I assume this volume is a bit hard for new contestants to join compared to volume 1 because one has to read volume 1 in order to be on the same page with us. However, I am glad we did another volume. peter799 had also, perhaps inadvertently, wrote a reasonable last entry that ended the volume with a good starting point for the next volume.
