Once upon a time, in a land far away filled with magic of all sorts, there was a type of creature called a Farlen. The blood that they bled, when it hit the sunlight, would turn into a grand host of rubies, one ruby for each drop. And there were men, too many men, who would seek to exploit such an abundant source of wealth.

When a Farlen named Gray was captured, he almost gave up on the thought of rescue, the thought of escape. But help can come from the most unlikely of sources.

We were in the middle of a forest, when my parents stop the car.

"What's wrong?" I ask

No one answers

We get out of the car. My parents leave the car doors open, which puzzles me but I don't speak. After we walk a few steps my parents run back inside the car leaving me alone. This puzzles me, then I figure out they were playing the 'who's the first game'.

"Okay, guys you win"

I start walking towards the car. But they drive away leaving me alone in the middle of the forest....

"Can you please keep this a secret Ainslee?" he asks me with a pleading look spread across his thin chiseled face."I'll keep your secret, for a price Mr. Lockwood" I reply with a smirk still spread across my face. That has to be one of the most crazy things that I have ever said in my life. Now what am I suppose to do? I have Kaison, the most popular guy literally begging at my feet. Hmm, this is going to be interesting.
