Dark let out a groan. She knew this was going to happen; it wasn’t like arguing daily was something new to them. She told her lanky friend that something bad was going to happen and it did. And guess what? She–Dark– got blamed for it.
But I can't sympathize with you
Frankly and fortunately, she wasn’t an easy person to anger, and so did actually take the time to understand her friend’s point of view as well instead of fuming up and blaming the world’s problems on her immediately.
I know that it hurts when you're lonely
But she couldn’t help it if people favoured her over Light. What could she do? Destroy her own reputation so Light could get a boost? Well—that was a possibility, but Dark couldn’t really convince her volcano of a friend to do anything on her side now could she? After all, it wasn’t her fault if Light was the opposite of her.
