We drove around for quite a bit, until we found parking. Leo led me to a Japanese restaurant. We got sushi and Leo paid extra to get Japanese cream soda. Afterwards, we got some ice cream and then saw a movie. The movie ended at 0:15.
"That was a good movie," I said, "I loved it when the ghost said boo. So unrealistic." Leo smiled.
"I'm glad you liked it, Wolf," Leo said, "Do you want to make a pit stop before I send you home?"
"Yes," I said, "Anything to get away from the drunkards."
"Do you want to come home with me?" Leo asked.
"Isn't the first date too soon?" I asked, "At least, that's what Avery said."
"I'm asking what you want to do, Wolf," Leo said, "Not Avery."
"I understand, but I'm just worried because..." I said, "I don't go to other people's houses."
"Wait, what?" Leo asked, "You didn't go to friend's houses while you were in school?"
"No," I said, "We moved around a lot and it doesn't help that we emigrated here right before college."
"Wait," Leo said, "Where are you from?"
"I can't tell you, because I don't know," I said.
"I'm getting concerned," Leo said.
"I was three months old when we left the first time," I said, "And by the time I was 6 I had already lived in more than 10 different countries." I was going by human ages, like how you would talk about dogs or cats, except with vampires. 100 being the age of maturity.
