Evelyn awakes in a small dirty old room tied to a wooden support pillar, a few feat away her sits another young girl, tied and gagged to another support pillar. She looks no older then 15 and seems to be passed out. Evelyn vision is slightly blurred for taking a strong hit to the head. Evelyn takes a look around the room ("Where am I...I can't remember what I was doing").
Evelyn begins to wiggle her wrists to try and free her hands "Ah shit...Its no good" she mumbles to herself. The door suddenly swings open and slams into the wall. A short round man walks into the room. He grins widely at Evelyn "Ah yes! What a find catch this one is indeed. I can't wait to play with that one later" he says happily. Evelyn stands up and looks at the man in disgust "If death is an option I'll have one of those instead please" Evelyn says to the round man. The round man waddles over to Evelyn and sniffs her hair "Listen here you disgusting creep, you try anything and things won't end well for you" Evelyn says in a threatening tone. The man just seems to get more happy "Ah I do like the feisty ones the most" the round grins. The man then leans in close to Evelyn trying to kiss her "Dream on creep" Evelyn says before bringing her leg up and kicks him square in the face. The man spins in the air before flopping to the floor. Evelyn tries to wiggle her tied hands free but still fails.
Meanwhile downstairs are sat some thugs around a small table playing poker, the front door busts open. The men quickly jump of there sits and grab some weapons. Levi walks in and gives them a cold death stare, one of the thugs charges at Levi with a long pole. Levi quickly moves aside then knees the man in chest making him slump to the floor. Levi looks to the other three thugs "Where's my friend...or do I need to beat the shit out of all of you" he says coldly. All three man charge at him an the same time.
Meanwhile upstairs Evelyn is trying to loosen her left boot with has a knife hidden inside it. Evelyn manages to loosen it enough to kick off her boot aiming it to fly off behind her. The boot spins in the air and the knife slips out and the kife falls right into Evelyns hands. Before she can angle the knife the right way, the round man is up and grabs Evelyn by the throat and starts choking her "You little bitch, I'll teach you not to fuck with me!" He hisses. Evelyn struggles against him, she starts feeling a bit dizzy and faint. Levi walks into the room and rushes to Evelyns aid. He kicks the man away from Evelyn. Evelyn falls to her knees coughing trying to regain some oxygen, Levi then walks over to the round man who's mumbling on the floor "Cole Reeds...wow even that crappy drawing of you looked better then you" Levi says putting his boot down on him forcing him to stay down.
Evelyn finally frees herself of her binding, she then goes over to the other girl and cuts her free and un gags her. The girl remains unconscious. Suddenly a man rushes in the room and tries to tackle Levi "My lord I'll save you!" He yells. The guy manges to pin Levi down to the floor "Levi!" Evelyn yells. Evelyn is about to help Levi when Cole stands in her way "Your not going anywhere girly nor is your boyfriend" he hisses. Evelyn rushes past Cole slitting his throat as she does then stabs his bodyguard through the back of the neck. Levi pushes the body to the side "Levi are you okay?" Evelyn asks worried. Levi gets up and dusts himself of in disgust "Yeah I'm fine...Are you okay Eva. Did that scumbag do anything to you?" He replies worried. Evelyn shakes her head "No I'm okay...thanks for saving me. But on the bright side you found the guy" Evelyn explains.
They walk out of the building also helping the other victim leave the building. They both help her to sid down outside, Evelyn leaves her with some food and water. Before walking off with Levi "Soo...what you get for taking care of that guy?" Evelyn asks as they walk the streets of the underground together. Levi sighs before handing Evelyn a key "This...we get this" He explains. Evelyn looks at the key confused "You got a key...they give you a new house. Also did you say we...we got a new building to share?" Evelyn says confused. Levi takes the key back "No it's not a key to house...and yes ours, since you helped out. The key is to a warehouse where they keep the gaurds weapons and gear" Levi explains. Evelyns face lights up in excitement "Really!? Does that mean we could get some of those ODM gears?" Evelyn smiles "Thats exactly what I'm after...but for the learning part we'll have to figure it out on our own" Levi replies. Evelyn nudges Levi and smiles "If anybody could figure it out it would be you...your probably the most skilled person I know" Evelyn explains. Levi smiles a little "Is that so huh?" He asks, Evelyn nods her head "Yeah, I could even see you being stronger then any of the soldierss out there...even the scouts" Evelyn explains. They continue to walk in silence.
The Next Morning Before Sunrise
Evelyn sneaks back into the house through her bedroom window on the second floor quietly and quickly. Once in her room she undresses out of her blouse witch is now stained with dried blood and her black trousers, she then slips on a long tshirt that reaches down to her thighs. She then slips into bed for some much needed rest. A few hours pass as the sunrises and Evelyn continues to sleep, suddenly her bedroom door swings wide open making a loud noise as the door bangs against the wall "Evelyn!" Her monther yells as she storms into the room "You're so incredibly late for school, if you miss your exam today you'll be spending the rest of the year grounded!" Her mother rambles. Evelyn slowly sits up from her bed rubbing her eyes as her mother continues to rant at her "Alright I'm up..." Evelyn grumbles. Her mother stroms out of the room and slams the door shut behind her. Evelyn hastly gets dressed ready for school.
