"So what should we do for our first date?" I ask Remus and he stutters out nonsense.
"I well um we should well yeah?" Remus stutters out.
"Pardon?" I ask him and he blushes red.
"I didn't think you would say yes" Remus says after a moment for him to calm down.
"I have an idea, why don't we just go to the library for our first date?" I say as I smile at his comment.
"I'd like that." Remus says as he awkwardly smiles.
"When?" I ask him.
"Tomorrow."

"Are you ready yet?" John asks me as I rush to put on pants.
"Shut up John, gosh you're annoying." I say as I zip up the fly and smile with content for my outfit.
"He'll be here soon, you should be downstairs waiting." John says as he stares at his phone.
"Be quiet." I say one last time as I open the door. A brown book bag in hand, my oversized yellow sweater (since my blue one has a giant knife slash in it) and tight jeans.
"Go on, be free my child." John says and I grab my pillow and throw it at him. It hits him right in the head.
"I told you to shut up already." I say with a huge smile on my face.
"Ow, aggressive much?" John asks as he looks up to me and we laugh.
"Alright I have to get going, see you later." I say and he nods his head.
"Alright see ya."
I walk out of the dorm and into the hallway, the musky smell of body odor and cigarettes fill my nose. I brush away my hair and walk down the stairs and head outside. It was bright, too bright. I put on my sunglasses and sit on the wooden bench nearby. I put in one earbud and begin to listen to music. Not much later a blue car rolls down the street and honks. I get up and smile.
"Hey," Remus says as he rolls down the window. I get in the car and buckle up.
"Hey? Thats what you say to begin our first date?" I ask him and he shrugs.
"Well I found the poem from yesterday." Remus says as he begins to drive off.
"Let me see it." I say and he smiles.
"Here." He says passing me a piece of paper that was folded up tightly. I open it and smile, seeing his perfect writing, even if it is a little messy.

With this old guy (LOL)" I read and laugh at the little lol he wrote. Soon after this I look up and Remus is parking in the library parking lot. I smile as I grab my book bag and jump out of the car.
"Hold your horses, we have all day." Remus says as he locks the car and I smile widely.
"Come on would you, you slow poke." I say and he smiles.
"Alright, i'm coming, i'm coming." Remus says and I grin from ear to ear.
"Well hurry up." I add one last time. I walk into the library and the smell of papers and books fills my nose and it makes me giddy.
"Well I haven't had tea so I'm going to go get some." Remus says and I grab his hand and shake my head.
"No you aren't, first we're heading to astrology." I say as I drag Remus to the astrology books and sit down with the biggest one I could find.
"What's your favorite constellation?" Remus asks me after a moment of silence.
"Well I like a lot of them but Ophiuchus is my favorite." I say and Remus nods his head.
"I got to say I think my favorite is Lupus." Remus says.
"Okay wolf mcwolfy" I say and he smiles. I laugh for a second.
"You going to ask me something?" Remus asks and I nod.
"Favorite planet." I ask him and he thinks about it for a second.
"Venus, I like the clouds and then again it's the goddess of love."
"Mine is Mars, I like the red, it's like blood and then again the god of war. I just think it's neat." I say and Remus laughs a little bit.
"You think the god of war is neat?" He asks and I nod my head.
"Not to mention hot." I say and Remus nods his head.
"I think all the gods and goddesses are hot, greek and roman, so I'm impartial to one in particular." Remus says and I nod my head.
"Well if you had to pick one who would you pick?" I ask.
"Poseidon for greek and Juno for Roman." Remus says and I nod my head.
"I say Hades and Pluto." I say.
"Wow, what a range." Remus says and I laugh.
"Well you asked." I say.
"Technically I didn't" Remus says and I hit him in the arm.
"Favorite star?" I ask him and he brushes back his hair.
"Got to say Sirius cause he would kill me if I didn't" Remus says and I nod.
"For me it's Betelgeuse." I say and he nods his head.
"You know this had been great." Remus says in a loving tone.
"What do you mean, it's only just begun." I say and he nods his head. We both sit in the library for hours and smile and laugh. We ask each other questions about history and science and random things. We consume each book we chose to pick out and then picked out some more for later when we're home. After that we head to the car and go to Remus' dorm or the marauders headquarters.
"You ready to head home?" Remus asks as I cuddle up on his lap.
"Not yet, I don't want to leave yet." I say and he nods his head.
"I like you, a lot." Remus says and I nod. I smile a lot at this.
"I like you too." I say and we lean into each other and kiss.
