Ash's Dream
"Liam, I think we should do this," I said, taking off the button-up polo I was wearing, "Wh- what do you mean?", he stuttered, a smile crept on his face. He gave me a seductive look. "I mean, let's make out?", I said plainly, getting straight to the point. I sat on top of his legs as he was sitting on the couch. I grabbed his face and slipped my tongue in between his lips, not letting any moment go wasted. I felt a shake, though it wasn't me or Liam shaking. "Ash!", I heard in the distance; I opened my eyes, but I was only met with Liam's closed eyes. It wasn't him. "Ash!"
I woke up with a fright at the sound of my name. "Ash...the movie is over", he said, his hands on my shoulders from when he was trying to shake me awake. He let go of my shoulders. As if he could see my disappointment, he asked, "What were you dreaming about?. "Were you dreaming about me", he flirted. "No!", I yelled, a blush leaping along my face. He giggled and gave me a playful shove. He sighed, "So, now that you've had your beauty rest, should we go somewhere?" he asked. "I'm down, but I'm not sure what would be open...", I droned. "We could just chill at the park if you're cool with that", he replied, "Though I do think you need to put on some socks". I looked down at my feet; my socks were gone. Liam saw my dumbfounded look, "You kicked them off in your sleep", he laughed. With that, I went to my bedroom and found a clean pair of socks. I went back to the living room, put on my new pair of black socks and threw on the sneakers I had on before.
We walked out of my apartment and went down to the lobby floor. That was when we saw someone I didn't want to see. It was Seung, my ex-boyfriend. He gave me a devilish and said, "Hey Ash, been a long time since I've seen you", he slurred. He was clearly drunk. I hope that was what brought him and now a sensible desire to see me. Liam's eyes narrowed, he could see how uncomfortable I was. "Hey buddy", he said, grabbing his shoulder and giving him a fake smile, "Hey, you're cute", Seung replied back. Liam scowled, "We're leaving, get out of our way", he sniped back.
Liam grabbed my hand and we raced out of the hotel lobby and down the sidewalk. After we thought we had escaped him and that he wasn't going to follow us, we stopped and caught our breaths. "Who was the guy?", Liam asked, giving me a concerned look. "That...", I hesitated. I didn't know if telling Liam the truth was a good idea. If he knew that I dated a guy like that in the past; he might think of me as weird and hate me. That is the last thing I was. "That was just some rando", I lied, "I don't really know who he was". Liam gave me an unconvinced look, but didn't question me any further.
