Ai-changge, the ancient Dragon Guardian of the eastern lands of Ai-chang Jiaguo, the last feathered Dragon and a servant of Brennet, preaching of freedom of thaumaturgy yet the reward of thaumaturgy and the need to find a balance between the two. He was the last Dragon to be killed during Othunn Sceldinga's hunt expedition during BY 550-500 after the death of Merriodha, Othunn's master. He was technically a bird (a pheonix) but did have some characteristics so those around him called him a Dragon, save for his people of Ai-chang Jiaguo, who called him "Huoniao", or "Fire Bird.” There were other Phoenix Dragons before him, but they came centuries before him, and a female Phoenix dies once it gives birth, and his lover had a stillborn, so he became the last Phoenix.590Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡdgdtHZ6CqL
There are countless other prophets, with the most recent being Uro'rur'ur'R, otherwise known as Beliwynn, the Gonrur who lived hundreds of years and accomplished restoring some of the dragon races circa HE 10 (Hiraeth Era; Third Era of Wicthwine region, directly after the fall of Scentral in the EY 400s).
The beings of the Wicthwine world have many different beliefs on how the deities came about, but nearly all agree that there are three overarching entities with subordinates under them. However, while these are all logical and real explanations for the religions of the Wicthwine world, the deities were once actually alive and truly thaumaturgic beings (although their names were different than what is disputed now and only a few of the deities really existed while the majority were made-up). At first the deities made peace with the early Human colonists of Wicthwine, until they were all vanquished by the colonists in a war between technology and thaumaturgy. The colonists obviously won, otherwise Humans would have never continued to thrive in the Wicthwine world, but at the cost of the technology and safety. Eventually, the world evolved into what it is now through the thaumaturgy the deities left behind.
Lots of lore behind Wicthwine goes back to science-fiction origins, but there is still some true fantasy elements in it. Anyways, this was fun to write, and I’ll see you next time!
P.S. I might end up writing more about the phenomena of the stars and earth that influenced the religions a bit further (like the destroyed world now known as Hel) or stuff about the beginning of the world itself (such as the first touch of life by the thaumaturgic entities over 2 million years ago when the planet was abruptly kickstarted into a living world, or the first touch by Humans nearly 15,000 years ago, or shortly after that during the thaumaturgy vs. tech war, or the second colonization nearly 2000 years ago when Humans went to war with the Dragons (the experiments of the Humans’ ancestors with thaumaturgy), or the third colonization about 400 years ago by the Heath Humans (also known as the “Heathens,” from the human interstellar empire known as the Stellar Heath Holdings), or the fourth colonization just 50 years ago by the Gate Humans (also known as the “Gatans,” from the human interstellar empire known as the Gate Regime)), but for now this is all.
