hello class! I'm Professor Trelawney, your Divination Professor." She said. "Divination is an important thing. It can explain futures, and say prophecies. In this class, we will see if any of you have the eye."
Hermione rolled her eyes. "This is rubbish. Absolute rubbish." Hermione whispered to Lily.
Lily's eyes widened. She wasn't used to hearing someone like Hermione say that. "Really? And why?" She asked her, confused. "I think it's sick."
Hermione looked at her redheaded friend with a quirked eyebrow. "You're sick?"
Lily rolled her eyes, knowing that Hermione hadn't been to a Muggle school for three years. "It means it's cool."
Hermione nodded. "Is that a way for Muggles to say?"
Lily shrugged. "Eh, we use both."
"Misses, please no talking during class!" Professor Trelawney squeaked at them.
They stopped talking, and continued listening to Trelawney's rambling.
When they finally finished, they all let out a sigh of relief, escaping the Astronomy room.
"Dang, all those pitiful lies made me want to tear my hair out." Hermione grumbled.
The boys gave Lily a look as in saying, what did you put in her food? Lily put her hands up in surrender. "Hey! I didn't do anything, trust-" But before she could finish her sentence, something, someone, hit her shoulder, hard. She groaned in pain, rubbing her shoulder. She looked behind her, to see a smirking blonde boy. Her blood boiled in anger and fury, wanting to Avada Kedavra him right there, on the spot.
"YOU DISGUSTING LITTLE SLIMY PIECE OF BULLCRAP! I WILL GOUGE YOUR EYES OUT, AND STICK THEM UP YOUR-mmhmghm" Lily yelled at him, but then, Hermione covered her mouth.
"Lily! No! Don't say that!" She said, trying to hold in her laughter.
Lily glared at her, as well as the two boys. Hermione removed her hand from Lily's mouth. "Fine...jeez" She mumbled.
Lily spun around, facing Draco. "YOUR ARSE, YOU LITTLE SNAKE." She screamed at his face.
Draco looked shocked, but slowly turned into a glare. He took a step forward, toward her. "Don't talk to me, you filthy Mudblood."
Harry, and Ron darted forward, about to pounce on him, but then, a man came out of nowhere, preventing them.
"Stop." He said.
The three looked up, looking into the face of Professor Lupin.
