Monday, November 2, 1994 - Morning
Harry rose early and dressed for Monday classes. Dumbledore had assured Harry that he was now a guest from a visiting school so he could eat in the Great Hall again. Harry also noticed that all his school uniforms and robes had changed overnight. The Gryffindor colours had stayed but the crest on his ties, robes and other uniform items were no longer the Hogwarts crest but a crest similar to the seal on his House Potter Lord’s ring.
The Great Hall was nearly full when Harry arrived. He did not look at the Gryffindor table. He headed for the Ravenclaw table looking for Luna. He found her on her own at the end of the table closest to the staff table. Luna looked up at him as he approached and smiled brightly at him. Harry sat down beside her.
“How are you this morning Harry? I hope you slept well.” Luna smiled a charming smile again.
“Thank you, Luna. I am surprised that I slept at all. I noticed this morning that my uniforms have changed. Oh! Yours have too. That is the Potter crest instead of the Hogwarts one on your tie, and your colours are the Potter colours which are nearly the same as the Gryffindor colours. Now that I am Lord Potter, I will change those colours to something else, anything else.” Harry took a quick glance at the Gryffindor table where he saw many angry glares directed at him.
“Don’t do anything rash, Harry. We have a long way to go with this. There are many other more important things to deal with.”
They served themselves breakfast and ate quietly. The hall was filled with whispers and odd looks were directed towards them.
“What are you doing here Potter? You are not allowed to eat with us.” Su Li was standing in front of Harry and Luna. “What is that uniform you are wearing Luna? Those are not Ravenclaw colours.”
“No Miss Li, they are not Ravenclaw colours, they are the Potter School of Magic colours.” Professor Flitwick had suddenly appeared next to Su Li.
“Mister Potter and Miss Lovegood are students from the Potter School of Magic. They are guests at Hogwarts for the Tri-Wizard Tournament. They have the same right to be here as any student from Durmstrang or Beaubatons. As long as you are wearing Ravenclaw colours Miss Li, you are honour bound to welcome them both.”
Su Li stared at the diminutive professor with her mouth hanging open.
“Please shut your mouth Miss Li, that is a most unbecoming look you have adopted.” Professor Flitwick grinned cheekily at Luna and Harry.
Harry and Luna went to their classes for the day.
On his way out of the Great Hall doors Harry passed Ron’s bright red face. “You’re a sneak and a cheat Potter. You’re not going to steal my sister like that.”
Luna glared at Ron. The look on Luna’s face made Ron and Finnegan step back. Disrespecting her friends, the Gods of Olympus, changed Luna from a dreamy oddball to a dangerous warrior in a flash.
Harry hurried out of the doors.
On his way to the first period Harry found himself walking next to Neville.
“Harry! Do you know what has happened to Hermione? Parvati says that her bed hasn’t been slept in, and all her things are gone including Crookshanks.”
“Neville, I’m sorry about this but it looks like her parents have withdrawn Hermione from Hogwarts. They said last night that they were going to transfer her to Ilvermorny.” Harry spoke as quietly as he could and looked straight ahead, he didn’t want to see the disappointment in Neville’s eyes.
“There is more wild talk about you. Ron and Seamus are saying that you forged Edicts from the Gods to try to get eight girls bound to you. It’s not true, is it?” The pain in Neville’s voice hurt Harry like a stinging slap on the face.
“I didn’t forge anything; I didn’t ask for this. There are Edicts, they came from the Gods of Mount Olympus. The Unspeakables from the Ministry have confirmed it. I don’t want to talk about it. Ask Professor McGonagall if you want to know more.”
Yesterday, Harry had gone missing for the day due to his extended meeting with the headmaster and Harry’s overwhelming desire to hide out in the guest suite. Herbology and Care of Magical Creatures on Monday morning were difficult for Harry, and not because of the subjects. His fellow students either ignored him or whispered insults. Hagrid was distant and suspicious; he never spoke a word to Harry. Divination was too much for Harry. He went to Professor Trelawney and told her he was withdrawing from the subject.

“So, it begins. One out of eight, what are you going to do about the other seven?” Athena murmured to Hera.
“Apollo and Hecate will visit them each night until they relent. The girls will be terrified by Hecate. It may be what is needed. They are all showing signs of being ruled by Age of Enlightenment thinking. They use magic but don’t recognize that so called modern philosophy has corrupted them. Magic is fine when it suits them and they ignore where it comes from, us!” Hera was unhappy. Nobody likes being ignored.
