Chapter 10
(Stormy’s POV)
I told her not to freaking tell him, but no, behind my back she decides to tell him. Did she forget that me and Foxy have a very good sense of hearing? Cause if so thats her mistake, I didnt want Ty Ty to look at me any different, I just wanted him to think I had been okay and not the way I was. Wait, what would Jaden think? UGH this is all too much! Time to go to my safe place, Cadens grave. I find the Alleyway we used to live and where we buried Caden. I land beside him sitting by the makeshift headstone I had made for him. It had been awhile since i’ve visited him.
“H-hey brother, I know its been awhile, but I need to talk to someone and I miss you. I wish you were here, you would know how to deal with all of this.”
“Well Wolfy, you could start with the admitting part..It would be better to just admit it.” I hear a voice that sounds just like Cadens right behind me and a hand touch my shoulder. I spin around fast and look up at the face of Caden bright and shining. He was crying tears of joy. I couldnt believe it, Caden was dead. How is this even possible?! I mean he did look different, he had this weird halo thing crooked on his head. I could feel the hot tears going down my face in streams, all the held in tears over the years, the tears that I was afraid would make me look so weak all came out in that one moment I thought we would drown. Caden gets on his knees to get on my level and hugs me tightly,
“Wolfy, you okay now, I’m here now and I don't plan on leaving any longer.”
“Promise…A lot has happened Cay Cay” I look up at him, Cay Cay was his nickname when we were younger, I couldnt say his name right so I always resorted to that and it kind adjust stuck there. He smiles at the name in pure joy
“I promise Stormy, and yes I know, ive been watching….” He says a flicker of sadness coming across his eyes, “I saw what you tried to do hun..”
“Oh, um, please dont be mad Caden.”

“I wont now that your here Cay Cay!!” I say hugging him tightly, “W-wait, how did you come back?!” I ask him letting him go and looking at him confused.
“W-well ive been waiting here for you for a bit now, they kinda…kicked me out for too many escape attempts to get back to you.”
“Y-you came to get me?” I say feeling the tears of joy coming back to me.
“No, not to get you Wolfy, I came for you…I couldnt stand not being with you for all the important things. Now tell me, who the HECK is this Jaden boy? Not another boyfriend I hope” He says looking at me seriously, a never swear comes over me,
“N-no!! Of course not!! Just some…DUDE I kinda sorta have a huge crush on and he has the same for me so we hang out a lot.” I say avoiding the words ‘boyfriend, and dating’ I mean, if he was watching, did he see all our dates? Oh crap…
“Stormy, you lying to me?”
“No!! I mean, K-kinda but NO!” I say covering up my embarrassing blush with my shirt and looking away. I hear Caden laugh and he touches my cheek gently.
“Wolfy, its fine, I just got to approve him first!” I let out a sigh of relief and hug him tight,
“Youll love him big bro!” I say grabbing his hand and pulling him away from the alley. We start walking down old streets we used to walk and going into building we used to visit on the regular. There were some old workers from the past and we had conversations with them and explained (In a believable way) why we hadn't been there in a while. We got some icecream and went on our way. It was fun catching up with my brother, it was like he hadnt been gone at all.
“So, whats it like in the sky?” I ask nudging him a bit jokingly
“Its bright thats for sure, but its calm besides the loud holy music…I just wanted to see you.” He says as he winks at me, “Ill go through hell to be with my family again, you know I told God that..and he almost made me, I was scared.” He laughs and puts his arm around my shoulder and kisses my forehead. “Now, lets meet your friends!.” He says pulling me back to the highschool. When we get there everyone was in a circle and they hear us, they turn to see us and Tyler’s eyes go wide with shock,
“C-c-caden?” He says stepping forward and reaching out, “I-is it really you? A-am I dreaming? I SAW you fall down dead, How are you here?”
“Well, Heaven doesnt like an angel who keeps trying to escape so they eventually let them go.” Caden says rubbing the back of his head in embarrassment. Tyler runs forward and attacks Caden in a hug. Caden looks at him in surprise, “Why? Your the one who freaking killed me! Why would you be hugging me unless you want to stab me in the back over again.” Caden says pushing Tyler off of him and glaring at him, “I havent forgiven you for taking me away from Wolfy, I never will.”
