The five new recruits of the Survey Corp's continued the rest of the day doing training with the rest of the new members of the Survey corp's. The warm sunny day quickly became a cool breezing evening, tired and hungry all the new recruits head into the dinning hall.
Evelyn sat next to a very warn out and bruised Carmen whos head was buried into the table. Evelyn looked at her friend with sad eyes (Poor Carmen, she really struggled today…she needs a tutor to help her through her training) Evelyn thought to herself. Evelyn glanced around the dining hall scanning for the perfect partner for her friend. Her eyes soon fell apon Levi, Farlan and Isabel (Hmm Levi would be good but he hasn't got the right temperament to train anyone…Isabel maybe? No too unfocused…Farlan? Hmm he can fight…he's also patient) Evelyn was staring at the three in deep thought.
Evelyn got up from her seat and walked over to the three, she gave Farlan a surprise hug from behind "Farrrlann" she beamed. Farlan nearly fell off his seat and blinked a few times in confusion "Umm hi?" he said confused.
Levi gave them a sideways look before making a tsk sound, Farlan could sense some jealousy coming from his friend Levi and made a nervous laugh "Um so…whats up Evelyn?" He asked nervously. Evelyn continue to hug Farlan "Umm well I need a big strong man to help me out with something" she said with a smile.
Evelyn then forcely dragged Farlan "Ahh!" Farlan said getting pulled away from the table. Isabel narrows her eyes at the pair and watchs Farlan get dragged away "…What was that about?" Isabel asks aloud. Isabel turned her head as she saw Levi get up from his seat and walk off in the opposite direction "Big bro?" She called to Levi but he remained quiet as he continued to walk off, Isabel tilted her head in confusion "Was it something I said?" She huffed to herself.
Later that evening ~
Farlan and Evelyn were walking back to the dorms together, having small talks together. They eventually reached Farlans room that he shared with Levi. Levi was leaning just outside the door with his arms crossed, he glared at the two "Oi idoit your late…or did you forget we have things to discuss?" Levi said dully eyes glaring deeply into Farlans.
Farlan rubbed the back of his neck "Ah yes of course…I was just busy helping out Evelyn" Farlan mumbles. Evelyn looks at the two in turn before giving an awkward smile "Sorry I didn't mean to keep you so long Farlan. Thanks for today and I'll see you both tomorrow" Evelyn said sheepishly before continuing to walk on to her own room down the hall.
Levi sighed heavily before entering his dorm room with Farlan following behind.

Evelyn entered her room to find Carmen reading a book to Isabel together on Carmen's bed. Evelyn smiled warmly at the two "Having fun there you two?" She asked. Isabel nodded happily with a big grin "Yeah Carmen said she'll help me learn to read!…Big bro never really had the time to teach me before" Isabel explained.
Carmen patted Isabel on the head affectionately "Well I got plenty of time to teach you" Carmen said warmly to Isabel rufling Isabel's hair.
(Even though the two girls just really met they quickly warmed up to each other…even acting sisterly to each other perhaps.)
Carmen then looked up to Evelyn who was un tieng her red hair ribbon in the mirror "So what did Farlan want to talk about after I left you two earlier?" Carmen asked curiously. Evelyn sighed a little "Nothing really..."

Earlier that day~
Evelyn and Farlan are leaning against the stables together, Evelyn looks at her friend Farlan "Sooo what you wanna talk about?" Evelyn asks. Farlan lets out a small huff before answering "It's about…Levi" Evelyn raises a brow at Farlan "Oh...What about Levi?" She asks curiously "After you left…hes been different" He replied. Evelyn continues to look at Farlan with a puzzling look "Different? How so?" She asked "He's been getting involved with some dangerous people…and he's been killing people when he didn't have to" Farlan explains.
Evelyn remains silent for a moment "And your telling me this why?" She asks in a dull tone "If he carries on like this…he'll either get himself killed or me and Isabel" Farlan says seriously. Evelyn glances at Farlan before looking down at the ground "He might listen to you since he loves you" Farlan continues. Evelyn quickly looks at Farlan in shock "Umm what did you just say?…Levi loves me?" Evelyn burst out in laughter "The only thing Levi LOVES is a broom" Evelyn continues laughing.
Farlan laughs a little "Yeah maybe…but will try and talk some sense into him…I'm getting worried he's going to do something crazy" Farlan explains. Evelyn stops laughing finally and smiles at her friend "Alright…I'll talk to him but no promises he'll listen to me though"