Later that day
Evelyn finishes her classes and exams, she meets up with her friend Marshall walk home together as they normally do. Before they set off on there walk home Marshall asked to talk for a moment with Evelyn. Evelyn smiles and nods "Yeah sure....whats on your mind. You worried for those exams huh?" Evelyn asks Marshall shakes his head and laughs nervously "Nah thats not it...Well I was more wondering...Actually I was thinking that maybe we could do something...like get some food together....like a date maybe" Marshall mumbles nervously. Evelyn expression widened in shock, Evelyn blushes deep red "A date? Umm well sure sounds good to me" Evelyn says quietly still blushing. Marshall smiles and blushes "I'm really glad you said yes. Took me too long to come out and ask you...So tomorrow sound good" Marshall beams. Evelyn nods "Yeah tomorrow is good" Marshall smiles "Alright then I'll meet you at yours tomorrow about 7pm and we'll go out and get some food" he says with a kind smile. They then both continue to walk home together chatting about each others day.
When Evelyn gets home she is greeted by the house maid Trisha who looks rather angry and holding Evelyn blood stained clothes from yesterday. Evelyn lets out a nervous laugh "I can explain those stains...I feel down some stairs and-" Trisha shakes her head in dismissal "It's no good spinning those stories to me my lady...I know you sneak out to go see that boy from the underground, I just wished you be more careful...putting yourself in that kinda danger over a boy is beyond reckless my lady" Trisha says sternly. Evelyn bows her head as she is scolded "I'm sorry...I don't mean to worry anyone, I promise I'll be more careful from now on" Evelyn says quietly. Trisha sighs "I'm not going to tell your parents...but if this carrys on I may have to...I know you're going through that teenage phase but you shouldn't be so reckless going to that awful underground. Also your parents informedme that they will be back late tonight" Trisha explains before carrying on with her duties. Evelyn lets out a sad sigh before continuing to take off her outter wear and boots (Of course they are...they are hardly around anyway).
Meanwhile in the underground
Levi at his home in the underground, he just came back from the guards storage room picking up a thrid ODM gear. Farlan is also there cleaning the inside windows that he was ordered to do by Levi. Farlan looks to Levi "I think these windows are as clean as their going to get...also when are we going to start training with the ODM?" Levi walks up to the window and slides his finger along the glass "Its satisfactory I suppose. And we train later when Eva gets here...I did promise I'd wait till she gets here" Levi explains. Farlan groans "But when will she be here...I've been waiting all day to try out the ODM" Farlan wines. Levi glares at Farlan then walks to the kitchen and starts brewing some black tea "If your that bored then you can spend your time cleaning the upstairs rooms..." Levi explains. Farlan reluctantly goes up stairs with a sigh and a few mumbles, Levi goes to sit at his deck with his freshly brewed black tea.
A few hours pass
Evelyn rushes through the door "Sorry that I'm so late something came up suddenly" she apologises. Levi is sat at his desk cleaning his kinfe he carries around with him for self defense. Levi raises a brow at Evelyn "You took your sweet ass time..." Levi muttered. Evelyn gave an awkward smile "Still very sorry" Evelyn said awkwardly. Farlan rushes down the srairs in excitement "Aw yeah now we can get to training!" He beams. The three then spend the next fifteen minutes getting there gear on with a few failed attempts. Evelyn ends up helping Farlan and Levi get sorted with the ODM gear "There I think thats about right...I think anyway" Evelyn says as she adjusts Levi torso straps. Levi blushes a little "Thanks..." Levi says kindly, Farlan watches his two friends for a moment "Aww you guys are soo cute together" Farlan teases. Evelyn stumbles back a little and purses up her face "Hey it's not like that...you creep, we are just friends" Evelyn says sternly. Farlan bursts out into laughter "I know I was just joking around...anyway lets go and test out our ODMs now" Farlan says.
The three spend a few hours doing simple balance training up by the water fall, where no one can see them. They have a few mishaps that either leave them swinging upside down they all finaly manage to learn to keep their balance.
Afterwards go back to Levi's to hide their ODM gear. The three of them decided to enjoy a nice cup of tea and a game of poker together.
They all sit a small round table together with the cards laid out "So what we betting with?" Farlan asks with a smirk on his face. Evelyn raises her brows "Umm we're betting?" She asked confused. Levi sighs "You idoit we have nothing to bet with" Levi says. Farlan nervously laughs "Yeah...good point. Hey what about truth or dare poker?!" Farlan beams with excitement. Evelyn giggles and Levi face palm's "That kinda sounds fun" Evelyn beams. Levi lets out a small laugh "You both are so childish sometimes its unbelievable...but okay I'm in" Levi says. Farlan smiles widely "Aw right now this should be fun" he says excited.
