Naruto is a Hard-Worker? Pfft!
Yes, let’s get this out of the way first: Naruto was never a hard worker at any point in the manga. You don’t believe me? Read ahead!
Many people believe that poor Naruto had it hard ’cause he was Kurama’s container, but that came with way too many advantages that people refuse to accept: stamina, large chakra reserves, healing abilities, and instant power-ups! Naruto could’ve died countless times had Kurama not bailed him out.
Let’s look at his bijuu-seal, for starters. Minato had designed the seal in such a manner that a little chakra from it leaked out and naturally mixed with Naruto’s own, giving him a massive chakra-boost since birth!
This fact is acknowledged by Orochimaru:

And by Naruto himself:
Kakashi commented on Naruto’s massive Stamina being there due to Kurama, too:
If you people remember, then Jiraiya opened his seal that Orochimaru had put on him. That seal had messed up his control. This is what Kakashi’s talking about as he didn’t know that Kurama’s chakra had been sealed and wasn’t mixing properly with Naruto’s. The flow was uneven ’cause of that. Jiraiya talks about it when he re-opened Naruto’s seal, and he was able to control his chakra properly, then:
See? As soon as Jiraiya removed the blocks on the seal, Naruto could control his own chakra just fine, so this fanon that “Naruto’s chakra-control was poor ’cause of Kurama” is nonsense. Sure, it caused him titsy-bitsy trouble, but it didn’t hinder his growth in any manner when he learned almost everything ’cause of Kurama’s chakra! And when I say everything, I mean literally every damn thing!
Kurama’s chakra, together with providing massive chakra reserves, heals wounds and quickly overcomes fatigue. These are the main reasons why he even managed to learn Rasengan! It took Naruto three days to complete the simple first stage:
And he still couldn’t do it with one hand:
Keep this above comment from Jiraiya in mind: manipulating chakra with one hand requires greater skill. After that, the second stage began:
It took him countless days and he was still stuck in the second stage:
Even after three whole weeks (plus three days for the first stage), he’s still stuck in the same second stage. Why am I saying that it’s been more than three weeks? It’s ’cause of this:
^ ’Cause this above remark from Jiraiya, which he gave right at the start of the second stage, is what Naruto’s thinking about! So more than twenty-four (24) days have passed! Jiraiya teaches him to how to focus his chakra next:
Naruto completes the 2nd stage on the 25th day:
After this the third stage began:
They find Tsunade on the 26th day, and till this point, Naruto’s still going through the 3rd stage:
She gives him a week to learn the Jutsu. So 26 plus 7 equals 33 or 34 days ’cause we don’t know for certain whether they found Tsunade on the same day or not. It takes Naruto two more hand to form a single Rasengan:
What’s funny is that the Rasengan an “Incomplete Jutsu” as it doesn’t combine change in Form with Nature in nature:
So Shinobi who can put Change in Form on top of Change in Nature are rare! That and doing both is an above A-Rank (above Jonin-level) difficult feat (the technique’s own learning curve is not included, of course):
It’s funny ’cause kid Sasuke did that at the age of 6! That’s a prodigious feat as Fugaku didn’t teach him how to focus his chakra like Jiraiya and how to combine change in form with nature like Kakashi. He learned a C (Chunin) Rank Jutsu all on his own in a week!
According to Kakashi, this was a skill that was way beyond a Genin’s level. So much so, that Kakashi was shocked when Sasuke used it:
Before anyone says that Itachi used to teach Sasuke anything, then that’s false!
While Fugaku did use to teach Itachi by going to the missions with him:
Sasuke even learned another B (Jonin) Rank Jutsu on his own before he even joined the Genin class:
It’s also funny that Sasuke learned Chidori (a complete Jutsu), mastered Lee’s Taijutsu and speed, and created his own style in two weeks (he was in a coma for the rest of that month). And during that time, he was affected by the cursed mark, too, which he also mastered:
Barrage of Lions is Sasuke’s own Jutsu that he created and derived from Lee’s style:

It actually surprised Gai more as it takes years to master this even with the Sharingan, and Sasuke mastered and created his own technique in a single day!
Kakashi and Anko were surprised just the same as Sasuke didn’t just control the cursed seal (CS), he mastered its flow. Funnily enough, Sasuke’s got the best one out of two Cursed Seals Orochimaru ever made. Kimimaru was the only one who had the other Earth CS. Sasuke had the Heaven CS:
It’s even more amazing as these two seals are Sage Mode:
Sasuke mastered CS2 when he released it at Valley of the End 1 (VOTE 1) fight when he’d used it very few times:
He also learned to combine Senjutsu and regular chakra to create black Chidori easily (and with a single hand):
Naruto couldn’t do this even in sage mode. He constantly needed two clones to make Rasengans:
Not only that, he couldn’t even maintain the Sage Mode (SM) without clones! Pa had to Summon one back to extend his SM:
All the while Sasuke did that with a single hand and without any Tailed-Beast’s chakra power up! People don’t realize how Naruto’s and Sakura’s feats are so simplistic by comparison despite Sakura having the advantage of smaller reserves to control her flow (larger reserves mean difficult control) and Naruto having Kurama smooth out his chakra constantly!
And Uchiha are the only clan stated to have exceptionally large and potent chakra reserves.
No other clan are stated to have large reserves. Uzumaki and Senju having large reserves is Fanon! Naruto’s reserves aren’t that large and are made large by Kurama’s directly mixing with his own. And Uzumaki only have strong Life Force. Nagato was the only person to have large reserves, like Hashirama for Senju. Them possessing large reserves is fanon spread by fans, and I’m not buying that Karin Data-Book IV’s translation that hints at that, not till I see an official translation, especially when neither the canon manga nor the previous databook backs up that claim.
Coming back to the argument, Naruto learned the Rasengan ’cause of Kurama’s ability to help him smooth out his chakra, help him recover faster, and give him massive reserves (by mixing with his own) since Birth (which is confirmed by four people, including Naruto)!
These qualities allowed Kakashi to create a training program for Naruto to complete his Rasengan (by combining it with Futon) that reduced the training program to 1/1000 and more. How? Here’s how:

