--1 week Later---
It had been a week since the incident and Izuku was acting strange. It seemed that he was always with him of course, but… more lately. Izuku was always clinging to Katsuki’s side and touching him whenever he could. Whether it was just a gentle touch n the shoulder or a full-on cuddle session, Izuku always took the opportunity. Katsuki was loving it but he was slightly worried. Could he have some form of PTSD from the accident?
Izuku would freak out whenever Katsuki had to do something on his own now. Usually, he took Izuku everywhere with him but there were certain occasions. Such as, the bathroom, sometimes showering, getting out of the car to check something on the car, etc. Hell! Most of the time they changed together or would shower together. It had been awkward at first but they both grew into it and it became normal for them now. Mostly because Katsuki pushed… a lot.
But now, when Katsuki would open the door and slightly get out to order at Sonic, Izuku would freak out, thinking he was leaving. Katsuki loved the attention, but if this was a form of PTSD he would need to help Izuku through it.
“Kacchan!” Izuku yelped and got up abruptly.
Katsuki had just started moving to get off of the couch. Today was their lazy day-- meaning Katsuki didn’t make Izuku workout but he himself, did. Izuku had begged him to come lay with him for ‘just five minutes’, that little fucker used his damn puppy dog eyes for it.
“Deku, it’s been five minutes. That’s all I said I would do. I need to go back to fucking training.” Katsuki spoke.
Izuku lowered his head and sniffled, his bottom lip jutting out. Izuku lifted his head with his pout on and tears in his eyes.
“P-Please Kacchan-? I-I’m sorry… I’m being too clingy…” Izuku said sadly, lowering his head again.
Katsuki’s heart broke. He sighed. It’s just an act, it’s just an act. But then, Katsuki saw a tear fall and immediately grabbed Izuku and hugged him tightly.
“It’s fine… ten more minutes will be fine…” Katsuki spoke quietly, talking as if he was talking to a wounded puppy. He rubbed his back and Izuku smiled brightly.
“Yay!” Izuku shouted happily.
“Damn you manipulative brat.” Katsuki grumbled under his breath, clenching his teeth and tightening his arms around the other boy.
---
“It’s been thirty minutes. Get the fuck off me.” Katsuki grunted. He had quickly noticed the green-haired boy had fallen ‘asleep’ on his chest. Though, it didn’t look like he was actually asleep. What? Of course, Katsuki know how he looked when he slept, his breathing pattern was different and his body was more relaxed. He also did this cute thing with his tongue when he was really asleep.
“You know I hate liars.” Katsuki said darkly. He felt Izuku shiver slightly on top of him, though he continued to fake it.
When Izuku didn’t move, he rolled over and pushed Izuku into the couch harshly before getting up and walking out of the room.
Izuku whimpered when he noticed that Katsuki had left. He then started panting and crying. He was short of breath and couldn’t breathe. ONtop of being short of air, Izuku started shaking heavily, his tears grew faster and his face became wetter.
He didn’t even notice when his whimpers become louder and shorter due to the shortage of breath. Izuku didn’t even register the pain in his head when he grasped onto his hair and started pulling roughly. He didn’t notice when he had rolled off the couch and onto the hardwood floor, curling into a ball. All he knew was that Kacchan had left him, he couldn’t breathe, and his chest hurt. Izuku started mumbling Katsuki’s name over and over, sobs coming out after them.
Katsuki heard the thud and sobs as he walked down the hallway. Immediately, he made a U-turn and rushed back to the room. When he found a sobbing Izuku on the floor, he cursed and rushed over.
“Kacchan, *hic*, Kacchan please…” Izuku sobbed. He was curled into a ball on the floor and wasn’t breathing.
Katsuki approached him slowly, speaking as softly as he could, and reached out the caress him slightly.
“Kacchan’s right here bunny. It’s okay, Kacchan’s here for you, bunny. You’re okay. You’re in the livingroom on the floor, alright? It’s midday Thursday and we’re at home, okay?” Katsuki spoke softly, being slow with his movements. He didn’t want to trigger anything else.
Izuku whimpered, his breathing slowly returning to normal as he saw Katsuki sitting next to him.
“Kacchan…” He reached out and held onto Katsuki’s shirt like it was his life source. “Don’t leave me again, please I’ll be good for Kacchan, please don’t leave me, please, please, please Kacchan!” Izuku cried, begging eyes met ruby red ones and Katsuki’s chest stung.
He knew whatever was going on may have been bad, but he hadn’t known the severity of it yet. He wished he didn’t have to know, he hated seeing Izuku like this.
“I won’t leave you Bunny. Kacchan will never leave his bunny, okay baby? No matter how bad or good you are. You’ll always be here with me, okay?” Katsuki lifted Izuku into his lap and cradled him close.
“Please…”
“Get some rest. I love you, baby bunny.” Katsuki threads his hand through Izuku’s hair, effectively calming him down.
“I love you too, Kacchan.”211Please respect copyright.PENANAMLk3TriTnV