On the last game Farlan one witch was his first win out of 5 games "Looks like I win this turn" Farlan beams with excitement. Evelyn smiles kindly "You sure did.(Because we let you) Since it's the last game why dont we spice things up a little? One of us does a dare and the other does a truth" Evelyn says playfully. Farlan nods his head with a smile "Yeah that's a great idea" Farlan says with excitement. Levi sighs and tilts his head to the side a little (I'm already regretting letting this idiot win...) Farlan spends a moment thinking how he's going to use his truth and dare, he then starts grinning ear to ear "Ohh I got an idea" Farlan chuckles with evil in his tone. Evelyn makes a nervous sound and Levi sighs "Better not be something stupid...or messy" Levi sighs.
Farlan shakes his head "Nope and he's my truth. So Evelyn have you ever been kissed by a boy before or kissed a boy?" Farlan asks with a cheeky smile. Evelyn blushes and laughs nervously "Umm...Well no I haven't yet" Evelyn says quietly and blushes deeply slightly looking down to avoid eye contact. Farlan smirks "Ah right...Levi I dare you to kiss Evelyn" Farlan says in a serious tone. Levi eyes widen in surprise and Evelyn lets out a small nervous laugh, Levi glances over at Evelyn who also glances at him back (Only that moronic idiot would use poker as a way to confess my feelings to Eva). A moment of silence passes before Levi speaks "Okay I'll do it if Eva don't mind...because unlike you Farlan I'm not a creepy bastard" Evelyn looks at Levi and gives a small smile "Ah yeah I guess thats okay...fair warning it probably wont be a good kiss" Evelyn laughs nervously (Why did I say that...now he thinks I'm going to drool on him or something...) Levi leans in closer to Evelyn and Evelyn also beings to lean for the kiss, Levi kisses Evelyn softly and she kisses him back gently. Farlan just sits at the table unsure weather to look away or not. Levi's kisses turn form a soft and gentle to more a passionate kiss. At that moment Evelyn reluctantly pulls away slowly her face flushed "Hope I wasn't too bad a kisser" Evelyn says shyly. Levi stares at Evelyn mouth slightly open before pulling away to lean back into his chair "It wasn't as bad as you probably thought it was..." Levi says.
Evelyn presses her lips to the side "I'll take that as a compliment I guess...you wasn't bad yourself, if only you worked on your pickup game. You might actually get a girlfriend" Evelyn says jokingly. Farlan sighs "Or if just showed some emotion that isn't either pissed off or looking like he's going to kill you in your sleep" Farlan explains. Evelyn laughs and Levi lets out a grumbled nosie and crosses his arms. Evelyn looks up at the clock that now says 11.30pm "Ah crap...I'm soo late" she quickly sits up and rushes around grabbing her things. Levi stands up and walks over to stand by the front door "I'll walk you to the stairs..." Levi says. Evelyn nods and smiles "Sounds good...Bye Farlan see you soon!" Evelyn says waving goodbye as she leaves with Levi by her side. Farlan smiles and waves back "See you soon Evelyn" he says happily.
Levi and Evelyn walk side by side slowly down the streets of the underground. Evelyn slightly nudges into Levi "Hey can I ask you something?" Evelyn asks quietly "Yeah" Levi replies. Evelyn gives her friend a small smile "Great...So if you were to take someone on a date what would you do?" Evelyn asks nervously. Levi stops in his tracks and gives Evelyn a surprised and confused look "Why you asking me a thing like that for?" Levi asks in a surprised tone. Evelyn who also had stopped by his side, she turns to her friend "Because I'm going on date tomorrow night...and I don't know what aspect...Actually nevermind it was a stupid question" Evelyn explains and continues to walk on.
Levi starts to walk by her side again (Just the thought of someones grubby hands touching her disgust me) Levi's eyes flare with anger at his thoughts "So what's fancy boys name?" Levi asks. Evelyn lets out a huff (Ah shit here we go. He's going all dad on me now) "Marshall and I met him at school like 2 years ago. He's also never caused me pain and suffering...Satisfied?" Evelyn groans out. Levi grumbles under his breath before saying "You know he's probably only into you for your looks right...probably doesn't know you that well" Evelyn raises a brow and looks at Levi "My looks huh? Soo you think I'm good looking oh?" Evelyn teases and giggles a little. Levi holds back a blush "I've always thought you was beautiful Eva" Evelyn blushes slightly (He really thinks I'm beautiful? Ahh why do I care what he thinks its Levi) Evelyn smiles kindly at her friend "Thanks. Nice to know someone thinks that" they continue to walk to the stairs in silence.
