Yu-Gi-Oh was one of my first fandoms, and one I shipped many characters with. I think I'll start with a list of ships and then go from there and see how this turns out. I'm using the dub names because that's what i got started with and while I do think the Japanese version is better, i'm sticking with the ones I grew up with.

Puppyshipping- I've always loved this pairing, plus Seto calls Joey a dog which is like calling someone a bitch, so Joey is Seto's bitch, which I could totally see happening if they didn't seem to hate each other so much.
Roseshipping-what can I say, it's cannon. Pegasus even tried to bring Cecilia back to life, plus they were married, so it is totally a thing.

Buddyshipping- Tristan and Joey were friends long before Joey and Yugi were. They both bullied Yugi together. They're best buds so I figure that when Tristan isn't trying to get hot and dirty with his best friends sister, hes trying to get with his best friend.
Heartshippng-Ryou is adorable, small and sweet. Yugi is adorable, small and sweet. It's a match made in heaven. They'd be cute together, and it could have been canon if Ryou got more screen time. I mean picture the two of them together. Can we say kawaii?
Protectshipping- so you take too awesome characters who don't get enough screen time and you get an awesome shipping of Tristan and Ryou. Plus Tristan does protect Ryou a couple times so the title fits, plus Ryou really needs someone to love him.
Rivalshipping- Seto and Yugi can't hate each other forever, and Seto seems to have respect for Yugi, so I'll support this if someone is against Puppyshipping, though puppyshipping comes first.
Thiefshipping-ok we all know in reality the two would kill each other, but Bakura and Marik make an amazing couple in theory, then they can be lovers in crime!! I just have the title for a thiefshipping fanfiction now!!
Tendershipping-ok so bakura gets his own body and while still abusive to everyone he comes to love our little Ryou and isn't mean and abusive to him because no I said he can't be, even if it was realistic. Ryou needs love, and big tough Bakura can be the one to give it to him, plus they look alike in current form, and i love this shipping, so it's a thing and any argument is invalid.
Puzzleshipping- I know Yami likes Tea (*pukes*) and yes, I bash Tea because she is annoying as fuck. Plus I have a thing for gay anime guys which is probably unhealthy, but anyway. Yami and Yugi would be a great relationship, they obviously care about each other deeply and are connected on a spiritual level. Plus they make an adorable couple in fanart, which is very important in a shipping.
Pyschoshipping- so we take the spirit of the ring and the spirit of the rod and get a hilarious evil shipping, and as the name suggests who doesn't love a couple of gay psychopaths. Plus this always amuses me despite how rediculous it is, so I totally ship it.
Ardentshipping-Tristan likes Serenity, Duke likes Serenity. Duke pisses me off. Tristan gets Serenity. Duke gets shipped into the volcano with Tea and sparkling vampires.