So everything learned by the clone gets added to the original’s memory bank. So, for example, 1000 clones add 1000 days’ experience to the original’s memory bank! Kakashi explains it further:
According to Kakashi, this is a method only Naruto can use ’cause Kurama’s chakra powers-up his chakra and maintains his clones:
This powering up and maintaining of chakra can be seen easily when Naruto’s overcome my Kurama’s chakra. When he is, he not only can make Rasengan with a single hand (which he can’t normally), but he can also use FutonRasenShuriken (FRS or Full/Super Rasengan) with a single hand, too, when he needs three hands for that, too:

So why did I say that Kurama did all of the above? Here’s why:
Kakashi asked Naruto to pluck “one leaf per clone”! You know how many leaves does an average tree have? Here you go:
That’s God knows how many years! Even if I cut Naruto some slack, ’cause he isn’t bright or talented enough, and reduce the time and be generous, then it’s still over 12 to 15 years! (Kishimoto used hyperbole here to make a point that, without this method, it’d have taken Naruto many, many years to learn this technique.) And he did it all thanks to Kurama’s chakra that allowed him to make mass clones when he couldn’t make them when his seal was blocked!
And even after all that abuse of Kurama’s power, he could only make a tiny cut in the leaf!
If I start counting the additional time he took to complete the Jutsu, then the years just keep piling up!

See what I mean? So Kurama makes him recover faster. He makes him make more clones. He makes him maintain the clones, too. He didn’t even learn the SM without it! My God!
How many times has be made thousands of clones? Each time he did that, his experience was added to his memory bank! Akk thanks to Kurama. That hard work, folks!
Let’s move on to his Kurama Chakra Mode (KCM), which he didn’t learn without Bee and Kushina’s help! Bee helped him evade two lethal attacks:
Kushina not only purified the evil chakra but held Kurama down long enough for Naruto to attack him:
So he would’ve lost this “battle between minds (as it takes place inside Naruto’s mind)” about five times. That’s how he learned KCM!
Bijuu Mode (BM) just happened ’cause Naruto did the hard-work of opening the cage and became besties with Kurama!
Kurama’s the one who kneads, gathers, and prepares the BM Chakra, along with the Avatar Form:
Bijuu Sage Mode (BSM)? Kurama combed and augmented both of the modes himself! Naruto’s such a hard-worker, ain’t he?
The chakra he distributed among the alliance and the one he uses for the BM? It was less than Hashirama has in his system:
So there goes the claim that it was an impossible feat when Sasuke Reversed the Sage’s Best Jutsu (Creation of all Things/COAT), Transformed his Sunsaoo into a Mezo and all the pulled Bijuu chakra into Raiton, and created two new Raiton Techniques (Raiton Sword later transformed into Indra’s Arrow) with it!
No wonder Kurama praised Sasuke and called his skill and talent equal to the Sage of the Six paths when Sasuke’s only 17 and the Sage did all of that when he was an old man:
See the hook like chains with which Sasuke pulled the Chakra out of the Chibaku Tensais (CT’s)? Sasuke created his own form as he isn’t using Gedo Mazo to call the chains! The chains can’t even be used without it.

Also, don’t even try with the “Susanoo is automatic” nonsense with me as it’s a known fact that Susanoo requires constant chakra stabilization to maintain its shape (it’s got a form, you know):
This can be easily backed up with some scans that how Susanoo goes up and down with user input and his weakness. Sasuke was unable to jump to a high level of Susanoo and maintain its shape when his chakra started weakening and his body was in pain. He couldn’t control or use a higher form:
Itachi’s Susanoo was gaining a higher form when he was consciously putting chakra into it:
As soon as he coughed up blood, felt pain, and lost control, his Susanoo lost its form immediately:
So, yes, don’t even try with the “Susanoo is automatic” logic with me. It’s completely non-canon
Sasuke also completely reinvented the Chibaku Tensai (CT) by removing the use of core altogether! Sasuke created core-less CT’s and removed their weakness completely by turning the target into a core. That’s something not even the Sage could do without his brother’s aid!

Keep that in mind that Madara’s not only got the Double Rinnegan, which allows the user to unleash the Rinnegan’s full power , but he’s also a Jubi-Jinchuriki!
Despite not having another Rinnegan or the Jubi’s power at his disposal, Sasuke still Managed to re-invent three Rinnegan Jutsus, which no one ever has! I don’t know how anyone can even compare Naruto, Sakura, or Kakashi to Sasuke on any level. That’s a level of fanboyism that I’d never understand, especially when the Jubi-Jins’ Sage Mode gives an automatic command over all things!

Naruto’s just full of hard-work ethic, isn’t he? When he’s the meeting place of all Bijuus and their (free) chakra:

This begs two very important questions:
1) How do Naruto fans call him a hard-worker or talented, compare his talent to Sasuke’s talent (?!), and what does he actually do himself here?
2) How do Kakashi and Sakura fans even compare them to Sasuke on any front?
