Sighing softly Shiva laid down onto her bed and closed her eyes. She couldn’t go to sleep no matter how much she tried. Ash was currently at work. He had to work late due to how busy his job currently was. Shiva didn’t blame him for staying at work. After all he was getting paid extra, which was good.
But right now, Shiva was lonely. She felt bad for basically no reason. Shiva’s grades were decent. But they weren't perfect and that was one of the reasons Shiva was so gloomy. She had to make sure everything she did was perfect, right?
Then again Shiva knew that she was far from perfect. Knowing her she was most likely going to fail in life. Shiva didn’t want to depend on her boyfriend, Ash for everything. But she might have to if Shiva ended up being this stupid forever.
If Ash was here Shiva knew that he would calm her down and promise her that she isn't stupid. And she of course would believe him. But right now, Ash wasn’t here, and Shiva had to deal with this by herself.
Starting to get upset Shiva tried her best to stay calm and tried her best not to cry. But after a while she couldn’t hold it in and began to sob. Shiva was useless. She couldn’t do anything.
As she was crying Shiva didn’t notice that the door had opened. Blinking Ash walked into his and his girlfriend’s room and tilted his head.
“Are you okay?” he asked, concern clearly in his voice.
“y-yeah. I just feel useless...” Shiva informed him, sniffling.
“I'm sorry.” Ash said, climbing onto the bed he wrapped his arms tightly around his mate. “Do you feel better now?”
Nodding Shiva closed her eyes and smiled. “I love you.” she said happily.
“I love you too.” Ash replied.
Soon the couple fell fast asleep.