(End of flashback)
Evelyn continues to look into the mirror completely lost in her thoughts "Evelyn?" Carmen spoke placing a hand on her shoulder, Evelyn snaps back into reality blinking a few times "Yeah?" She replied. Carmen looks at her friend with a concerned look on her face "You okay…you zoned out for a bit" Carmen spoke softly. Evelyn shook her head then slapped both her cheeks with her hands "Yeah I'm fine…just thinking about all that studying I still need to do for exams next week" Evelyn said sheepishly.
Evelyn moved over to her cluttered bed side table and collected her books "I'm gonna go find somewhere quite to study. I'll see you both later" Evelyn spoke quietly before leaving the room. Evelyn then quietly started making her way down the dark and cold hallways of Scouting HQ.
Evelyn continued to walk around the castle that is Scouting HQ till she came around a door that had a sign on it saying 'Do not enter'. Evelyn looked up at the ceiling and continued to walk through the door "If I don't see the sign then there is no sign" she thought to herself.
She eventually found herself on the roof, she quickly looked around to make sure no one else was around "This spot is perfect" she quietly spoke to herself before sitting down with her books.
Moments later the door to the roof suddenly swings open causing Evelyn to jump slightly dropping her book. Evelyn tilts her head to the side fearing its someone who has come to shout at her for being somewhere she shouldn't be" instead she sees Levi who walks to the edge of the rooftop not noticeing Evelyn sat with her books. Evelyn watches him for a moment before speaking "Didn't see the sign either huh?"
Levi grunts before sitting on the ledge ignoring Evelyn's question" Evelyn sighs in announce "…someone's in a mood?" She mumbles to herself. She then contemplated talking to him or going back to her studying. She gets up and walk over to Levi to then sit down besides him "So who's pissed you off today then?" Levi glances over at Evelyn with a cold stare "It's not important…Why are you up here anyway?" He replies plainly. Evelyn furrowed her brows at him "Excuse me but I was here first' and studying for school exams…What are YOU doing here?" Evelyn replied coolly.
Levi turns to Evelyn then flicks her on the forehead "To get some space away from idoits like you" he teased with a luagh. Evelyn swatted his hand away and glared at him "Oh yeah huh? Well THIS idoit found this spot first" she retorted sticking her tongue out.
Levi remained silent and looked up at the clear night sky to see the stars shining brightly' he's eyes widening a bit as he's never seen such a sight in the underground. Evelyn notices her friends amazement to the night sky and also looks up towards the stars "It's really beautiful isn't it?" She quietly asks. Levi smiles a little bit "Yeah…" he replied plainly' after another moment of silence Levi speaks out once more "I'm sorry about your parents…" he says sadly. Evelyn looks down into her lap with sad eyes and a heavy heart "…Don't be…it wasn't your fault they went missing" she replied quietly with deep sadness in her voice.
Levi analyzed Evelyn for a moment seeing her sad expression before deciding to change the subject of Evelyn's parents "What happened with fancy boy in the end?…Last time I saw you he looked like he was about to piss himself…" he asked coldly.
Evelyn raisd her brows in thought for a moment "Umm fancy boy?…Oh Marshall! Yeah that…didn't turn out so well" Evelyn spoke softly almost a whisper, her mind beginning to wonder off into thoughts of her past relationship, feelings of disgust and anger soon followed those thoughts. Levi continued to look at his friend knowing that she dazzed out of the conversation "Huh…he didn't seem like your type anyway, probably baths in his mother's tears" Levi spoke in is normal flat toned voice.
Evelyn suddenly starts to giggles quietly "Maybe the tears are from her crying over how disappointing her son is…Andd what did you mean by not my type? How would you know MY type?!" She speaks in between her uncontrollable giggles.
Levi looks away slightly as he blushes slightly "Just thought you wouldn't be into those rich daddy boy types…you always seemed more like you be interested in guys like…Farlan" He explains still not turning to face his friend. Evelyn scrunched her face up at the thought "That's olddy pacific choosing there? He into me or something?…Also not my type" Evelyn responds firmly.
Levi sighs softly "No just a thought…so if he's not your type nor pretty rich boys then wha is your type?" He asks raising his brows at Evelyn. She shrugs "No idea but when I find out I'll tell ya...So what about you and your dating life huh?" Evelyn asks teasingly, Levi stiffness up at her question "I-I we'll there's um no one- that I'm seeing…" Levi stutters nervously. Evelyn watches him in amusement as its a rare sight to see Levi nervous.
Evelyn playfully nudges Levi "Aww Le Le your so adorable when your embarrassed" she says with a big smile.
Evelyn continued to sit next to Levi as she starts to study while exchanging story's with each other, such as how Levi met Isabel and how Evelyn became closer to Carmen.