“Oh Yeah? Well you were always her favorite now were you? Always the one to heal her pain! I got none of the love you two shared..” Tyler yells at him he steps forward right in Cadens face, “I was jealous of that, but why dont you just go back in the hole you creeped out of, I didnt ask for you to be here.” Thats when Caden did it, something I never expected my gentle hearted big brother to do, he slapped Tyler and Tyler stood there in shock a red mark forming on his cheek.
“CADEN!” I yelled, he looked at me hand up like he was about to hit me too, I cowered bracing for impact but it never came. I looked up and saw tears forming in Cadens eyes, his hand fell and so did he. He was sobbing into his hands, he had never harmed his family, only is dire need did he ever hurt us and even then it didnt hurt much. His face was covered by his hands and he was tugging at his hair a bit, “C-cay cay, d-dont do that! Stop! Its okay, looks he’s fine” I say as Tyler shakes out of his trance but he immediately starts to freak out because his cheek was glowing this gold color with particles simmering from it. Tyler keeps freaking out and stops once the thing is gone. He calms down and I look and the mark is gone.
“T-the pain is gone.” Tyler says looking at Caden in shock, “Whatd you just do to me y-you…monster..” I hear everyone gasp, I had never heard the word monster from anybody in the group except Marissa talking about her favorite energy drink. Foxy steps forward with a dark look on his face. He puts his hand on Tyler’s shoulder and Tyler winces in pain.
“What did you just call him?” Foxy says looking around in Tylers face, his eyes were red with anger and claws digging into his shoulder. Z comes up and pulls Foxy off Tyler and Foxy looses his grip and blood starts dripping from Ty’s shoulder in streams from where Foxy’s claws were.
“Foxy calm, now baby!” Z says holding him in place, Foxy starts squirming a lot I see Z struggling to keep in place, Jaden goes to help and Mars steps forward.
“What Foxy was trying to say in a really aggressive way which for his past is reasonable. He meant that we don’t use that word, for example, if Caden is a monster, what does that make you?” Marissa says touching Tylers unhurt shoulder and looking at him in a caring way, there is a reason why she is the mother of the group. Tyler’s eyes show a flicker of sympathy before returning to his rage.
“You ungrateful piece of Sh-, I just healed you and you want to call me a monster? Well suffer then, I hope your life is filled with mistakes like you when mother had you!” Caden says turning away and walking away. He grabbed my hand and dragged me with him, I pulled away from his grip and looked down at my feet about to cry but holding back.
“Cmon Wolfy…we are leaving.”
“No. Tyler has changed, he cares for me, why don’t you two just get along?!”
“Wolfy! He KILLED me, then wants to act like were best friends! He kept me away from you for 10 years Stormy, ten years without you, without looking after you and making sure your okay.” He says holding on my shoulder (Whats with everyone and shoulders today?!)
“Please, try…for me Cay Cay, ill take you to the movies later and buy us icecream if you do!” I say pleading with him, he thinks about it and nods walking back over to Tyler.
“Look…im sorry, I shouldnt have said that..I still dont forgive you but can we try to get along, for Stormy’s sake.” Caden says bowing his head in embarrassment. Tyler doesnt say anything, instead he gives Caden a big hug and whispers “Thanks for forgiving me big brother!” and lets go letting Caden have his space. He looks around at everyone, Foxy had seemed to calm down and Marissa wwas cuddled up to Fell. Jaden walks over to me caressing my face gently and I lean my face into his hand letting his pat my head, “You did good today baby, you handled Marissa well, you brought back your brother and convinced him to stay. Im proud of you.” He whispers to me, I blush and hug him tightly my face on his chest till I feel a finger tapping my back and fake coughing. I turn around and see Caden there glaring at us, “So this is Jaden?” He asks looking him up and down.
“Yes Caden, this is Jaden, my boyfriend.” I say standing up to him, Caden laughs and pats my head, “Did you really think I’d be mad? I can see the good in people and he has a lot of it.” Cadens says and shakes Jadens hand before letting us go back to our embrace.
