i just feel like this topic should be discussed more often.
anxiety anxiety anxiety... idk where to start to be honest, however you could tell someone you have anxiety and they might just brush it off their shoulder like it's nothing. However anxiety can lead to bigger problems like stress and depression. You could be like me who gets nervous around big groups of people. I'm not afraid of men but being around a bunch of men or per se a group of people bigger than me makes me nervous, it makes be feel small and unheard if you know you know.
"stage fright " is another form of anxiety which i totally understand. some people don't like being watched. If your in front of a group of people and they're paying attention to you its "like all eyes on me" this is common for people who don't like to be the center of attention a lot of people like to stay to them selves so when they're in groups or others are talking to them they stutter and don't really know what to do. .
