How good is soup?
I recently found a really yummy one that is coconut pumpkin flavoured from Woolworths.
Nothing is better than staying I bed on a cold day with a bowl of hot soup and a cup of hot chocolate.
It doesn't snow here, but it still gets quite cold. One day I'd like to have soup while looking out at snow, like in the movies.

My first experience was as a kid. We lived in a small house and had the landlord who used to visit with his friends in thier caravan in the shed beside his house.
We weren't allowed to go in there, but me and my sister used to when we knew no-one was around to sneak to the full bucket in the corner and steal a few pecans off the top to eat them. That was our first time trying pecans. They tasted so woody but also so good.
One day, the landlord showed up and had a nice bonfire going. I could smell something amazing and went to check it out at the back door, even though my Mum told me not to go over.
They saw I was watching them and asked me over. Around the fire they were eating homemade butternut pumpkin soup with cream on top.
I got to have a bowl (without cream) and had my first ever taste of homemade pumpkin soup at around the age of twelve. We were poor, so the closet thing I had was ham and pea soup made on scraps. Pumpkin was too pricey back then so we never had it.
My brother and sister eventually were found and called over too from the back door. We all sat there on foldout deck chairs, eating the best soup we had ever had before we were called back inside for dinner.
Now that I'm an adult, I still love soup, and keep that first memory close.
